During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Now, I want you to focus a large amount of Suiton chakra into the water beneath you. Then, I want you to use the water to manipulate the water to make it rise around my clone. As it rises form it into the shape of a sphere to trap my clone.

My clone gets into the dome he can still move and uickly breaks through the dome.

Alright, good, but I need you to focus more and concentrate your chakra a lot more into the dome. You'll need to stop his movements while in there. Basically use your chakra to make the water multiple times heavier than it already is. So try again.
