[Spoilers] Trebol the real master-mind?

According to Rocinante, Doffy was born evil but according to Dragon, no one born evil. By the end of the fb we've seen Trebol asking Doffy if he wanted him to give him powers and now is nearby Doffy in the final battle advising/assisting him.

What if he was the real mastermind behind all this? The one who turned Doffy against his own parents(to kill his father), the one who turned Doffy to the evil path? And is secretly dictating his actions? Don't forget he is by far the oldest of the elite executives(he is 49 and was 18 during the fb) , so he should know a lot

Maybe when Doffy will be defeated, he is the one who will protect Doffy or something by sending him somewhere else?
For people who read yuyu hakusho he seems to be like Shinobu Sensui's Itsuki but more evil

its possible but highly unlikely trebol isnt able to pull dofys strings anymore if it was the case. dofy is the one with the influence and powers now.

yeaah now I remember, hey while we're on the subject.....I only watched the anime and never tried the manga, the anime is short though only 112 episodes so did I miss a lot in the manga? does it continue a lot further or is there stuff in between that I missed?

We see trebol by Dofly's side yet it would be more reasonable to have the highest exec by Dofly's side, Pica...I think there's more to Trebol than meets the eye, Also Dofla has trusted Trebol with an important task such as guarding Sugar. Hmm

OT: Eh, I could see Trebol helping Doffy with the criminal underworld, teaching and advising the young CD, but being the one in charge in the shadows? I don't think so. I see Trebol as far more closer to a subordinate advisor than a Black Zetsu, I'd hate to think it's the latter.
