After reading through the scroll, Jakai looked to his sensei. So this jutsu is used primarily for counter situations. When in the face of a wind technique, the user would focus their chakra and perform a series of handseals. After that, the user would release wind forward, splitting the incoming wind jutsu (within reason) headed towards the user. The split will allow the user to redirect the wind as a whirling vortex and send it back towards the target.

Advantages — Can also pick up dust or sand in order to increase the intensity of the sharpness.
Disadvantages — Will require dust or sand to be present, so can't be used in all terrains.

Disadvantages — If the user's hand is rendered immobile, this technique can't be performed, so halting movement will prevent this technique from starting.
