i did my best to summarize it into my own words

Lightning Release or Raiton; is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques which can be used when you increase the vibrations of their chakra, lightning is mostly piercing damage and fast movement. since lightning is basically electricity it paralyses the target makeing them unable to move .Also lightning like wind can be infused into bladed weapons through chakra flow for increased piercing power also sometimes with the added effect of inducing numbness. Lightning is weakest against wind nature and strongest against earth nature also lightning can be used to deadly affect when combined with water nature.
