Well The need susano'o If you don't have Susano'o you pretty much have no way to get them. While the others are more verstile.

Personally I'd choose 7 swords, the chances of you awakening the MS are high. Also the chances of you being born into a good clan with high chakra reserves or being a TB to wield the tools are highly inprobable as well.

susano pretty much makes you blind and in incredible pain from overuse.
rikudo tools take too much chakra and your screwed if the enemy understands how they work and you dont have a yamanaka on hand.
so i choose the mist swords for versatility, the sword which is the ultimate offence seeing as how it breaks any and all defence, and the samehada for defensive purposes.
