Or would it be canceled until Sasuke dies also.

If ashura would trans. again, i think it would be the somehow future conceived son of Sasuke and Karin.

The souls seem to be able to migrate whenever they want to. Hashirama died well before Naruto was born, but the souls didn't migrate until Madara died decades later.

I think you meant sakura and sasuke because they did have conceived a baby and its a girl and her name is sarada
