Alright lets start by talking about Minato. His greatest asset is his flying thunder god technique. This is an awesome weapon but it requires a great amount of detail to use along with multiple sealed kunai.

Mid range I guess.
I quickly begin by throwing one of Minato's special kunai towards you. The kunai not aimed directly at you, but traveling slightly upwards. So by the time it would reach you it would be a few meters over your head. As I am doing this I begin to build up my lightning chakra.Then as it leaves my hand I quickly slam my hands to the ground, releasing a wave of lightning through the ground towards you.

I then attach an explosive tag to a kunai, while using FTG to transport to the Special Kunai, which by now has probably reached over you head. Upon reaching the Special kunai I throw the other kunai with the explosive tag attached at you.

now what would you do If I Threw a kunai to intercept your sealed kunai at half way? All I have to after that is block your lightning technique by growing a wooden pillar from the ground to raise me above the lightning and block your fire with a water wall. if you use FTG it will probably fall either into the lightning or fire.
The key here is compounded jutsu attacks, along with leaving yourself some room for fault. with minato, less is more.
you could throw your sealed kunai and when it is about to hit with the kunai your opponent throws, you use

As I see you destroying my earth spikes I direct a large body of water at you. Then I draw two kunai, both with special tags. Stabbing one into the ground and throwing the other one about 11 o'clock from me, it landing a few meters to right. Then as it lands I quickly teleport there after you are hit by the water. Then I release a lightning wave towards you, harming you even more due to the water.
(Suiton: Suishouha) - Water Style: Water Shock wave

Minato started by taking out his special kunai.He then proceeded by throwing it at the air,at an angle,so that it would actually hit Yamato from above.However, far from finishing his move, he then chained together a couple of hand seals and suddenly, the one kunai transformed into thousands of them that were now falling at extreme high speeds, aiming for Yamato. Minato then made one more hand seal and a blast of wind was shot out of his mouth,speeding at Yamato aswell.Now the vision from Yamato blocked by the wind and having to focus on so many things,Minato made no hand seals at all and earth spikes grew from the ground and impaled Yamato from behind.

LOL thats a good move. Sheesh -_- I wouls start by throwing an explosive tag wrapped kunai to intercept your barrage of sealed kunai. the explosion will deflect the array of kunai all over the place, but away from me. I would then strafe right and blow a grand fireball (b-ranked I think) into the wind to nullify it then chidory nagashi as the spikes shot from the earth.
Okay, now all Minatos out there. If you threw your kunai at me and I threw one to intercept what would you do?
