Tie, Or the third eventually wins because the Trollkage runs out of chakra.

They cant beat each other really. Even the Sealing Pot i doubt will work, but if it does and the kage doesnt know about it then 3rd wins.

Nothing second mizukage has hurts the raikage, the third will notice its a genjutsu and go off to find the real one, he's quick enough to dodge the water bullets am even if it hit, doubt it would do much, he will go off and find the real clam and mizukage afterwards once he finds it, three or four finger easily destroys it and then for joki boy, since all his attacks are taijutsu, don't think the clone would grow that much but it is nintaijutsu so it could grow but the explosion wouldn't hurt him at all it would take like 5 or 6 to actually do good damage and if he was able to find the clam and mizukage before, he can do it again and take him out

Plus the third has ridiculous stamina he's not losing this match I'd hate to say the third wont have difficulty but he wins with a 5 at most but I see it more like a 4

the only difference is if the third actually hits trolkage,due to his lightning armor this would happen
