1) Chakra is formed when you combine the Physical Energy in your body and the Spiritual Energy in your Mind and channel it through your Chakra circulatory system. The chakra in the circulatory system is then used to perform Ninjutsu and Genjutsu.
2) Other types of Chakra include :-
A) Senjutsu Chakra - When you combine Natural Energy with your Chakra enhancing it's power and can even use Sage Mode.
B) Bijuu Chakra - This Chakra originates from the Nine Bijuus and is characterised by it's high density and power.
3) Nature Manipulation is the moulding of one's chakra to define it into one of the Five Basic Elements, i.e; Fire, Water, Wind, Earth and Lightning. In Advanced Nature Manipulation, you can combine two or three basic elements to form Advanced elements like Lava, Ice, etc.

1) Water is a liquid substance which forms the basis of life. It is a clear and transparent liquid which forms the streams, lakes, oceans and rain and is an important constituent of living beings.
2) Water Release allows the user to create water from their Chakra or manipulate water from Pre-existing sources like Rivers, Ponds, etc. Water is weak against Earth and strong against Fire. Water Release is also a very versatile element as it can used for support, offense and defense.

1) Water is strong against fire because it lowers the overall temperature and causes the flames to extinguish. Water is weak against Earth as the Earth structures can stop the force of water and sufficient water can make the Earth versatile and dangerous.
2) Water can be used along with Lightning to increase the flow of current making the Lightning technique stronger. Using Wind Element with Water element increases the destructive power of the Water elemental technique.
3) KG's involving Water Element :-
A) Wood Release is formed by the combination of Earth and Water by which Trees, Plants and wood can be freely manipulated.
B) Ice Release is formed by the combination of Ice and Water by which Ice can be created and manipulated by the user.
C) Boil Release is formed by the combination of Fire and Water to create a corrosive vapour which can melt anything. By this element, a user can also control acidity i.e; the PH level.
D) Storm Release is formed by the combination of Lightning and Water to create guided Chakra Beams.
4) The users of water are Kakashi, Haku, Zabuza, Mei, Darui, Kisame, Tobirama, Utakata, Suigetsu, Tobirama, Hashirama, Hiruzen, Mangetsu, Nagato, and Isobu (Three-Tails).
Earth- Water can be combined with Earth to form mud which is viscous and can be used to trap objects. Mud is very versatile as it is fluid unlike Stone and Rocks.
Fire- Water and Fire are polar opposites, so combining both is a difficult job as Water extinguishes Fire but a powerful Fire technique will cause evaporation of Water.

After the first failed attempt, Gowther closes his eyes and concentrates on trying to build his chakra near his chakra core. As, the Chakra builds up, he feels the force of the chakra in the form of an ocean within him, wild and untamed. After, a few minutes of intense concentration, he is able to control his chakra and gets the feeling of the calm ocean as the chakra comes under control.
He then slowly releases the calm ocean of Chakra and distributes it through every vein of his chakra network. As, he does this, he feels a calm and cool sensation spreading throughout his body reminding him of the calmness of water. Felling Calm and peaceful, Gowther opens his eyes and says "Did it work, Preist Sensei ?"

-A spear
-A ring
-A wave
then proceed to channeling the same chakra into your stomach while you begin to turn the chakra into water chakra then transport the chakra to your mouth and then spit out water to form those list I mentioned above.

Gowther then slowly starts accumulating chakra in his hands and tries to imagine it as water. As, the chakra concentrates in his hands, Gowther is able to transform the Chakra into Water Chakra.
Water starts forming in Gowther's hands. He then imagines a sword, in his mind and after manipulating his Chakra with intense concentration, he is able to form the water into a Misshapen sword like shape.
He then further concentrates and is able to form a ring out of water but forming the spear took some minutes.
After doing this, he then imagines a shield in his mind. By spreading the water and increasing it's volume Gowther is able to form a wobbly shield of water.
After doing this Gowther feels tired but forces himself to continue, He starts focusing the Chakra and concentrates on his stomach. After a few minutes, he spits out Water from his mouth forming a very small wave. Gowther is exhausted after doing all this.

Now relax a little, rest and then you come back.
Then I want you to inhale and gather air into your body, then you begin to knead your chakra into your stomach. After you've gathered enough, I want you to picture the properties of water, wet, flowing, subtle thus transforming you accumulated chakra into suiton chakra. Next step is you channel the chakra into your mouth where you mold them into water and spit out water as a continous wave towards that tree. Try and moderate the size, width and height of the wave using shape manipulation.
