Trolls , "Tough guys" , and Haters on Narutobase

I'll make an observational analysis: When I joined there were a lot of serious, knowledgeable threads and barely any flaming, if there ever was it was way more entertaining and less like it is now. But I figure since the majority of those members aren't here or are posting, or because the influx of new members, the discussions have pretty much died out. And because people see some members who get away with such attitudes they feel it is okay to do the same. It is all a matter of maturity. Some kids don't want to grow up yet and refer to what they know best, complaining and being spiteful towards each other. Kids these days lack reason and purpose.

In NB, no one has the power to completely get rid of trolls, tough guys and haters. Mods may try to do it, but they need a good enough reason to ban someone, and even they can't ban all of the trolls, haters and tough guys.
