First Technique

Now this technique, after performing the necessary handseals, sends electrical currents into the ground to make pillars of earth rise and surround the target. The pillars of earth then begin to conduct and release bolts of electricity made from the previous electrical current to shoot at the target, effectively trapping and making him susceptible to major shock and damage.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

This technique, after performing the necessary handseals, provides an unfocused stream of lightning to be released from the hand, after generating large amounts of it beforehand. The stream follows through some conductive material to attack, so this attack range is as versatile as the conductive material being used is. Some conductive materials to use this technique with would be water currents and ninja wires.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

I then did the usual and threw another scroll over to Guy before performing the confrontation hand seal creating 5 clones. The clones face of with Guy as they waited for my signal. "Get him boys." I said as casually as possible. "Guy, use the jutsu to defend yourself."

Guy gives a salute.Yes Sensei! Guy then catches the next scroll and takes a look at it. After he finished reading it, he looks up to his Sensei, and then notices 5 clones racing towards him. :hyper:

Guy then hears his sensei tell him to use the jutsus to defend. Ah! Wonderful training method Sensei! Forcing me to stay on my toes and to act quickly by understanding the ju— GAAAH!!! Guy then gets punched by one of the clones during his rambling. He does a few backflips and gets into a ready position. He holds his fist ready. Yes! I feel it! Come straight at me with the surging power of YOUTH!!! Guy then focuses lightning chakra between his palms. The lightning begins to form in between his hands and a stream of lightning is generated. Guy then grabs the stream and begins swinging it around like a lasso rope. He then whips the rope towards one of the clones, wrapping it around the clone and electrocuting it at the same time, causing it to disperse. Guy then releases the lighting rope, ending the technique and begins to raise his arms to the sky, focusing his lightning chakra within his arms. After generating a current, Guy then aims his arms towards another clone and lightning is sent right to it, causing it to get electrocuted and then disperse. Finally, Guy claps his hands and focuses his lightning chakra. Lightning begins to crackle all around him. Haha! I feel the springtime of youth surging through me! After generating enough chakra, Guy slams his hands on the ground, and a stream of lightning is sent towards one clone. Before it is about to hit the first clone, the stream of lighting diverges into three paths, and heads towards the remaining three clones. The electric current hits each of the clones and causes each of them to disperse.

A variation of the clone technique except using lightning chakra. This clone returns to its pure lightning form when struck and it is only able to use raiton up to B rank.

Guy gives a salute.Thank you Sensei! Guy then catches the next scroll and takes a look at it. After he finished reading it, he begins to build up chakra all throughout him. He then focuses his lightning chakra and a puff of smoke appears next to him. Just as fast as it appeared, the smoke dissipates and reveals a clone of Guy. OH! Why look at this, another handsome devil of the Leaf. A worthy adversary indeed. Now, take your position my friend.

Guy's clone then gives a smile and goes back ten paces. The two stand up straight and prepare for their attacks. Guy's clone builds up lightning chakra in his right hand. As he is building it up, the lightning increases steadily, and then he shapes the chakra to appear like a hound. The hound then moves from the clone's hand towards the original Guy, with a stream of lightning attaching it to the clone's hand like a leash. The original Guy then begins to build up chakra in his stomach and mouth and changes the properties of the chakra to match lightning. He then shoots out a spear of lightning, one that heads straight towards the lighting hound. The two techniques collide and both of them are left standing up right after the blast from the two techs. Guy then looks towards his sensei and raises his hand. Sensei! One question. Would it take a neutral B-Rank level, or a C-Rank Wind, or a A-Rank Earth technique to cause the clone to disappear? Or will any technique that hits the clone work?

I said before tossing the shades and popcorn on the ground. "That jutsu is a variation of the regular clone technique so the clone rules still apply to this one. You can make up to four clones, and once hit they disperse back into their energy form. Use the three different reply methods on these jutsu. One method for one technique until all have been done." I then summon a scroll and pass it to Guy.

A cool tech that revolves around raiton and weaponry. The user will take out two windmill shuriken with strings attached before trowing them at the target with the intent to penetrate their body. Once that has happened the target will receive a jolt of electricity that numbs their body restricting their movement as long as contact with the shurikens are held.

Guy grabs the scroll and reads through it. "Alright, so I will explain this one right here." He says as he points his finger on the technique on the scroll. "So this is a support technique meant to be used with swords. By channeling lightning chakra through the sword, the technique effectively enhances the cutting and slicing power of the sword because the element makes the sword vibrate at an incredible frequency." Guy then looks a little the scroll more and examines it more to make sure he didn't miss anything. "Yes! And that is it!"

Counter — Cutting the cable to prevent the lightning stream from numbing the target or a wind technique to blow the shurikens away, or any technique that stops projectiles.
Advantages — If the attack lands, it can effectively limit the opponent's movement and make it easier to make further blows
Disadvantages — The numbing affect won't do anything if the cable is broken. Likewise, if the target is fast enough, he can also stream his lightning chakra back at the opponent, effectively forcing the user to be numbed, though this is unlikely.

"Good job. Now on to the next scroll." I then summon a scroll and throw it over before creating 3 clones. The clone each run in a different direction into mid.range. "Perform all three techniques. That means use the offensive part of the defensive skill."

One of my favorite lightning technique because of its many uses. Attack, defense, supplementary. It's a jutsu that allows the user to generate a plasma barrier around themselves that protects them from various attacks. The barrier can stay active for a total of 3 turns as long as the user fuels it, but they are bound to only using lightning techs. The user can discharge the plasma barrier creating an electric wave in the users choice but it ends the technique.

The user will condense their lightning chakra into a orb of chakra that they then release into the air above their target area. The orb will remain in the air as it releases a continuous rain of lightning bolts that shocks the enemies below the technique.

Shanks casually grabs the scroll and opens it. As he does so, he notices the three clones that are created and made to run in three different spots, all at mid-range. Alright, here goes. Shanks grins and begins gathering his chakra throughout his body before generating a plasma barrier. After doing so, he races towards one of the clones, and once getting into short distance of it, Shanks discharges a wave of electricity from the plasma barrier towards the clone, striking it.

Shanks then continues to keep his plasma barrier active. Shanks then focuses his chakra into his hands and creates an orb of lightning chakra, which he then focuses and condenses even more until it is ready and sends it to the air. The orb remains in the sky and begins pouring out lightning bolts, which manages to strike one of the clones.

After performing 11 long hand seal O_O

the user will focus lightning chakra into one of their hands creating a concentrated lightning jutsu that is useful for clean cutting or penetration.

Once the chidori is created around the one hand the user will then thrust it into their target to achieve those effects. This jutsu is a gateway to many others that you will learn in A rank.

Performing 4 hand seals the user will discharge electricity in front of themselves that they will then swiftly manipulate in several disks of lightning that travel towards the target at great speeds.

Shanks grabs the scroll and listens in on Sensei's descriptions of the techniques. While listening Sensei describe the first technique, he gave a hearty laugh at the pun he gave while describing it. After both techniques are described, Shanks then a calm, happy look, showing he was ready to try it out. Alright sensei, I'm ready to perform it. With that said, Shanks performed the 11 necessary handseals and molds his chakra, focusing it into his hand and releasing his chakra after nature changing it into lightning chakra. Just as the name implies, the technique begins to release a chirping-like sound. He looked towards a tree and took his position. He rushed directly at it and and struck the tree, piercing it and causing the tree to snap in half, making it fall to the floor. Shanks simply looked at his hand. Simply incredible.

Afterwards, Shanks preforms the 11 handseals again, this time taking out a shuriken afterwards. He then focuses his lightning chakra into his hands and passes the chakra into the shuriken. By doing so, the shuriken then begins to electrify. Shanks then takes the shuriken and throws it straight towards the same broken tree, landing on it firmly, and releasing the remaining electricity in the shuriken. I didn't want to accidentally paralyze you sensei, so I just threw it at the tree.

A very very popular jutsu on base so I advise that you learn it very well because you will see this one a lot. It's a full body surge which can get you out of B rank and below jutsu, and the jutsu itself has 2 usages but only 1 can be used with once. The user can choose to channel the unfocused lightning through a medium with hand contact, primarily used to defuse earth techs by channeling the lightning energy directly into it, or it can be released as an omnidirectional attack, which is its full body surge aspect.

The senbons are swift, small, and precise making it a dangerous tech due to the fact that it requires no hand seals. The amount and way the senbon are shot is up to you, for example a stream or wave, and it is a tech that can be useful in many ways if used right.

Shanks sheepishly looks to his Senpai. Sorry senpai. I was just surprised at my power after breaking the tree that it caused me to deactivate the technique. I'll be sure not waste an opportunity in battle to use those techniques at the best. Meaning, I won't foolishly waste the time redoing all the handseals and such. With that said, Shanks listens to Senpai's instructions and nods as he speaks. After he is finished, he begins to explain the jutsu. Well this technique steps from the standard Chidori technique, and it's use is implied in the name. This jutsu is meant to act as a current, which can be done in two ways. The first way is focusing the lightning current through a medium. By doing so, the technique can easily diffuse earth techniques. The second use of this technique is meant to use as an omnidirectional current of lightning that surges through the body. A very useful thing for this attack is that it can help users escape from Genjutsu. In both cases, the lightning causes numbing effects if it makes contact with a target, with the exception of lightning specialists that can resist the paralyzation.

The technique is a constant stream meaning that you have to keep focus on it in order for it to continually work. One of the most powerful moves in our Rpg and is considered a one hit KO to most inexperienced players because of how hard it is to defend against and impossible to dodge without an extreme speed boost. It takes three steps to use, the first step being a fire projectile shot by you into the sky in order to create heat in the atmosphere which will generate storm clouds. The rank of the fire projectile needs to be B rank and above. When it is your turn again you must actually use the chidori technique in order to control the natural lightning allowing one to now use Kirin, basically two moves in one, but be careful how you go about using it because it can be easily turned against you.

Jakai reads the scroll and looks up. After performing and handseal and focusing one's chakra, the user sends lightning into either their hands or mouth. The user then shoots out a powerful burst of lightning which has enough power to pierce through rocks and fatally wound an opponent. The lightning stream can even split apart to hit multiple targets, though each split would weaken the power of each stream. As a stream technique, this suffers the same weakness of not being able to use another technique while focusing on this one.

Using his other hand, Jakai would horizontally swipe across the earth creature, splitting it. Jakai then looks at his sensei. Sensei, regarding this technique, would I have to perform the handseals necessary to perform Raikiri? (Because the normal Raikiri tech requires handseals)

Jakai then finishes with his final description. This technique is unique in that it uses actual lightning as opposed to the user's lightning chakra. For this technique to work, the atmosphere needs to be properly set. A strong enough fire technique with enough range would have to be sent upwards into sky. After the proper conditions are set, the user needs to activate Chidori. This is used as a sort of "remote" to control the lightning now created in the sky. This will allow the user to control the lightning in the sky, shaping it to a form of a dragon. Releasing the technique would cause the lightning to strike down at the opponent. Since it's pure lightning, the attack is nearly instantaneous and can only be countered with Space/Time techniques and otherwise absolute defenses.

The clone will rush towards you with evil intent and at any signs of an attack it will emit a wind blast sending it into the air leaving it aerial. Upon its descent, down upon you, the clone will form a wind rasengan B rank in strength with the attempt to smash it into your head.

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also

Basically create two chidori in your hand before clapping them together unleashing the force outwards creating a very large thunderbolt that has massive destructive capabilities. Like many lightning techniques this one is swift, and dangerous to use due to it being able to catch the user as well if they are close enough, its contagious >_>, and that's why they say vantage points is the best location to use it.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

A more concentrated, powerful, and advance form of the chidori, but is actually the mother technique, Lightning Blade. It is pretty simple and easy to perform, just requiring three hand seals before basically creating a more concentrated chidori in ones hand. It's blue in color and gives off a constant electrical sound.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

A technique I like mucho! It can be done every three turns after performing 4 hand seals. The user will then emit a blinding light from their body that radiates the environment all around them catching whoever gazes their eyes upon them in a genjutsu of up to A rank. Remember that it costs two moves to perform.
