Note: Seven Swordsmen won't be included, even if they were we don't have much information on them.
Also this is strictly swordsmanship, not power scale.
3. Mifune
A Samurai by blood and a General of the Land of Iron
Being a Samurai and nothing else he is shown having great prowess in the art of the Samurai and is one opponent you really don't want to face in a battle. He seems to be a very tactical and "always calm" type of figher, even keeping his calm and not going on a rage when he founded out Danzo manipulated him, making him even more dangerous.(Itachi's main rule remember?)
Despite his old age and well past his prime looks, he still manages to hold up against Uchiha Sasuke in a clash, which is pretty good for an old man, and his speed....

Feats:
A renowned master of the art of Iai, an technique which involves very fast unsheathing of the sword to slice through enemies. Hanzo remarked its useless using Ninjutsu against Mifune, since he is so fast you will never have time to weave hand seals.

2. Uchiha Sasuke
Though not initially a swordsmen to begin with, after being trained by Orochimaru he is quite the swordsmen.
Combined with Sharingan, he has the ability to foresee an enemies attack, and cut with pure precision.
So to say he even showed great skill in cutting opponents without killing, displaying his precision in avoiding any vital spots.
He also took swordsmenship to another level by combining it with various Nature Releases, such as combining it with Lightning to amplify its cutting power.

He also shown to combine the art of kenjutsu with Amaterasu using Kagutsuchi, making every cut a final cut.
Feats:
• For someone who isn't born a Samurai he was able to mow down Samurai at the 5 Kage Summit.
• He was able to block a hit from a renowned master of kenjutsu, Mifune, with one hand.
1. Killer Bee
Killer Bee is every swordsmen's nightmare, with hisYou must be registered for see linkskenjutsu style, he can take down anyone and also give everyone a hard time fighting him, forcing them to go on the defensive in a instant.
His style is mostly unpredictable and unblockable, even for a Sharingan user like Sasuke, and a fairly mastered swordsmen Suigetsu, which they had a really hard time dealing with.
With this style he is also shown to impressively deflect Itachi's Shuriken attack, despite Itachi being a master at Shuriken Jutsu.

He even took Suigetsu's sword during the battle against Taka and used it fairly better than Suigetsu himself upon picking it up.

And the fact his a Jinchuuriki makes him even a more dangerous swordsmen than usual.
Feats:
• Shows great strength, even blocking Suigetsu's strike with his hands.

• His Seven Swords Dance is shown to be one of a kind in the world, and the most toughest sword style out there.
• Held his own against a master swordsmen like Kisame.
