I reach into my ninja pouch and then throw 3 explosive note kunai's towards the foot of my opponent. When the kunais make contact with the ground, they explode releasing the tiny explosive notes in the air in front of my opponent. I then throw a kunai with an active explosive note that begins to burn and then detonates the small explosive note causing a massive explosion around your clone.

Yeah, I heard it was banned because of abuse. It's basically a ninja teleportation technique used move to places in an instant. You can use it to retreat or launch a surprise attack. It is usually accompanied by a puff of smoke.

Well it isn't used in an official battle, nor can it be used unofficially. But it can be used for transportation, when not involved with ninja whatsoever. You can travel the ninja world with it, but if being chased by Ninja or any other thing, this jutsu cannot be used, Understood? Ask me any questions you need to know about this question, whether it pertains to unofficial or offical use.

I practice the ram hand seal by placing my right pinky and ring finger over my left ones, and pressing my middle and pointer finger against each other facing upwards. My thumbs are placed side by side in this hand seal. I practice this hand seal for a few minutes.
