True Prodigys in the NV

I agree. I don't know why people don't see that. Shikamaru admitted he looked up to him, people like lee/Kakashi were amazed by him, Orochimaru even said his skill makes his skill when he was younger look much worse, not to mention he tricked Oro in the Forest of Death. I get you perfectly now. But Naruto is a late bloomer. Not a prodigy. Prodigy means from birth or a really young age. He is a genius in his own right though.

The feat to hold a nine tails is also one of top notch feat in NV and to even able to use chakra (not perfectly) when the nine tails is trying to prevent you from that.

Maybe so. He is a prodigy but not to Shisui or Itachis extent. He always had the Genius potential to surpass them in time though thats a given.

True but thats just the struggle not being a prodigy. He is more of a genius of will and hard work. Since he was held back so much on top of not being very bright he was a late bloomer. In time as he loosesned his restraints and developed his own strengths he became more adept and comfortable with his basics, bringing them to a level comparable to that of geniuses and prodigies.

Madara is not a prodigy based in the manga, he was too OP mainly from being traumatized which gives him the benefit that allows his sharingan to evolve to its maximum state thus awakening the rinnegan granting him the ability to use Sage of 6th power.
Madara also steal other people dna and implant into his own.
In other word nothing I state shows any of his skills or talent that be consider a "prodigy" if anything its his life experiences gives him all the powerups for convienant Plot device.

The closest thing that makes him a genius is that madara is very smart when it comes to knowledges in wide variety of jutsu and that's mainly because he had strong experienced for over hundreds of years and partly because he had the opportunity to read the guidline through the artificial stone which allows him to use his knowledge to develop his power through battles.

I would replace him with Tobirama and kabuto. They are the true definition of prodigy.

Now you are just trying too damn hard. Minato and Kakashi are easily below Sasuke. So is Neji. How is Hashirama even a prodigy? Madara above Sasuke? Based on what? Your list is a product of typical fanfiction this base is known for. Not really a surprise. Not to mention you have excluded people like Kabuto, Orochimaru and Tobirama.
