That game was very fu, it would have been awesome if it was played as teams. But i have noticed that many games are not made anymore, its slowly dying.

Fairly obvious, outside Lawliet, it seems none of you people actually understand what the Treasure Hunt exactly was.

The TH was not a forum game, it was a one-shot game with a clear beginning and an end that was played in a section specially provided to hold it with countless of locations that each had their own thread and which could be seen on a map. You had to apply for it and play the game in groups of two, then when the applications were closed and the game began, the point was to collect several keys that were being hold by staff members on several locations on the map. To get the keys you had to do quests/tasks/jobs etc. and to get to the locations that held the keys, you first had to travel to there while passing through other locations and you would only be allowed to pass if again you did some kind of task.

If you collected all keys, you would unlock the final location where Versuvio was hiding and when you arrived there he would give you a final riddle. If you answered it correctly, you were given that award among other things.

This was only held once in may-june 2009, so people who are talking about "bring back those games" and "many games are not being made anymore", are confusing this with regular forum games. The TH had never anything to do with that and was in fact more closely related to the RP if nothing else. Even though it has been suggested before to do it again, considering the amount of organization and time it requires to hold such an event, it was never done again. It was also the point of it being something 'unique', so a 2nd edition would have required a different platform. Back then that it actually finished so successfully, was already considered a small miracle as many members who were supposed to help the organization of it decided to quit halfway through.

It's still to this day considered as being one of NB's biggest accomplishments, well at least in my opinion.
