Instant regeneration, and he isn't getting that close to her.
Her sesnes and relexes > Onoki. She would hear him behind her and use body path way. like she did to Kabuto.

Only 100 healings is restricted for her. She can still use Creation Rebirth and still use all her chakra in her seal, even without activating 100 healings.

The brain is so different compared to other organs. It stores information over time, if the brain gets injured, regeneration will fix it but the information stored there will be lost. This could mean someone forgets how to move correctly, forgets their memory, cant speak and so on.

Tsunade defeats Gengestu. Katsuyu divides and just finds him or spreads out in liquid form making a radar for Tsunade.
