What I know: Water or Suiton is H20, one part oxygen, 2 parts hydrogen. Ninjas use this substance as part of their Justus for example water clones, water is very manipulatible and is found everywhere and can take many forms, ice and mist for example. Water is life.
Strengths/weaknesses: Water is strong against fire because it naturally extinguishes the flames (though a sufficiently powerful fire technique can cause evaporation) but is weak against earth because earth structures can dissipate the force of water rendering the technique ineffective.
Users: 2nd Mizukage, Suigetsu, Tobirama, Kisame, and Korra senpai
Clans: For example my clan the Hōzuki clan especially specializes in this release with their water hydrification technique, the senju clan also has proficient users as well.
Village that specializes in it: Kirigakure and Amegakure
Jutsus:
1. Suiton: Teppōdama - Water Release: Gunshot
2. Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu - Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

How you would counter it: By using Doton technique I could create pillars if earth to get away from a water blast or turn a water shield to mud
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): By channeling chakra to an existing water source I would manipulate it without performing handseals to either a small missile/blast of water or I would manipulate it upwards to make a shield of water
Hiding in mist technique:
One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
How you would counter it: Using hiding in earth technique I would simply avoid getting trapped in an area where I am vulnerable
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): By channeling chakra into my mouth I disperse the pearly-white mist, infused with my chakra on to the battle field turning it into a field of my advantage, I than proceed with silent killing technique.
One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
- 1. I can create an opening with this jutsu
- 2. The shield seems to be a good defense against d-rank techniques and can at least cushion the blow of stronger jutsu
- 3. This jutsu is good against d-rank Katon jutsu
- 1.Doton could turn this jutsu into a muddy slush
- 2. This jutsu is weak against stronger opponents, and its damage level is low
- 3. This jutsu is ineffective against long range fighters

- 2. this is an effective way to counter a sharingan user or (god forbid) a rinnegan user
- 3. This jutsu is easy to use and doesn't need an existing water source as I can just create my own
- 1. This jutsu is useless against a hyuuga with byakugan
- 2. Against another kirigakure ninja this jutsu is rendered ineffective
- 3. This jutsu could be dispersed by wind jutsu
How you would counter it: Using hiding in earth technique I would simply avoid getting trapped in an area where I am vulnerable

Water Release: Water Shark breakthrough
One/three advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
How you would counter it: Using Earth Release: Double decapitation technique, I could hide underground and pull my opponents body into the earth Kakashi style
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): By releasing water from my mouth or using surrounding water I create a good sized shark from underneath me which than strikes my opponent
L: "alright lets see what this jutsu can do"
L channels his chakra releasing water from his mouth, I than channel chakra into the water shaping it into a shark, as Korras clone watches, the head of the shark begins forming and than it flies out from this watery puddle and strikes her clone causing it to disperse
L: "this jutsu is quite adequate I'll make sure to make use of it in the future, now than..."
Water release: Water whip

How you would counter it: By using earth release: rock barrage I could counter the offense of this technique making the opponent release this jutsu and switch to defense
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): by using handseals Rat -> Dog -> Ox I create and release water from my arm to create a whip I than use to bound or whip by victim with

I preform the three handseals Rat —> Dog —> Ox and create a whip of water, without hesitation I rush to Korras ones position and than use the whip to bound her, as she begins struggling I use water release: sword of draining to stab the clone causing it to disperse

This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Do the signs and release from your mouth and release a high viscosity chakra infuesd water that is very sticky to trap my clone in place so you can attack her.

Advantages: You can change the field to your advantage and than preform a high level Jutsu that is pretty much unavoidable at that point.
Disadvantages: If used unwisely you can trap a partner in a dual battle in this Jutsu or worse
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: by using earth release Jutsu I could create pillars from the ground launching me in the air releasing me from this Jutsu
