Okay first things first, let's go over a few things. If you could give me detailed answers on each of the questions, that would be great. Use any resources you need but do not copy them.

1. What do you know about water in real life?
I know that water is a clear fluid, that can come from the ocean, streams, lakes and river, and rain. It is a chemical compound which contains one oxygen atom, and two hydrogen atoms. Water has many uses to humans, and all living life forms such as a from of hydration. And it is vital to all life on earth, covers roughly 70% of the earth.
2. What do you know about water in the Narutoverse?
Water or Suiton is one of the five basic elemental nature manipulation techniques. That's allows its user to manipulate existing water or create their own for their usage. To create your own water its vital that you have good chakra control so you can use your chakra and turn it into water. In this way once you've create water from chakra within you, you can expel it from your mouth. It is one of the most versatile of the basic 5, since water can not only change shape but its state as well. So it has the capability of becoming solid and suited for offensive attacks of the nature.
3. What are the strengths and weaknesses of Suiton and why?
●Strengths
· Able to change state, and shape.
Why? This allows the user to make it more destructive in battle when its shape is altered.
Why? When the state is changed it also can be used for battle, offensive and defensive. Since it can become extremely hot, or boiling, even solid.
·Can be used for Support, offensive, defensive.
Why? It can be added easily to another element to add extra damage to the attack when in battle.
Why? Water can be manipulated easily to many forms meaning it can be used to fend of an attacks with flooding, or defend an attack with solid water pellets.
·Strong against katon.
Why? Suiton is able to cancel out katon (fire) by natrually extinguishing the flames. Though sometimes the fire can rid of the water through a force called evaporation.
●Weaknesses
·Weak against Doton jutsu.
Why? If not all, earth techniques can dissipate/halt the force of suiton jutsu's rendering the ineffective.
·Unmastery of Suiton. No water source
Why? If the user or shinobi hasn't mastered suiton to the point where a water source isn't needed then they are at a crossroads. Meaning this shinobi is unable to create water from within by channeling chakra. This is only on some cases.
4. Name 3 KG's Suiton is apart of?
● Ice Release
● Wood Release
● Storm Release

Okay, first off I would just like to point out that you did a great job with explaining all your answers. Very clear and detailed. Nice job!
Next, I would like to point out a few things. In your explanations you talk about the change of shape and state a lot. Changing shape is definitely a good advantage of Suiton, but change of state is a little bit more complicated. It is possible to create both steam and ice which are the two other states of water but it isn't quite as easy as you made it out to be. Ice can not be made using Suiton, as it is its own Kekkei Genkai and there is no way (to my knowledge) to cool down water enough using canon techniques to change the state from liquid to solid. And the way in which one creates steam in the RP is by having a water and fire jutsu hit each other head on, usually of similar rank to create large amount of steam (taking the elemental weakness into account). So it isn't quite as simple to just change the state as you said, but still water is a very strong and diverse element. Lastly, do you know how the elemental weakness and strength works in regards to rank when two jutsu hit each other. For example, what rank fire jutsu would be of equal rank to an A-Rank water jutsu?

Elemental Strengths and Weaknesses: My knowledge
I have some knowledge of how the element plays a factor in its strength of countering techs, if two jutsu of the same rank hit each other the one that overpowers/cancels out is the one of the superior nature. Like an d rank lighting tech will overpower an d rank earth tech. (Hope I explained this correctly), but although if the weaker nature like in my example, earth is of an higher rank like, a, b or s. Then it will overpower the d rank lighting tech.
what rank fire jutsu would be of equal rank to an A-Rank water jutsu?

Good job. To avoid any confusion, I am going to go into a little bit more detail. Basically how the RP is setup, 2 lesser rank jutsu = one higher rank jutsu. So for example, If I use a fire jutsu that is A-Rank but it allows me to split up the jutsu into smaller fire balls each time the fireball is split, it will bring down the rank of each individual one my one rank. So if I split it up into two, it would be 2 B-Ranks. If I split it up into four, it would be 4 C-ranks and so on. The power of all of them together is equal to the original jutsu. So now, how this plays into elemental strengths and weaknesses is as follows.
Let's say I throw a A-Rank fireball at you and you counter with A-Rank water and they clash. The fire will be negated and your water will continue on as a B-Rank. Because you had the elemental advantage and they were equal in rank, it merely drops the rank of your jutsu by one. But lets say I threw a B-Rank fireball and you countered with A-Rank Water, your water would now continue as a weak A-rank because my B-Rank is worth half an A-Rank. I hope this isn't too confusing. Do you have any questions?

Yes, an A-Rank is worth 2 B-Ranks. So if I split the A-Rank fire into two B-Ranks and each of the two hits a separate jutsu, they would each negate one C-Rank water jutsu. Or if I were to use both of them to counter one jutsu, they could negate one B-Rank. Remember the elemental strength/weakness is one rank. So if I made a B-Rank fire jutsu and split it into two (also, this can only be done if the jutsu specifically says it), there would be two C-Ranks which would both be able to negate one D-Rank Water jutsu. Thank, I think i understand more clearly now. So in laymens terms, if an a rank suiton jutsu is split (if allowed) it will still negate the b rank fire and lower. But if the fire rank jutsu is s rank it will negate the two/one a rank suiton? (Sorry for the rewording of your every word u_u)

Elizabeth heard her teacher reply back to her question while looking down at Frosch. She smiled in admiration of their friendship and outgoing attitude.
Elizabeth replyed, "Yes I am ready to begin, Rogue-??, what do you want me to address you as?"

Alright so as we begin with the techniques, we will begin with one per post and later work up to two or three per post. I find simply performing the technique to not be very helpful so I will also ask for strengths and weaknesses too. In character for each jutsu, perform it and then then try to give two strengths and two weaknesses.

Elizabeth nods in agreement to Rogue's answer. And replies, "Thank you, Rogue and you to Frosch." Elizabeth once done speaking, walks toward a near by pond. Elizabeth puts her feet toward the shallow end of the water. She takes deep breathes then concentrates, she channels chakra from deep within her body. When she gathers a suitable amount of chakra in her body she focuses it toward her hands. Then she thrust her chakra filled hands, thus creating waves in the small pond.
Elizabeth now wet, from the waves backlash. She then, channels chakra in her chest and continues until she has enough chakra. Elizabeth channels the chakra from her chest toward her mouth, molding the chakra in her mouth. She then thrust her body foward spewing chakra, now water from her mouth. She molded the chakra to manipulate the shape, thus it forms a small shield in front of Elizabeth.

Elizabeth nods obediently to Rogue's instructions. She once again goes back near the pond, only slightly frustrated from being messy. Elizabeth then inhales slowly, then deeply concentrates. While doing so she gathers up chakra in her chest. She moulds the chakra from within in her chest changing its orginal properties into suiton chakra. Once she gathered enough suiton chakra in her chest she focuses it toward her mouth. The moulded chakra's property is changed into mist from her careful moulding of her orginal chakra. She then continuously spews the misty suiton chakra until she cannot see Rogue. Nor Frosch.
Strengths:
·This jutsu can be used to hide, so your opponent is completely unaware of your location.
·This jutsu can be used in any range meaning you can immediately use it to hide and surprise attack
·sharingan users won't be able to find the user if the tech is executed with the users chakra.
Weaknesses:
·This jutsu is usless against a hyuga (byakugan user) so it'd be a waste of chakra.
·High rank wind jutsu can disperse the mist.
