Alright so we both cannot use the same character in this thread so I'll skip the rp stuff and we'll get right to training.
Starting off I want you to tell me what crystal is, how is it made, what are it's strengths/weaknesses.
What is the primary element used to make crystal?
What would you compare crystal usage to kg wise ie style of usage?

Crystal is well this is a big question not much is known about crystal, The first thing in the anime there is only one person who can use it which Guren. But even then we don't know much about her, what clan she is from, or what elements she uses to make it.
So what we can gather about crystal is that it is made from earth as both Kakashi and Kiba managed to use a lighting technique to destroy it, so earth is a element used but the other or others are unknown. Crystal strengths are: Strong against wood, water, earth, but crystal is weak against sound and lighting.
I would compare crystal to wood as it basically can do similar things it can: using your own body make solid structures out of them quickly like spikes etc. you a use both to help you manipulate the environment better to your advantage as the opponent may not have access to either of them.

It would depend on the rank of the fire balls and the rank of the shuriken. Most likely the shuriken would end up getting destroyed because of the explosion aspect of the fireballs.

If the rank of the explosion was the same as the rank of the crystal then they would cancel each other out.
Anyway moving on Guren is a master at using her Tenketsu points and releasing her crystal chakra. You will find that there are a few ways of doing this you could release the chakra in a wave of chakra, or you could use it through a source like earth. Now for the wave of chakra this is where it gets interesting as you will project your chakra out from your Tenketsu and it will change the water particles in the air and you will then form and mould the crystal into structures or weapons. For earth based you can use the earth as a source to either change it completly into a pillar/spikes in that area or coat the surfaces overlapping your jutsu on top, or by changing smaller portions of earth into crystal while making them rise up.

Guren walks over to the puddle channelling her charka through her Tenketsu points in her hand, she channels the crystal charka into the puddle as Guren does this the particles in the water crystallise which changes the water particles into crystal particles and then the full puddle to turn into crystal itself.
Not bad. I'll point out that your changing the molecules of the water to crystal there is compression involved with your chakra usage to crystallize the water. Also a good not for when making customs be sure to state wether things get either encased or fully crystallized. Not to mention wether you touch things to achieve this or send out waves of chakra.
Now for this first jutsu we are going to send out small little bursts of crystal chakra which you will compress and pretty much instantly form shuriken. Focus that chakra on the water molecules in the air which will work as a super catalyst to speed the process of construction. Something to note you can make these in mid air surrounding you and forcibly shoot them at your enemy or in your palm, usage wise is up to your description. So use the template as well please.

This technique is very week and will only have a good use if the opponent has thrown shurikens at you to start of the fight, due to being such a low rank it can be countered with near enough anything.
- Combinations/Elemental usages
could be used in a combination with wind to make the slicing more deadly enabling the shurikens to cut clean through the human body or most other materials aswell.
- How to counteract the move Can use anything above a B rank that will send the crystal shuriken back or blocks them from reaching their target by blocking them.
- What your opinion is on the move.
My opinion on the move is that it is too basic to use in most battles, maybe a start off move that will allow you to have some fun and great battles with other people across the NW or battle arena.

Okay this next one is very similar except instead of shuriken your making needles instead very precise and a dense quantity as well more so then the shuriken jutsu. You'll basically form this in the same manner but keeping thin dense lines of chakra in mind to produce a needle instead. Can be shot from your hand or from all around like the shuriken the choices of usage are yours to play with.

This technique is better then the last as it can be more subtle as you can launch them from the palm of your hands while also being harder to counter since they are in larger amounts then the last technique also.
- Negative points of this technique
Again while being more subtle then the last an opponent with an decent enough reaction speed will be able to counter this with ease by simply just using an high enough ranked technique which either blows them away and puts you on the defensive or blocks them by intercepting them before they reach their target.
- Combinations/Elemental usages
Could be added with wind or fire to increase the damage on impact and if the wind is used then increase the piercing ability making denser materials more.
- How to counteract the move
Have a dense armour like earth which will counter the needles as it cannot pierce through by its self, or just use a wind technique which will simply blow the needles away and put you on the defensive also which is a huge disadvantage.
- What your opinion is on the move.
I like this move better then the last but also because it is simple but can be so effective, as it can be subtle attacks when the opponent doesn't expect them.

Alright so this next technique actually needs updated as the description lacks definition of how the jutsu works. I use the anime to reference how and what it does. Basically you form a crystal ball and can scatter crystal flowers up from the ground in numerous places on the battlefield. The crystal ball is linked to the flowers and will project images of what is in the flowers vicinity. Fairly simple I will make another note in the anime guren was shown using this and it was lying on the grass beside her and yukimaru, so it's fairly safe to say that's how it should be used. I'll likely get Scorps to tweak the description for an update, as I see this as simply a NW technique for surveillance of the different village zones.

However, if the opponent is completely enshrouded in something, like Mist or Smoke, the ball will not work. It is extremely fragile and has to be continually held in her hand to use its effects.

You can create a crystal ball which can give you insight to what is happening across the battlefield which can and will be a very useful tool in the NW and a battle if you have the time to use it, also with the flowers sprouting from the bottom of the battlefield the opponent might be confused and try attack them which will distract him/her/them from what you are actually doing.
- Negative points of this technique
You have to concentrate on the ball to view the battlefield and cannot use any other techniques as the ball has to be constantly held in your hands, also the ball is extremely fragile so it can be destroyed easily. Plus the smoke makes the ball ineffective if the opponent is enshrouded in something also is a very bad disadvantage as most ninja carry smoke bombs.
- Combinations/Elemental usages
Not sure they can be any with this one unless you have a clone as you have to have both hands holding the ball and obliviously looking at the ball.
- How to counteract the move
Attack the person that is holding the ball to look at the surrounding environment as they wont be able to react without dropping the ball which will cause it to smash.
- What your opinion is on the move.
My favourite so far as it can potentially do a lot of good inside of battle and outside of battle, outside battle it can be used for tracking other things like enemy ninja or bounty's easily as you can view the large battlefield they are in and will be able to follow there direction without metagaming. Also inside of battle you can see what your opponent is up to and able to counter him easier.

Good enough loser. Now the next jutsu is basically Guren's most utilized jutsu shown being used. Fairly simple you focus your crystal chakra from your forearm, and form a blade that resembles a scythe type blade. The blade will be attached to your arm through two or three points or braces that leech onto the forearm like posts of sorts. It's strong enough to be used against swords, shuriken, and kunai.
