well then tell me what is chakra in the narutoverse and how is it used?

chakra is essential to even the most basic technique it is when mold physical energy which is in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy that you get from the mind. Once it is molded , it can be channelled through the chakra system, which is basically like the regular circulatory system is to blood, to the chakra points in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be controlled and formed to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire or creating illusions or just using any jutsu in general

chakra is the combination of spiritual and physical energy when it is molded it becomes the basis for all ninjutsu and genjutsu and cnd affect how strong a jutsu is depending on the amount used it also comes in diiferent elemental nature like lightning earth fire water and wind which work in a cycle of strenghts and weaknesses there is also sage chakra and tailed beast chakra

now insert your chakra into the paper to see what your chakra nature you posses...this will help you draw out your chakra...

Fire: the paper will ignite and turn to ash.
Wind: the paper will split in two.
Lightning: the paper will wrinkle.
Earth: the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away.
Water: the paper will become wet/damp.

takes the piece of paper and tries to insert his chakra slowly after only a few seconds the papers compresses into a wrinkled mess

Description: This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the bark of the tree to break around the point of contact and the user to fall. This technique becomes second nature to shinobi with more practice.
Note: Technique only for use of training methods.

...gather a fixed amount of chakra at the bottom of your feet and using only your feet to climb that tree w/out using your hands...

being a natural born talent i quickly gather and focus the chakra onto the bottom of my feet with little to no effoert i walk up to the tip of the tree as if it were nothing and say is this all toku sensei with a smirk

seeing how talented he was and how easy that training was for him kakashi tells toku sensei i feel confident enough in my abilities sensei to begin using my chakra to create a chidori

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals
