I don't personally agree with this.
Madara clearly stated he was uncontrolable.
Once Uchiha's hatred is over 9000 they cannot be controlled.
Tobirama or Hashirama stated this during their conversation with Sauce,also Itachi's hatred wasn't over 9000 becuase if it was he wouldn't need K.A to free himself.

well any character that can breakout of edo tense is vastly superior to the summoner.plus I think thinking kabuto is stronger than everyone because he can use edo tense is stupid cause for one thing it requires a lot of prep.so if he found himself in a fight with itachi unexpectedly,he wouldn't be able to use it and would get negged again...lets not even mention nagato,naruto, sasuke madara obito hashirama
