I don't think it died like Orochimaru's Rashomon from Naruto's ninetail chakra blast because it wasn't the same technique.
Hashirama summoned Gojuu Rashomon
Orochimaru summoned Sanju Rashomon.
Hashirama's Rashomon have a much more bulky looking structure
