you need intens imosens or to be in mortal denger to be able to call upon the fox chakra.after that you call it up once then you will be able to use it at any time.oktry to draw out fox chakra will thinking on something painfull for you .

here on NB we can only go up till two tailes the rules says so so there is a way to traini it like jiraya did somehow.
