Being a Jinchuuriki anyone can be, check Obito and Madara being the Juubi Jinchuuriki. I don't see how Jinchuuriki is only body.

Heck check all the other Jinchuuriki they not exactly beastly strong in body. As for Uzumaki being Kurama jinchuuriki, they were the first one to try, no one else got the opportunity to try being Kurama Jin. The only thing Uzumaki chakra does it allows the user to suppress Kurama nothing more and nothing less.
