However It takes much more skill to create the water outside your body rather than manipulate what is already available .Suiton is also one of the most versatile chakra natures, as Water Release techniques can change shape and change state as well. the water becomes more solid in the process as well. Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it without a water source.

Kakashi bows his head and says yes senpai kakashi start makeing a mental image of all the characteristics that water posseses he thinks of motion variation calmness liquids and then focuses his chakra into his hands he then walk over to the lake and presses his hands down on to the surface of the lake releasing his chakra into the water causing the water particles to stick togather and move forward which causes small waves to appear and crash down to the other side after successfully making the waves kakashi walks on to the lake and lowers his hand to touch the water releasing his chakra into it which causes the water to rise up and the chakra begins to solidify the water and manipulate its shape causing the water to form a small wall he then extends his arm through the wall using his chakra to seperate the particles which causes some water to detach itself from the rest and a small blast of water is launched to the other side of the lake kakashi then walks over to solid ground and thinks to himself ive heard its pretty hard to use water jutsu without an existing water source guess ill give it a try kakashi then focuses his chakra in his stomach thinking of all the water characteristics he liquefies his chakra then spits out a a small wave the same size as the other he had made but this time only one due him using his own chakra to create the water after completing everything kakashi looks at his senpai with a smirk and says whats next senpai and thinks to himself i think my age is giving him the wrong impression he should know that im jounin level by now

Well done. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area used to conceal your position. Try it out. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to water you could also expel the same mist from your mouth.

Great. Now i want you to gather suiton chakra in your hand and produce water condensed to form a solid sword you can use just like a normal sword. There's your target.

kakashi bows his head and begins focusing suiton chakra in his right hand he slowly condensed the water molecules and shapes it into a solid sword made up chakra condensed water he then proceeds and slashes the dummies chest 4 times and ends the combo by decapitating the dummy then on to the next part kakashi holds out his arm and releases suiton chakra to stick all the water molecules in the air togather to form water in front of him he then manipulates the water into a circular shield of water dense enough to block projectiles. then Kakashi quickly realizes three shuriken coming his way and uses his water shield to easily deflect them soon after that he sees his senpai running in with a flying kick kakashi quickly put his shield up and focuses raiton chakra into it shocking ushiro senpai and causing him to fall to the ground kakashi then says smirking you ok senpai

Yea i'm peachy. #_# Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that guy! T^T

The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

Kakashi gets into position and preforms the handseals Rat → Dog → Ox and focuses suiton chakra in his hand useing the chakra to stick the water molecules in the air togather he then uses he then uses shape manipulation to form the water into a whip he then sees his senpai pointing at the pein running with a bag of doritos and focuses on his target and whips the pein with the water whip and after the whips had binded him he focuses his raiton chakra into the whip shocking and numbing the peins body causing him to pass out on the floor kakashi then walk over and pics up the bag of doritos then gives it to his senpai and says with an annoyed voice here kakashi then noticed 3 pein bodies running towards him with blades sticking out of their sleeves so kakashi calms down assesses the situation then focuses suiton chakra in his lounges then performs 2 hand seals Ram → Tiger and spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at the ground in front of them the pein bodies run into the the trap and are immobilized kakashi then says that was easy and walks over the lake and preforms the Tiger hand seal while focusing suiton chakra throughout his body creating a physical clone of himself made of water kakashi gives the clone 1/10th of his chakra and tells to preform togather the water release technique and the clone agrees kakashi count to 3 then him and his clone both focus suiton chakra in their lounges and each spit out 3 small waves kakashi then disperses the clone and tell his senpai i like this jutsu it will come in handy so whats next

Excellent. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

kakashi bows his head then performs a few handseals Tiger, Dog, Monkey, Snake, Boar, and Tiger then focuses suiton chakra throughout his body the sends the chakra to the ground the chakra the causes water to rise up and form a large body of levatating water that can be moved kakashi then disperses the jutsu and looks at his senpai and says this jutsu is really cool i will use it alot for defence
kakashi then jumps into the lake and starts swimming underwater he then sees a large crab so he focuses suiton chakra throughout his body which allows him to to propel himself while also masking his presence kakashi then rises back to the surface and goes back up to the land and says this is a nice jutsu and one of the few that includes some sort of deception

Good, good. Now perform the Boar, Dog, Horse, and Tiger handseals before gathering water from a source and manipulating it to form a large spinning stream directed towards your target to strike from whatever angle you wish. These guys should take a swim.
