Chakra is a form of energy. chakra is contained in the "chakra coils" that surround and connect to each the chakra producing organs in the body, Chakra circulates throughout the body in a network called the chakra network. Ninja use chakra by releaseing it through their chakra points in order to perform jutsu.
  
  [*]What is elemental chakra? Elemental chakra, is chakra that one has applied a nature transformation to giving it proprieties of the nature.
  
  [*]What is a shinobi? Shinobi are ninja that come from a hidden village, These ninja have the ability to manipulate chakra to create and use techniques. Shinobi are loyal to their villages for life, and if they are not then there are defectors are considered to be missing-nin.
  
  [*]What in ninjutsu? Ninjutsu is referring to most techniques that allow the user to do something that they otherwise would not be able of doing, Unlike genjutsu which makes the opponent see illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are real.
  
  
  
  [*]What is taijutsu? Taijutsi is hand to hand combat. Taijutsu is used by accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training. Most of the time taijutsu does not require chakra, though the user can use chakra to enhance the power and speed of hand to hand combat. Taijutsu requires no hand seals to perform combat.
  
  [*]What is genjutsu? Genjutsu are illusionary techniques that are used like ninjutsu, (requiring chakra and hand seals.) The main difference between the two are that the effects of genjutsu are illusory and the effects of ninjutsu are not. When using genjutsu the user does not attack the opponents body, like when using taijutsu or ninjutsu. Genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the opponets brain.

  [*]Water- Suiton is one of the basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allow the user to manipulate water, The user can either use an water source for jutsu or by using their charka create there own. It takes much more skill to create the water than to manipulate water that is available already . Suiton is one of the most versatile of the five basic chakra natures. Water techniques can not only change shape but state as well. The offensive water techniques commonly appear to do damage from the sudden force that they exert, which would cause massive internal damage. Suiton is weak to doton and strong to katon
  
  [*]Fire- Fire is one of the basic nature transformations. It is performed by heating chakra inside the stomach, then expelled from the lungs and mouth. There are also variants to this in the form of some mediums such as the use of gun powder, explosive tags and chakra flow into a weapon. Fire is strong against wind because the wind feeds the flames and fire is weak against water because the water cools and smothers the flame.
  
  [*]Lightning-Raiton is one of the Five Basic elemental nature transformation techniques. It allows you the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra. Raiton Is Weak Against Wind and Strong Against Doton

Hyoton- Ice release is a advanced nature kekkei genkai. It allows the users to combine Fuuton and suiton natured chakra to create ice, This ice the user can control at will. Fire attacks will only melt the ice slightly.

Earth is my favorite, good choice. ^_^ We're going to find out what affinity you are for this training session then!

Now lets begin.

Take this piece of paper, and put a hand on either side of it. Focus your doton chakra through your arms, and into the paper. Once you have focused enough chakra, the paper should begin to crumble and fall away, similar to dirt. Now try it for yourself.

So when you release fire from your mouth, you are essentially using nature manipulation on your basic, normal chakra in order to super-heat it. Try this concept on the paper now.

Focus more on nature manipulation. This involves altering your chakra's qualities, to those of the specified element. So when you release fire from your mouth, you are essentially using nature manipulation on your basic, normal chakra in order to super-heat it. Try this concept on the paper now.

I notice that the paper only begins to crumble, So i start to think about how the earth looks, how the earth feels, how the earth sounds, And how the earth smells, by doing this i change my raw chakra into doton nature chakra, I then try to copy what i'm seeing in my head about how the earth behaves onto my charka, When i do this i focus some more chakra onto the paper the paper begins to get really dry and it starts to change in color, I focus some more chakra onto the paper and it starts to crumble and break into smaller pieces of dirt.

Description: This technique allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a melee weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this technique allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.

Pick up a small piece of rock from the ground, and use shape manipulation on it to extend the length of the rock into a rather long staff. Then, hurl the staff at my clone like a spear, piercing through his head.
