Jakai only broke out of the state after his sensei threw the scroll to him. Uhh what? Tourney! The horror ;-; Sensei. What? Training! Right! Twitch Twitch

Looking at the clone heading his way, Jakai quickly moulded his chakra and cloaked it in a Chidori. Jakai would then jump up to gain some distance (at least mid-range) and clap his hands together. The lightning than shoots out as a thunderbolt straight towards the clone.

(Raiton: Chidori Jinrai) — Lightning Release: 1000 Birds Thunder Clap

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) — Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

The clone quickly reacts though by blasting into the air to avoid the attack. (As the clone is rising, Jakai is falling) Upon it's decent, while Jakai reaches the ground and begins moulding his chakra and performing 3 handseals. The lightning he moulded then moves into his right hand, similar to Chidori, but more focused and begins to resonate tremendously, even more so than the Chidori. As the clone races down with a smaller than average Wind Rasengan, Jakai jumps up towards it. The two face off and Jakai thrusts his Raikiri hand forward and the clone counters with his Wind Rasengan.

CLOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNEEEEEE!!!!!!!! Screams Jakai.
JJJAAAAAAAAKKKKKKAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!! Screams the clone.

A giant bubble that makes no sense appears around them and the two share memories of their fondest times together. The two reminisce about the 4 seconds they shared with the clone rushing towards him and Jakai shooting a Chidori thunderbolt at him. The scene ends with Jakai standing above the clone with the clone's eyes closed. Jakai then leaves without killing his friend he's known for less than a minute. I need to become stronger... so that I may win the tournament. That is why I am leaving clone. #friendship #bonds

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.

Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

Jakai then looks at his sensei, showing a strong face, not wanting to show signs of weakness from that previous fight with his friend. He then begins to explain. So this technique is a simple technique that releases lightning after the user moulds their chakra and performs three handseals. The lightning would flash out, causing a blinding light to appear. Proper usage of this technique allows the user to distract targets with the light and place them into a genjutsu. Though a genjutsu doesn't need to be used, since the blinding light can serve other purposes. It's important to note that a user still can't perform a gen and this technique at the same time, but one after the other.

Description: After performing the following handseals, Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger, the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.

Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed.
Note: Can only be used once every three turns.

Clapping slowly a tear runs down my cheek as I see the action taking place before my clone and my student. That was beautiful, but you screwed up on the last jutsu, the one you explained. The blinding flash serves as a genjutsu trigger itself meaning that by using that technique you can cast any A rank and below genjutsu in the same time frame, yet still costing two moves. I guess it can be ideal for gen that requires more than three hand seal or for tactical purposes. Well young pupil this is it. This, is the final scroll. Summoning the scroll I then summon another clone as well. I want you to end the training off by performing one, analyzing one, and using the template on the last jutsu, just like when we started.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

A very large scale attack that uses chidori as its base to start. You will first create a chidori in your hand but unlike the normal you will super charge this one increasing its size to the point were it is massive. Pointing your hands towards the target you will unleash the chakra creating as a large 120 degree blast that covers the complete area in front of you with some of your sides as well. It's good when your facing off a wide range attack or might not know where your enemy is.

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field.

A cool technique that requires a clone and is based off of the chidori's adult technique lightning cutter. You and the clone will each create one in your opposite hands before connecting them creating a form of chain that can extend from up to mid.range from its short range location. The chain is able to slice through anything it touches with a clean cut.

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extension can reach up to mid range.

This is a combination technique that utilizes the chidori in a way that resembles its alternate weaker version, sharp spear, but instead of creating multiple blades from the punctured body the user will generate an even larger build up of lightning chakra creating an electrical explosion.

Jakai listened to his sensei in regards to the last technique he analyzed. I see, thank you for informing me sensei. Jakai then heard those words he was working hard to reach. This, is the final scroll. Jakai's eyes began to water, making it difficult to even read through the contents of the scroll. Jakai knew he had to be strong, but he couldn't help but feel so happy. After reading through the contents thoroughly, Jakai looked at his sensei and showed that he was ready.

Jakai said in his head — Performance — and then gave a serious look. He looked at the clone that was just summoned. Jakai began focusing his chakra into his right hand, until a Chidori would appear. He focused the chakra even more so, increasing the size. He then points his hand towards the clone and then — Wait! Jakai then realized that his sensei was also in the line of sight. Realizing it'd be a bad way to end off, he quickly walked to the clone, and then stood in between the clone and his sensei, with Jakai being in the middle. With that set up, there would be no way he'd hit his sensei. Alright! Let's go! Jakai then continued to charge his chakra, with the Chidori in his right hand rising. He then released the chakra, creating a widespread blast of lightning that engulfed the area in front of him (120 degrees in front of him). The lightning would immediately hit the clone, causing it to disappear in the blast.

Jakai then looked towards his sensei, indicating he was ready for the next step. Jakai then said in his head — Analyze — and then took in a deep breath. This technique is another jutsu that uses Chidori, or more precisely, Chidori's parent Jutsu, Raikiri, as the basis. In order to perform this technique, the user must already have a clone present on the field. After that requirement is set, the user need only perform the Raikiri along side his clone. The two then extend their arms out, connecting the chakra between both and making a bridge of sorts between the two Raikiri. In doing so, the two will effectively form a chain of lightning, which they can then use to slice through obstacles with ease.

Counter — Stop the initial strike with an offensive wind attack. Anyway to prevent the initial strike from occurring, whether it be moving myself out of the way with a Jutsu like a wind technique to raise me up, or moving the opponent like with a water pillar technique to cause him to rise into the air.
Advantages — Can manage to get rid of a close range target while simultaneously damaging them.
Disadvantages — First strike needs to make contact to complete the remainder of the technique.

With that, Jakai closed the scroll and tossed it to his Sensei, in the same manner as how his sensei would always tossed him scrolls.

Catching the scroll I let out a slight sniffle as I tried to muffle the rest by wipping my nose. Congrats my pupil, you have now mastered the field of raiton. I expect greatness from you and ill do my best to make sure you achieve it. Until then, stay safe young shinobi.
