I know they are far away from eachother thats why I think Usopp could do it
Like in eneis lobby where all hope was lost.

From the Distance he is at Trebol has no feats saying he could counter attack. Basically at that distance Usopp might be the only guy with enough feats to actually still fight. If you do the math on Eneis lobby he was shooting at a mile + with a sling shot, I dont think anyone in dress rosa has
1. the CoO to predict those attacks
2. The range to counter attack
Usopp is one of the Grandline's best snipers. At that distance he is in his element.

Naaah man Doflamingo has shown compasion and respect for his crew. At least the ones with the officer/executive title. He has stated that they are his family now. He wouldn't just sit there and laugh at Trebol gettin' his ass whooped. He'd most likely rage and beat the shit out of Luffy saying sht like "No one does that to my family blah blah". And then Law would interfere asking about Corazon and before we know it. BOOM. Flashbacks :O
