Quick question, can you name the things I can improve on? Just as a reference.

Well, the things you need to improve on is your taijutsu. The freeform description basically. But I saw you're still learning the cannon taijutsu so that's the one you need to improve on. See ways how to dodge things or counterattack with taijutsu and throwing Gentle First ontop of that is a killer. Knowing all these taijutsu movements like "stepping to my right while turning clockwise besides your incoming left punch". Able to imagine your body's movements and being able to maneuver it. Mechanics of Taijutsu. These are the things and much more you need t learn about.

Hmmm okay, makes sense. I'm try picking up on it. Still on the early side of taijutsu but I don't think it'll take too long to get it.
Alright, change of plans. I was informed that you can release a freeform of chakra burst from the palms of your hands and it counts as a C-ranked chakra burst. While a normal punch is d-ranked, boosted with the chakra burst it counts as c-ranked. You can also do freeform finger strikes but only 2-3. after that, you need to post the technique. I remember telling you that you need to post the technique but i guess i was wrong.

So when I actually fight I can say freeform attack them at a point without needing an actual move? Sweet. Even when I try making contact with someone, via a punch or palm slap I can release chakra as well?
What I know about Kaiten is that the user would be releasing chakra from all their tenketsus while spinning in a circle and shape manipulating it to make a dome which can protect you from incoming attacks and even propel it back towards the enemy. After performing said technique you're standing in a crater. This is also raw chakra so it is weaker than elemental chakra as an S ranked Kaiten would falter to an S ranked katon tech, correct?
Yes, without spending a move out of the 3 moves of your turn. That's what it means my kid! Any point! To the second point, yes! so freeform it it'll count as C-ranked instead of the d-ranked.
Well, I wouldn't say that you'd be able to propel it back to them... Kaiten is a rotation to either left or right. it wouldn't propel back anything but maybe to the side to which you're spinning or cut it in the middle. Maybe you can create a cj out of that. You know, spin any non-tangible blast back to the enemy. And no, even if its raw chakra, you're manipulating your rotation into a dome so its manipulated chakra. It's the best defense. Any manipulated chakra stands as the same rank as the elementals. Twin Lion Fist, any rotations or rasengan for that matter stands as the same rank. Remember that the rotation happens near instantly. You can keep rotating if you're dealing with an EIG user who moves around faster then you can react to for example. You can even start rotating mid-air because it's a release of chakra from your body, the chakra propulsion will move you into a direction. also, since it makes a crates underneath you, that means it'll protect you from below aswell. A perfect defense. Also, you can even protect people or anything you want within the technique with your rotation.

Oh okay, I understand now.
Wouldn't it burn the person touching it? Since it's manipulated spinning chakra it would push the person/object to whatever side it's being spun at and deal damage to said thing since they're making contact with it?
It'll cut it but also it'll push it back like a wrecking ball. Once someone makes contact with your Kaiten, it'll naturally push them back a few meters like if a wrecking ball slammed into them. It'll just push them backwards with great injuries. Imagine a wrecking ball slammed into you.
Alright, now I want you to focus on releasing your chakra from all over your body and start spinning in a direction. Use your chakra to help you move in that rotation and spin really quick.

Taking a solid stance, Neji would begin to release chakra from all his tenketsus. As soon as he does this he begins to spin towards the left, using his body to pick up more speed from the momentum of spinning. The chakra that is emitted from his body becomes visible and starts to take a round shape which would assist in the motion of Neji spinning making him spin with great speed. Reaching this point it allows Neji to create this giant dome of chakra which would completely cover him everywhere.

Create three scenarios where one, you're fighting with three individuals, and the other one, you're fighting someone very skilled Taijutsu user like Gai who can be faster then you and against someone who uses elementals.

Neji on his nice walk down the rocky road would be intercepted by a strange man in a hoodie. The stranger would look intensely at him for whatever reason with the look of anger. He would say a single word, "corner him". As soon as those words came out of his mouth, two other people would arrive out of nowhere. Now surrounded by a total of three people, one in front, one on his back right side and the other at his back left (front - 1, backright - 2, backleft -3).
Upon their arrival, Neji would activate his byakugan, getting into a ready stance because sure enough, something was going to go down. The ring leader #1 would continue to say, "attack" which would immediately be followed by #3 throwing a kunai while #1 & #2 began to form a sequence of hand signs when the kunai left that hands of #3. With the field of vision Neji has with his byakugan, he would easily see the kunai. He would turn his body to face #3 and grab the kunai followed by throwing the caught kunai at #1. Proceeding from there, he would sprint towards #3 as #1 would dodge from the coming kunai, stopping his sequence of hand signs. However, #2 finishing his would launch a fireball at the destination of Neji and #3. Watching Neji approach him, #3 would in a panic just throw a right hook towards Neji's face, which he would easily avoid by moving shift his body a little to the right. As the punch flew by his face, Neji would grab onto the opponents right arm that was in the air with his left hand and strike a tenketsu point with his right index and middle finger. Following that strike, he would proceed to attack 15 more points within the chest area. This would cause the opponent to fall to his knees, unable to move.
As this would happen Neji would still be aware of the approaching fireball and begin to spin to his right while releasing chakra from all his tenketsus. Using the momentum from his own spin and the chakra itself giving motion he would create a perfect dome of chakra that would collide with the downed foe, making him go flying and would even make contact with the fireball which would be directed towards the right and hitting a tree. As Neji halted his spin, he would jump backwards out of the crater he had just created. Simultaneously the other two enemies would use that opportunity to get together now 20 meters away would begin a short but fast hand sign. #2 would launch another fireball, this time a little smaller and #1 would release a gust a wind from his mouth to the fireball. This would increase the size of the fireball as it was on its way.
Watching the fireball soar over, Neji would pull back both his arms having both his palms facing outwards. Immediately after he would thrust both arms out, hand in hand, shooting out a giant burst of raw chakra that would collide with the fireball, completely destroying it and continually going forward which would slam into both the opponents. This would eradicate both the opponents internal organs and they would just lifelessly fall to the floor.

On a rather nice day, Gai would come across Neji just hanging around the training grounds. As he see's him he would approach the dedicated Hyuga and ask if he'd like to spar a bit. Hearing his sensei over this, he naturally couldn't refuse. He's always with Lee and this would be a good chance to get some one on one action going on. As the two would square off, just about 5 meters apart they would look at each other with a smile and both would say, Bring it on.
Activating his byakugan, Neji would sprint towards Gai. Just a few feet away he would thrust his right arm with the palm facing out going right for Gai's chest. Seeing this coming, Gai would use his right hand to slap Neji's oncoming attack following that by using his left leg to sweep Neji's right leg. Watching as his left leg is in motion, Neji would take a step back before he could make contact and retract his left arm and instantly thrusting by back outward, shooting out raw chakra towards Gai. With his reaction's he would easily avoid that by jumping up into the sky. On his way down, he would have his right leg tucked in while having his left leg extended out as he was flying downwards towards in fast motion. As he kept declining down, Neji would spin towards his right while releasing chakra from all his tenketsus. Using the momentum from his spin and the releasing of chakra would help him spin even faster. Using shape manipulation he would create a perfect dome with razor sharp lines sticking out of it. Gai would make contact with this dome, pushing him backwards while damaging his left leg since it hit the spikes. He would then kneel on the floor with his left leg on the floor while his right leg is the one propping him slightly up.
Nice move there Neji. I shouldn't be surprised, as Gai said. Using that moment, Neji would dash towards Gai, focusing on all the chakra points in his body. I'm going to end this sensei is what Neji say's as he's about there. Gai would kick off the ground with his right leg and would reply by saying, Same here, Neji. Upon saying that Neji on his approach would see a big burst of chakra within Gai's body. He had just opened the 6th gate. Using his eyes, he would extend his index and middle finger for both his hands and attempt to shut down the chakra points within his body, however, Gai opening up the 6th gate would easily avoid the strikes from making contact. He would then quickly grab onto my right hand and flip me over, as I would be thrown onto the ground with the back making contact with the floor. With Neji mostly out of commission, Gai would cough up a little blood. At the moment when he grabbed onto Neji's right hand to flip him over, Neji used that moment and used his left hand to strike at the heart's tenketsu just before he was thrown to the ground.
Well looks like you've won sensei but at least I got you good! Gai would smile a big smile with a stain of blood on near his mouth and stick out his thumb and say, You sure did, Neji!

Neji would be standing about 10 meters away from someone, which looked like he was from the Rain village. As he's looking at him it appeared this stranger wanted to fight. Suddenly he would quickly do a sequence of hand seals and then proceed to release what looked like mist from his mouth. The opponent used this to cover his presence, making it difficult for Neji to see him.....that is if he knew Neji didn't have the byakugan. As soon as the stranger disappeared in the cover of mist, Neji would activate his byakugan. This would allow him to see through the mist, tracking down the opponent via his chakra color. Upon locating the foe, which was hiding about 15 meters away was performing another set of hand seals. This time it appeared to be he had created a water vortex in his hand and would then begin running towards Neji. Completely aware of the opponents action, he would wait for the moment where he would launch the vortex towards him. Reaching about 7 meters away now from Neji he would launch the vortex. As it's flying towards him he would begin to spin body, releasing the chakra from all his tenketsus creating a perfect shaped dome that would protect him from the water vortex as well as blow away the mist in the surrounding area. As soon as the vortex makes contact, it would scatter into many water droplets. Proceeding this, Neji would immediately stop the rotation of his body, leaving behind nothing but a giant crater that slightly get's filled with water.
Losing sight of Neji, the opponent would jump back, hiding behind a tree thinking about what his next tactic is going to be. However, Neji not losing sight of his opponent would jump out of the crater towards the direction of the opponent. He would sprint towards the opponent gathering chakra within and around both his hands. With the coated and infused chakra he would charge at the tree the enemy was hiding behind, knocking that down. As the foe is on the move, he would jump back a few steps a couple times trying to avoid the swipes coming from the Hyuga. Neji would then bring together both his hands that would hit the opponent and knock him back into another tree, his back resting on it and still standing barely.

Neji would take a momentary stance and then proceed to locked onto the opponents chakra points. Using both his index and middle fingers from his hands he would shut down the chakra points within the opponents body one by one. Succeeding in striking the points, on the 64th strike of the chakra point, he would make the foe fly through the tree (just like he did with Kidomaru) and he'd be KO'D.
With the opponent finished, Neji would then look at his opponent and then deactivate his byakugan. He'd turn his body in the other direction and then move on....
Hopefully I did what you wanted. This was hard coming up with things and not over using everything.
That's what I wanted to see. Alright, just to clarify, your air wall palm or any raw chakra outburst from your palm has a rank weakness against any element. Just so you know since I saw that fireball. Another thing is battling an EIG user. Even though hyuugas are not capable of moving their bodies as fast as EIG users, they can shut down points of the body. Also, EIG isn't chakra based. EIG is energy. It releases electromagnetic energy. Within your body. Like ATP and metabolism. Also, as soon as you perceive that he grabbed your arm, you can release a chakra burst from that arm basically, blowing him out. Your chakra release is instant. Gentle Fist is the best to combat an EIG user.

When someone touches me and I blow chakra out doesn't it count as a move or is it just a something I'm able to do without spending a move?
A freeform burst of chakra from any part of yourself to defend against a freeform doesn't count as a move. Counts as D-ranked and it doesn't count as a move. When you freeform punch someone and add chakra behind it, that'll be a c-ranked punch. hence d+d is C.
