Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.
From herein, you'll need more chakra than you've been using so far, so really concentrate on each technique. Similarly to the last technique that you just did, focus lightning chakra in your palm and release it outwards in a stream of lightning instead of several lightning bolts. That stream should travel outward from you palm. The stream should be enough to hurt your opponent on your own, but be sure not to make it to condensed because the real ability of this jutsu is that it's one of the easiest techniques for a water technique to conduct. Keep in mind that not every lightning technique will be conducted by water easily, some are far too direct and concise. This however does so fluently.

Focus more on releasing a bunch of separate... streams (for lack of a better word) of lightning that go outward. Give the streams one direction but not a shape. Yeah, the technique is extremely limited in where and when you can use it. However, you can always make a structure yourself to use this. Such as making a plateau like I just did. Lol, I'm going to be perfectly honest and say that I have no idea what AACT's are referring to. I'd appreciate it if you could let me know, as I never heard the term until I came back and since I just became a sensei again I didn't bother asking anyone what it meant.
Keep in mind that the technique can also be used to hit the same target from different angles. Depending on your movements during battle, you can take advantage of techniques that consist of more than one strike like this to attack your opponent from several angles at once. This basically changes the way that they can defend against techniques. If I send three small fireballs that come from completely different directions, for example, you can't just make a spear of water to shoot through all of them.

The "electrical essence" described is actually more along the lines of two bolts of lightning that are shot into the sky from each hand. Shoot those bolts into the sky, and then use your lightning chakra, which is now in the sky, to bring down bolts of lightning.

Nice execution. Good accuracy, yes. Can stun or hurt the opponent, well that's a given lol. The one obvious thing that you're missing is that it allows you to attack the opponent from above despite where you currently are. As for your specific situation, eh, I would be inclined to disagree. This technique requires a bit too much time to be used while your opponent is performing a jutsu, correct? Perhaps it would be better for you to use the technique, wait for a while, and then bring the lightning bolt down as your opponent tries to do something. Keep in mind though, to my belief, that you cannot use a different technique in between the time that you shoot this up into the sky and bring it down. Personally I would use this technique, wait for a while and do some other offensive action, even taijutsu perhaps, and then distance yourself from your opponent while suddenly bringing down a powerful bolt of lightning. The key here is making sure that your opponent doesn't have time to react or interrupt, and being that you have to shoot lightning into the sky first, they have plenty of time.
Anyway, if you've got that, moving along.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.
This technique is a bit interesting in the fact that the pillars rising up are actually made of stone, even though you're only using lightning chakra here. When performing this technique, focus your lightning chakra at four points around your opponent, generally it would probably be in front of your them off to the left, in front off to the right, behind them off to the left, and behind off to the right to put them in a square of pillars. Then, bring that lightning chakra up from the ground to surround your opponent with the pillars. Finally, release all of the lightning chakra from the pillars inwards so that a square of lightning is created.
