Well, shall we get started? First, I'd like you to tell me what you know about shape and nature manipulation/transformation. Then tell me everything you know about the lightning element, and eventually, what you personally think of it.

Nature manipulation is adding your elemental affinity to your chakra to create a new technique.
Lightning is one of the five basic elements, it can be used to shock, burn, paralyze, cut and slash the opponent.
Lightning is strong against earth but weak against wind and it goes well with water which is a great conductor and can increase its power.
Despite lightning jutsu being powerful, it is not as strong as natural lightning which is coming from the sky rather than a persons chakra.
You can obtain natural lightning by using a strong fire release to heat up the atmosphere and create thunderclouds.
Lightning release is common in kumogakure.
I personally think lightning is awesome.

One last thing before we start with learning actual lightning techniques... *hands you a sheet of chakra paper* I want you to hold this sheet of paper and then send your lightning chakra to it. Now, you do this by first bringing forth chakra from the center of your body, then, by using nature manipulation, you'll need to give your chakra lightning properties. In order to do this, you need to imagine the way you perceive the lightning element's properties with your senses. How does lightning look like, sound like, feel like and so forth. Take all that thinking into the chakra itself. Think only of lightning.
Once you believe to have given your chakra lightning properties, I want you to concentrate some of this lightning chakra onto the hand that holds the chakra paper and send it to the sheet of chakra paper. If done correctly, the chakra paper should wrinkle. Training with this paper will allow you to get the gist of bringing forth lightning chakra from within yourself and control it in a very basic manner.

I take the paper and focus all of my chakra, while concentrating I imagine thunderclouds crackling, lightning strikes occuring, I imagine myself one with the thunderbolts and with excitement I hope that my affinity will indeed be lightning. With my steadfast effort I flow the chakra to the piece of paper which makes it wrinkle and I look at Tsuki with anticipation.

When performing the technique, I want you to mention when and how you implement shape and nature manipulation/transformation. Analyze is basically you commenting on the technique. Such as advantages, disadvantages and eventually anything else that comes to mind that you'd like to add, for example your personal opinion of the technique.

This technique allows you to create small bolts of Lightning that you release towards your opponent, moderately shocking them upon impact. Although of low rank, it can be used very quickly. Shoot some at that guy!

I concentrate and focus chakra in my hands and release it, I then close my eyes and visualize lightning, I imagine thunderclouds that are striking down lighning as i'm releasing my chakra and I try to become one with the lightning striking down. Very quickly I feel rubbing and vibration in my hands which is the nature manipulation, I open my eyes and see sparks in my hands that I use shape manipulation to mold into small bolts that strike Sean Banan's hairy kurdish countryless immigrant candy ass.
Advantage: Weak as hell
Disadvantage: Short distance

How the heck is that an advantage? :| For advantage, you can say that some additional shock would be received by your target if they happened to be wet (from a water technique or natural water). As for disadvantage, it's actually short-mid which isn't that bad x__x Please put more efforts in the advantage/disadvantage part for the future technique.

By gathering lightning chakra onto your hand, you then slam your hand onto the ground. By using the ground as medium, you manipulate the lightning to travel through it until it reaches your opponent's feet. Keep in mind that it can only travel to short range distances. Since this jutsu shocks the opponent then we can assume that the lightning takes a rather non-focused form.
Somewhat similar to our first jutsu. You gather raiton chakra onto your hand, forming lightning bolts, then you move your palm in your desired direction as you release these bolts. This would create a some sort of lightning bolts made into a wave.
I focus chakra in my body, I gather the chakra to my hands and mold it into lightning with nature manipulation. I then slam my hands on the ground as I channel it to throughout the ground, manipulating my chakra to have it travel your way.
Advantage: Attacking with something that travels via ground is always good for distraction and I can also use smoke or mist to block the opponents vision and then use this but to be honest it's not something I would use against anyone who isn't a newbie.
Disadvantage: I need to keep my hands on the ground for the duration of this technique which is especially dangerous since thetechnique is short range.
I once again focus my chakra, letting it surge through me as I use my chakra control to gather it to my palms which I mold into lightning chakra that I aim at a nearby small boulder and use shape manipulation to shoot several bolts of lightning to destroy the boulder.
Advantage: Unlike the first technique I can use this at mid-range and I don't need to keep my hands on the ground which allows freedom of movement. Also I could use this technique to surprise my opponent in a taijutsu exchange and stun them for a moment.
Disadvantage: No Inherent weakness that I'm aware of.

You perform the needed hand seals then generate lighting from your hand and shape manipulate it to form a current. The current can further be controlled to avoide obstacles as it travels towards your target. This current can also hit multiple individuals at the same time.

Basically a wave of electricity that is released from your hands. It has two methods of usage. The first one where you form a small surge/stream of lighting capable of ripping through solid rocks, also electrocuting someone within short range. The other method of usage allows you to combine it with a water technique, right after releasing the water or if you have a clone then you and the clone can perform the water+lightning combo simultaneously. Using the second method strengthens the combo by 10 damage points and allows the lightning to reach as far as the water can.

[video]You release raiton chakra from your entire body which you then turn into electricity that entirely covers your body as long as you keep fueling it with lightning chakra. Mostly convenient in close quarter combat to defend against certain attacks while also electrocuting your opponent when they attempt to land an attack at you (punches, kicks, etc).
