Hello dear personal student, let's start with Fire shall we. Tell me everything you know about the fire element, what are the strengths and weaknesses, what can it combine with, name some famous users of the element. Also what KG is it a part of.
What is Fire?
Fire can be defined as combustion or burning, in which substances combine chemically with oxygen from the air and typically give out bright light, heat, and smoke. It is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by moulding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. There are also variants to this in the form of some mediums such as the use of gun powder, explosive tags and chakra flow into a weapon.
Commonly affiliated with the Tiger hand seal, Fire Release consists of mid to long-ranged offensive techniques that cause combustive and explosive damage. The chakra nature is common among shinobi of Konohagakure in the Land of Fire, notably with the Sarutobi clan and Uchiha clan, the latter having been noted to hold a natural affinity for it. Amaterasu, a power only acquired through wielding the Mangekyō Sharingan, is stated to be the highest level of fire nature transformation.
Strengths
Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames
Fire Release can be used in conjunction with Lightning Release to augment the latter by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
Can be used in conjunction with Earth release
Weaknesses
Fire is weak against water as it cools and smothers the flames

Fire can be used with the Scorch Release KG, capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse, as well as Boil Release, Lava Release and Scorch Release, it is also a component of the kekkei tōta: Dust Release.

Also gives the user a means for battle if a weapon is not at hand. Exceptionally good for crowd control due to the fact that many projectiles are shot and not just one. Disadvantages: Flame can backfire and be used against you. The process of performing this jutsu can leave you open for other attacks due to the position of your body. Combos and possible uses: Shooting the flame at your blade if powerful enough and increasing it's damage/level of danger. Shooting it at an animal/summon that is immune to flames, similar to the sword combo. Shooting it into a miniature old fashioned flying device to allow lift, such as a blimp. Description: The user will throw several shuriken at the enemy and then inflames them with fire to cause extra damage.
Describe how to do it: Incorporating your fire release abilities, you throw a number of shuriken and then afterwards engulf them in flames whilst they are in the air. How many hand seals does it have: 2 Advantages: Flames not only add extra damage, they increase the difficulty to dodge and, if fighting in a grassy and or area filled with lots of plant life, can engulf the terrain around the opponent in flames, making manoeuvring difficult and perhaps trapping them. Disadvantages: Can work as a double edged sword, especially if your opponent is a wind based user and not only manages to send the shuriken flying back at you, but also manages to intensify the flames and increase their power Combos and possible uses: Throwing the shuriken in clustered bunch instead of spread out. Throwing the shuriken to distract the opponent and the following through with a different attack of your own. Throwing the shuriken with intentions of burning the surrounding landscape. How to defend against it: By simply moving out of the way, creating a barrier in front of you, teleporting, hardening your skin, sending it back, exploding something in their epicentre to send them flying outwards in different directions and much more. Also gives the user a means for battle if a weapon is not at hand. Disadvantages: Flame can backfire and be used against you. Also i should mention in the RP, that fire is strong to wind, and in terms of opposite directions, if you use fire and your opponent uses wind of the same rank, especially with this technique, the fire would overpower it, and they would get filled up with red hot shuriken, and likely die. xd

Describe how to do it: The user must first perform the hand seals that are necessary in performing this technique. After which they momentarily inhale, completing the attack by exhaling a large amount and blowing a flammable gas from their lungs that, when in contact with other flammable things, ignites into a large fireball. How many hand seals does it have: 4 Advantages: Very good when it comes to fighting with a partner, it serves an offensive and support attack. If the location you're fighting in is surrounded by gas or the opponent you're fighting has some kind of gas manipulative abilities, it can backfire against them or you can completely turn the setting against them. Disadvantages: The gas that you exhale could be ignited before the technique is properly completed, backfiring against the user and turning into a double edged sword so to speak. Combos and possible uses: If you're clearing out a specific location for a mission, you could surround a specific room that you must enter with gas, and then have your opponent or yourself ignite the gas, causing a large explosion within the room and clearing out all possible enemies and or dangers before entering yourself and proceeding. How to defend against it: Creating a barrier made of material around yourself to protect from the explosion, moving out of the attack's radius, surrounding yourself or the location with water and much more. ( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique

Describe how to do it: Using the same exhaling and inhaling technique as other throat based fire release techniques, instead of releasing gas like the technique prior to this, the user releases a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent. How many hand seals does it have: 2 Advantages: Gives the user fire manipulative abilities and allows them to enflame their opponent or do any of the other things/use any of the other benefits that fire provides. Disadvantages: Anything stronger than fire, if the opponent has incredible speed and manages to get behind the user than the position the user goes into to perform this technique could leave him vulnerable. Combos and possible uses: Pretty much the same as the other mouth/throat based fire release techniques I have described as well as burrowing through buildings and destroying barriers with the concentrated attack. For that technique you must use your mouth.
Also in the NB RP you can't simply "move/dodge" techniques, unlike the other RP.
In NB you must either use a technique to block another, or use a technique to initiate a dodge.
Such as wind stream, or a water wave.
Anything to push you away from a technique, similar to my usage of the wind bullet move in the other RP to jettison myself away from an incoming technique.

Describe how to do it: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire and expelled from the mouth either as a massive orb of roaring flame or as a continuous flame-thrower. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique. How many hand seals does it have: 6 Advantages: The obvious advantages of fire manipulation. This time however you can also release it in a stream like formation, making evasion that extra bit difficult and giving you the upper hand in a fight. Disadvantages: You could be caught off guard whilst blowing and performing the technique. The position in which you must have your hand leaves you with only one free arm/hand to counter if your opponent manages to evade and return the favour with a good enough counter. Combos and possible uses: Throwing a large projectile like a spear and releasing this jutsu to engulf it, propelling it, increasing it's speed drastically as well as it's danger and ability to do damage due to the added effect of the flames. How to defend against it: Creating a barrier, using a water technique or any element that's stronger than fire, flying, diving out of the way, burrowing under ground and much more. How many hand seals does it have: 0 Advantages: This technique can be useful when catching opponents off guard, if they're charging at you wildly the wall of flame can catch them off guard and severely burn them. Disadvantages:If you're enclosed from all other sides, creating this wall of fame would not be a good idea at all. It's reliance on an open flame also restricts it's versatility. Combos and possible uses: Using this technique with Hurricane fist, Creating multiple of these walls around the opponent, burrowing under ground and catching them off guard. Disadvantages: if the opponent uses some strange wind based technique to send it back then the user essentially has to deal with their own technique. Combos and possible uses: Hiding shurikens within the flames and having the flames as well as the shurikens all expand erratically in multiple directions. How to defend against it: Creating a wall, burrowing, flying, sending an equally powerful or stronger attack back and much more. Image of the technique:
