(You know you don't have to apologize, but good thing you got better)
Nodding at his instructions, he lowers his hands from the bracelet on his left wrist, then throws his arms into the air, a quick stretch always soothed the muscles, right? Lowering his arms, then bringing them to his chest, Carl was prepared to begin, but suddenly he felt a tap on his shoulder. Slowly turnining around to see what it was, he notices it was Aigis, er, atleast a clone of her. The sudden appearance startled him, but after a few seconds, he blew air out of his nostrils and put his right on his upper chest, he was relieved it was only her, but, that soon turned into a small moment of laughter, she got him. Aigis completely caught him off guard, and if it wasn't for her caring appearance, the training session might've had to be ended earlier, due to a nice pair of wet pants. She got me...she's like, a natural at this, might have to take her on a pranking spree one day. With a swift and sudden movement, he brings his hands together to create a series of seals, [Rat → Snake → Tiger], raising his left hand, he manipulates the Earth beneath her, and causes two thick, bendable slabs of rock to encase her legs, about up to the upper part of her thigh, covering and restricting her knees, making her incapable of advanced movement. "Well, that's that, moving oonn" he speaks, full of enthusiam.
Flicking his right wrist back, a puff of smoke appears right beside him, as if it was some special effect at a rock concert. Motioning it to walk towards the three laid out scrolls, it shrugs and walks casually, yet causiously.
Clone's perspective
Wait, why do I have to walk towards those weird looking scrolls? Is he old-yellering me? Anyway, reaching the scrolls, I wait for something big to happen, y'know, like one of those big reveals on a homicide show, or Jerry Springer, but nothing happened. So, like the curious person I am, I take my right right foot and tap the one to the far left, then quickly withdraw, waiting for something cool to happen. Something did happen, cool? Kinda, but more scary then anything. Three splotches of mud rise from the center, then morph into these three, feral, rabbies inhabited looking Earth clones. Naturally, I tense up a bit, I throw my hand about to my shoulder showing them my palm, backing away I trip on a small piece of debris from one of the earlier techniques. Great. I tripped on a rock infront of three, large, and ferocious looking wolves, could my day get any better? The largest one, the one in the center, runs up on me and delivers a slanted slash across my chest, it hurt like hell, but oddly I didn't disperse right away. Was it Carl's twisted way of torturing me? Or was it just a coincidence? I dunno, i'm just a clone. Wifh the three of 'em running circles around me, I brace for the l invietable, I throw my hand up, flicking Carl off one last time, then get pounced on by the lot of 'em. Poof, I died, well, kinda, anyways, dueces.
Back to Carl
Seeing the clone flick him off before being devoured, Carl lets out a small chuckle, yep, definately my personality all right. Now looking back at the original Aigis, he smiles and begins to get back to work, "Weeelll, for the beginning one, you can manipulate the terrain to restrict your enemies movements or create a wave that you can ride on, either of the two. An advantage is it's range and wide usage, can be used offensively, and supplementary, nice. A disadvantage is, well, you have me beat on that one...heh," he says, rubbing the back of his head. "The second one is pretty cool, you set up a trap which shoots out wolves, attacking whoever you choose. A perk is the fact that the wolves regenerate after damage. A set back is the slow setup", looking down on his wrist, he examines the bracelet's crest, it was a large "M" shaped design with the end pieces forming a circle. Upon this, Aigis speaks up and asks him what it is exactly.
His muscles tense up and he slowly looks up at her, with a slight feeling of sadness, he parts his lips and speaks to her, "It's my Mom's bracelet...she gave it to me before her mission. She was a bounty hunter, and pretty skilled at that. One day she left to catch the man known as Kazuzu, oddly enough, he hunted aswell" he takes the moment to laugh at the irony, but it wasn't a laugh filled with happiness, it was sorrow. With a tear trickling down his cheek, he wipes it with his left arm then wraps up his sob story, "She never came back either...but she wouldn't want me to be sad. She was caring, so I have to be strong and move on, y'know? Oh, and oddly enough, you remind me alot of her, i'm glad I met you"
