She will, she is invulerable, only weakness is sunlight, Silas Spells does nothing to her, and she can reconstitute.

Does Lilth have Fae blood?
Is Silas Cured?
Mind compulsion probably wont work on either.

Lilith seems to be older to, as she goes before time itself,
