Assumption: Naruto and Sasuke will be even in power.
Belief: Older son gained the Juubi's eye(Sharingan) while younger son gained the Juubi's body(Senjutsu).
Rinnegan Thoery: Kabuto said it was a natural evolution of the Sharingan. Madara acknowledged it. Hashirama's cells, [*]--not Senju, were to obtain the Mokuton as it can control the Juubi, not to obtain the Rinnegan 100 years after obtaining the cells. He obtained the Rinnegan from fighting the 10 tails and Madara gained it from coming into contact [*]--with the Gedo statue prior to meeting Obito. My wildcard theory that has no basing other than gut instinct is that the sage was born from Uzumaki and Hyuga parents.
End Game:
[*]--Naruto=Sasuke=Sakura: The Neo Sannin or something like that.
Stamina=Sharingan=Control: Natural abilities belonging to each.
[*]--Rasengan=Chidori=Strength: Close combat abilities gained from training.
Imperfect SM=MS=Yin Seal: Shown as incomplete in many ways throuhgout the series.
[*]--Perfect SM= Complete MS=Improved Yin Seal: The previous abilities full power.
Rasenshuriken=Enton=Mokuton: Justu that can only be used once the previous forms are activated.
[*]--Kurama=Rinnegan: Both are incomplete forms of the 10 tails full power and complete eye.
Kurama+SM=Complete MS+Rinnegan: Kurama and SM have already been hinted at. While Madra's ONLY limit ever [*]--mentioned was that he couldn't use the Rinnegan and Sharingan at the same time. If Sauske will surpass him then this will be how.
Sakura Mokuton Theory: Sakura expressed interest in learning Mokuton back with Yamato and has been connected to [*]--Hashirama many times through symbolism. Heck, she's named after a tree. I don't think she has the stamina needed to use it without the Yin seal.
Sasuke Enton Theory: My belief is that Sasuke realized that he had Enton, naturally, when he faced Bee. Amaterasu is a space time jutsu connected to the only place the Enton element exists.
Sasuke EMS Theory: Right after his talk with Itachi, Sasuke mentioned that he wanted to decide his future with his own eyes and mind. Next time we see him, he shows the regular MS in two chapters and we still haven't seen his EMS [*]--even when he used Enton. Why would he use eyes that can go blind when he can use some that don't? After a long stroll with Orochimaru, I think Sauske removed Itachi's eyes and will use them as Izanagi and Izanami at some point. [*]--Note that Sasuke still has those arm wraps. I think that there is a natural way of obtaining the effect of the EMS and I believe it will come in the form of the elder son's eyes. I think the elder son's eyes are a Mangekyou but the [*]--markings around the eye are the symbol that the Mangekyou is complete. As the Mangekyou goes into the darkness, so does the person and when the person comes out, so does this new form.
[*]--Naurto The Child of Prophecy Theory: The sage believed in love and understanding over power so I don't think that Naruto will become a God or something like that which would be in line with the elder son's thinking pattern. I do [*]--believe that he will bring peace to the world as a leader of the shinobi alliance. Sasuke will be Hokage after Naruto realizes that his dream is to bring peace to the world rather than to protect the village. The Rikudou will make an [*]--appearance from inside Kurama and give Naruto his thanks and blessing.

Naruto with [*]--full Kurama plus SM will be faster than FTG and he is the kind of guy that will smack you in the face repeatedly [*]--with 100 clones each using Rasengan than using some soul stealing or 6 arms ability.
