I think you mean projectile tech, not steaming. If you stream chakra into a technique, it dissipates once you quit channeling chakra into it. If you want, I can go WAY more in depth into this, but I think you get the premise. ^^

First technique is rather simple. If you have a GIGANTIC water source, rivaling that of a Bijuu, you can use it to form a wave of monstrous proportions. It's size is unmatched with any other water technique, and you must be in long range to use this technique due to the sheer size. It has barely any supplementary usages, but you could definitely hide in all the water this technique uses and use stealth to take your opponent out.

The next jutsu is a very basic, and nice defensive jutsu. You can spew out water from your mouth or use pre existing water after forming a set amount of hand seals to form a wall of water that covers your north, south, east, and west with great power. You can still maintain eye contact through the water which is very nice, but other than that, it's just a basic defensive jutsu.

A nintaijutsu in a sense. This is Tobirama's technique from a shippuden game I believe. If your opponent is standing on water, you make it rise and explode him into the air and you jump. You then coat your arm with a small whirlpool of water, and then you drive it into their chest in mid air, sending him crashing back down into the water/earth, causing massive damage.

Discuss Jakass!

Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.
So this technique is a relatively simple and straightforward technique. Naturally, it'd probably be very difficult to come into such quantities of water, but if it was set ahead of time, this would be great. This attack sorta reminds me of Madara's Great Majestic Flame Annihilation tech that covered a massive width and height. I mean, it's a fine technique in it of itself, and like you said, it'll be great for stealth. Naturally, one's field of vision would be rendered pretty much useless here due to the sheer size and quantity of the water, even with Dojutsu users (bar Byakugan with their telescopic reach). I mean, it's just such a straightforward technique. Nothing much to say besides that it'll be useful if I have the necessary requirements.

Good technique. With only a few handseals, you can protect yourself from attacks from all directions. The field of vision being maintained is a great bonus. But I'm sure that means the target still has a clear sight of the user as well. This tech sort reminds me of the Water Prison tech, though only being used on yourself. I really don't know what else to say about this honestly. I'd sorta like it if we can also push out the wall around you, sorta like the Plasma Ball Lightning tech, but you'd be shooting out the water outwards, you know?

(Suiton: Suijinheki) — Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Type: Defensive/Supplementary

Instantly reminds me of the water pillar rising technique that makes the opponent rise, only this has the added effect of incorporating another step to the jutsu. It's an alright jutsu. I don't like how this technique says the user jumps after launching the target, because that brief time of having to jump up to reach the opponent may be enough for them to counter. I'd probably first have some sort of attack set up in the air before using this technique to prevent the opponent from focusing on the whirlpool in my hand, but on the other attack first, effectively giving me time to hit him.

Mangetsu materializes from a linger cloud of mist that was present on the battlefield.

Yo~ The name's Mangetsu Hozuki and I'll be taking over your training.

Said Mangetsu in a very cool and collected manner.

I wouldn't help but overhear that you said the "Water Style: Water Encampment Wall" technique reminded you of the Water Prison Jutsu? It's very far from it. As the Water Prison technique creates an entire sphere of water filled within. Unlike the Prison jutsu, the Water Encampent technique creates a 360 degree fence of water, covering all sides except for the top.

Mangetsu proceeds to reach to the side of his waist with his left hand and grabs a hold of his navy blue katana. He then under-tosses it to his student.

Here, catch!

( Suiton: Seisuiryū ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

This next technique will incorporate swordplay, though not extensively. I want you to release your chakra beneath you and manipulate the moisture around you in order to materialize a small wave of water that rises from beneath. By using the walking on water technique, you'd stay on top of the wave as you shape manipulate it to travel forward towards your desired target. You will then proceed to wait until you get near your target in order to unsheathe or swing your already sheathed sword to strike your opponent from any chosen angle so long as it makes sense. After performing the technique I want you to point out anything you noticed about it, possibly some useful combinations or ways to go about performing the technique. And also some down sides that you may not like.

Jakai notices a man appear from a small cloud of mist. The man would introduce himself as Jakai's new teacher. It's very nice to meet you. My name is Jakai Uchiha, and I'm ready whenever you are. Jakai would give a hearty smile after saying that. Looking towards his new teacher, Jakai listens closely, focusing on the difference between the Water Prison Jutsu and the Water Encampment Wall Jutsu. After being told, Jakai gave a quick nod of understanding. His teacher would then proceed to toss him a sword. Jakai caught it and listened for what to do.

After hearing the instructions, Jakai looks towards a random tree and gets within mid range of it. He focuses his chakra underneath him and creates a small wave of water that pushes underneath his feet. While focusing his chakra to stay above the water, he makes the water underneath him grow into a small wave in order to push him forward towards the tree. Now with the wave moving forward on its own, Jakai would prepare the sword he borrowed from his sensei and aim it towards the tree. Once in short-range, Jakai would swiftly slice horizontally and diagonally several times along the tree, causing it to be cut down in pieces.

Jakai would now stand over a puddle of water in front of the, now cut-up, tree and look to his teacher. He walked forward and handed it over. Thank you Senpai. Now regarding this technique, I like how it focuses on use of a sword. My first thought that comes to mind is utilizing the Slicing Crimson Wave technique while I am riding the wave to send a wave of chakra that the target would have to deal with, before I close in and finish with some slicing moves. I also enjoy how this technique allows me to enter close quarter combat situations by forcing the water to push me in closer. I do have a worry of lightning being streamed through the ground though in order to electrify the water and shock me. Other than that, that's about all I have to say about this technique.

OOC: Again, I really appreciate this bud :) I promise to make active and well-thought out responses.

That was a great deduction but I have to point something out. This technique forces you to maintain your chakra focused on the body of water, this case being the wave. The second you begin channeling your chakra into your blade to releasing your crescent wave, the source would begin to disperse as the focus is no longer in it. With that being said, what can be done is timing it correctly so that the water spreads upon deactivation whilst allowing you to reach your destination. And by this I mean initiating your chakra wave attack once you're close enough.

Mangetsu proceeds to effortlessly gesture a few hand seals, causing several poofs of smoke to be created around the field, summoning countless straw-dummies.

You must be registered for see images

From now on they will be your new targets.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
Mangetu gestures a single hand seal whilst focusing his chakra into several of the straw-dummies. Moments later, countless streams of water being to release from the mouths of the dummies, filling a portion of the field with a source of water, mainly around his student Jakai.

This time around you will be doing two techniques that are very similar, though still different in their own way. The first technique requires three hand signs which are "Ram, Horse and Bird". While doing so I want you to release your chakra outwards and into the source of water around you, using shape manipulation to gather it around your location. As it begins to surround you I want to rotate it like a storm, creating a thin vortex of water that is roughly the radius of your body, having you in the eye of the storm. The height of the vortex rivals five meters or so, and even greater if used for attack. This is almost the perfect defense, however the bottom will be exposed as well as the top, so long as it maintains it's form without moving. The neat thing about this technique is that it can also be used to attack by manipulating the top portion of the vortex to twist and turn towards your desired targets, up to a mid range distance away. While performing the technique I want you to use it in a a way that you may incorporate it into battle. After doing so I want you to note anything you noticed about the technique, special features, defects and bonuses.

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.
After you've practiced the first vortex technique we will jump to the next one which is similar, but again, not the same. Unlike the one you just learned, this technique doesn't create a defensive vortex around you. Instead, it creates a vortex around your target. Though the skill necessary to perform this technique requires us to have a water source present beneath our target, otherwise we can't materialize it on our own. You will begin by swinging your desired arm whilst focusing your chakra around the water beneath one of the straw dummies. Using shape manipulation you will rise an explosive vortex that will knock the dummy into the air. With an opposite hand swing you'll deactivate the vortex and move onto your follow up move. Like before, I want you to note any specifics you may have noticed whilst performing the technique.

OOC: You're quite welcome! It's why I took up the position in the first place ^.^

I see. I misunderstood the technique as being one that only requires the initial chakra usage to create the technique, as opposed to a constant streaming technique. But like you said, I could definitely try using this technique and forcibly stopping it after I move close enough. Jakai then noticed Mangetsu create a bunch of targets throughout the training area. He then listened onwards to what Mangetsu said. Jakai's senpai would then make a few handseals to release water around the field and continued to explain the next two techniques.

Following his senpai's directions, Jakai performed the first technique. He would then jump up high into the air and position his body parallel to the ground. As he was in the air, he wove the necessary handseals and focused his chakra into the surrounding water beneath him. The water would then raise around Jakai and spiral around in a tornado-like fashion. Jakai then continued to focus his chakra to raise the top and bottom of the tornado even higher and change directions, aiming the top side right at one of the targets, and the bottom side at another target on the other side. The torrent of water would then hit each target and knock them down. After that, Jakai would release the technique as he was in the air and land back down. Jakai then looked to his senpai. This is definitely a useful technique. Now I usually categorize techniques when I explain them. I would categorize this technique as a streaming technique because the technique requires me to constantly surge chakra to keep it active. So, this technique does have the same benefits and issues with all other streaming techniques. So the benefits are that I can keep the going constantly to aim at more targets without using another technique, as well as keeping it up to protect from attacks. Also, considering it's a constant stream, the user of this technique would be able to end the technique at any time by simply stopping their chakra. The disadvantages would be that I would not be able to use another technique while using this technique. For this technique specifically, the disadvantage would be that aerial attacks could still hit. Personally, I'd think this is a minimal disadvantage considering most aerial attacks would be quite difficult to aim, as well as the opening of the eye of the tornado being small in width, so the attack would literally have to be directly above the user to hit. Another disadvantage is that the when aiming the top of the tornado towards a target, the target could enter the tornado from the eye, somewhat avoiding damage. Other than that, that's all I can think of.

Moving on to the next technique, Jakai moves towards the next dummy and focuses his chakra. While focusing his chakra on the chakra around the target, Jakai swung his right hand swiftly into the air. In doing so, the water would quickly rise into a vortex of water that would send the target flying in the air. Jakai continued to focus his chakra and leave the water running, before finally using his left hand and swinging it downwards to release the technique. Jakai would then turn back and look to his senpai. Well, this is just like the other technique. It would be categorized as a streaming technique, and deals with the same benefits and downsides; can't use another technique while this one is active and can be held for as long as needed. For this technique specifically, it's extremely useful in close quarter combat situations, since this technique can be done so fluidly—See what I did there? ;)—while fighting someone. The major downside to this technique though, is the fact that you need to be in short range as well as having a water source below the opponent. Now, in most usual fights, these conditions would probably not be made, unless done purposefully. Other than that, that's all I can think of.

Hmmm... that specific usage you tried to do was incorrect. The base of the tornado can't be manipulated to attack, only the top of it as it arcs towards your desired location, similar to a serpent that is glued to the surface it was on. I'm glad you caught the technique's weakness, however it can be overcome by attacking your target thus twisting the opening of the vortex away from you, effectively 'closing' the opening. As for potential threats that may try to enter, the same thing can be done by simply twisting the head of the tornado so that if they were to enter, they'd hit a 'wall' of water shortly afterwards unless they had a special levitating or flight technique that allowed them to accurately maneuver through the twisting eye of the 'storm'.

Mangetsu observed as his student proceeded to perform the next technique.

You're correct on it's fluid execution. It could definitely be used to surprise your target if you are trying to forcefully distance yourself from him while in short range. Though you have to be cautious as the vortex would have to be created small enough so that you're not caught inside it.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.
This technique is one of best out there to create a vast source of water. You will start by gesturing the "Ram" hand sign whilst focusing water chakra inside of your mouth, thereafter releasing it from your mouth. You will continue to manipulate your chakra as you spew a large volume that begins rising you like a pillar that naturally spreads throughout the field with massive waves that could potentially deal damage to your target. After the water is fully released, which is no swift task, it can be shape manipulated into a giant orb that would hold both you and your target. The sphere would leave you at it's center and move along with you. This is a very interesting technique that has a lot of usages, both positive and negative. Please perform it and point anything out that you notice. I will fill anything that's necessary after watching your execution.

Jakai listened in on his senpai. Ah, I see. I misunderstood the technique's capability. I was thinking that because the tornado is naturally made whilst one is on the ground, it wouldn't make sense to control the base of the tornado. However, because I did the technique in the air, the base would be open, which made me believe I could direct it somewhere. Thank you for correcting me. And I'll be sure to be cautious about the second technique while in close quarter combat situations, so that I won't be affected. With a smile on his face, Jakai listened onwards to the next set of instructions his senpai would say.

Before starting, Jakai moved to a further location on the training field to get enough distance away from his senpai. As instructed, Jakai performed the Ram handseal and began to mould his chakra. As he did so, he sent the chakra up to mouth and released a large quantity of water down to the ground. The water would start by raising Jakai higher in the air on a pillar of water, with subsequent waves of water, originating form the pillar, cascading outwards towards the entire field. The waves would spread out in an omnidirectional pattern, knocking down each of the targets on the field. As the waves would spread and the pillar would rise, Jakai focused on using shape transformation on the water to form a giant orb that would cover the training area. As the water would finally form, Jakai would float in the middle. Jakai would then begin to swim around as fast as he could, though he wasn't able to notice the movement of the entire orb so easily. Jakai would then release the technique and the entire orb of water would "pop", sending all the water down towards the ground. Jakai would then land ground and look to this senpai.

Well, my first assumption is that this technique would also be a streaming technique, because I don't see any other way of deactivating the orb besides losing focus of my chakra. If this technique was stated to last a specific amount of turns, I would assume otherwise. If I'm right, then that means there's the downside of me not being able to utilize other techniques while inside the orb. Now to this technique specifically, what's very useful is that I can continue to keep this technique active and make my opponent struggle to breathe. The issue with that though, is that I'd also be struggling to breathe. In addition to that, while my opponent can use other techniques, I won't be able to really protect myself. What is useful though, is the beginning of this technique. The rising pillar of water and cascading waves can protect me from incoming attacks by allowing me to both avoid them by rising up and also stop them with the waves. Considering I'll be in the center and floating, Earth techniques that focus on the ground won't be that useful, unless they could draw out a large amount of water, so the opponents probably wouldn't use them.. Fire and Lightning techniques would be just as, if not more, damaging to the opponent as it would to me. So unless they were going for an endgame, they would probably stay away from that. So all that would be left is Wind and Water techniques, which could be very effective. What is good though, this technique, as you said, can be used for a great supply of water for future uses. And besides that, that's all I can think of.

So all that would be left is Wind and Water techniques, which could be very effective. What is good though, this technique, as you said, can be used for a great supply of water for future uses. And besides that, that's all I can think of.
Mangetsu jumped into the air in response to the scattering source of water in order to safely land on it. He proceeded to listen to the analysis his student was giving him before responding.

You're correct, this technique requires the user to keep a focus on it. (One of the biggest downsides to the canon water list is that unless stated otherwise, you can't manipulate other water techniques whilst others are being sustained.) Not only are you vulnerable after the creation of the orb, but also before that. As you have seen, the creation of the orb isn't as fast as you may have wanted. If the target has the means necessary to avoid the initial crushing waves, he could potentially release a lightning technique that would be conducted through the water and in turn, shock your system as the source is being released from your mouth. The key to stopping this technique is to disrupt it before it finalizes, which means before the orb can fully be manipulated. In most situations, it is not wise to go forth with the orb as without having a back up plan like clones or something similar. You do have to be careful as to not have your own waves crush the shadow clones though. As far as the potential volume of water produced by this technique it's almost a blessing that only one hand sign is required to perform it. Its a great set up method as you can try and take advantage of the crashing waves to release an all around attack to prevent certain things to reach you, like potential flanks.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
Speaking of the devil, this next technique is one of the only self sustained ones you will be learning. After chaining together the "Dog, Horse, Monkey & Ram" hand signs, I want you to release your chakra into a nearby water source whilst inducing shape manipulation. You will shape the water into the form of a wolf resembling a beast. Although don't let the shape fool you as only a portion of the beast will be created, mainly it's top half, whilst the rest of the creature's "body" would be attached to the water source. This means that this would not be some sort of versatile creation of water that could run or move freely like a normal wolf would. Although it resembles a wolf, it is not as nimble or fast as one, still taking the qualities of a manipulated source of water. Unlike previous techniques, this one is self sustained and the beast has the ability to release streams of water from it's mouth that are equivalent to a B-Rank technique or swipe it's claws to release expanding torrents of water. Unlike the stream variation, the torrents contain no actual rank, and thus aren't as useful as the stream but can still serve their own purpose if used correctly. This is a very interesting technique as one could utilize it not only to attack the target but also create sources of water from it's torrent-releasing trait to create new techniques. The source required for the beast isn't relatively large, however it's not small either. It can be compared to about a real life fountain. (12ft in diameter pool by roughly 3ft in height, along those lines). Just as you've done before, I want you to pick the technique apart and add anything that I didn't point out if you notice it.

OOC: I would say that after the creation of the beast, the next utilization of the steam technique would count as a jutsu out of your three slots, but I have to confirm that with a higher up/Sensei to be certain.

Jakai listened to his senpai as he gave his response to Jakai's performance. Jakai would continue listening, as his senpai would transition into the next technique. After he was completely done speaking, Jakai would prepare himself to begin. Jakai would perform the Dog, Horse, Monkey, and Ram handseals and focus his chakra into the water that remained from the previous technique. As he was doing so, Jakai would manipulate the shape of the water to take on a form of a wolf-like beast. The water would rise, with the tip of the water taking on the head of the wolf, and two arms popping out from the sides. After the beast was finally formed, Jakai would turn around. He would take out two kunais and throw them towards a target. In the exact same time, the Water Beast would slash its claws towards the targets to its left, causing a torrent of water to take them out, as well as shoot turn its head to the right and shoot out a stream of water that would be aimed to hit each of the remaining targets. After some time, the beast would finally disassemble into a puddle of water.

At the sight of the technique's completion, Jakai would face his senpai. Well, as you said, this is a different type of technique. This would be categorized as self-sustaining technique, which is probably the most useful type. The main benefit, the technique only needs the initial creation to be completed for the remainder of the technique to work. Considering this is only four handseals, the creation of the technique is probably not something that needs to be worried about. Additionally, where most non-streaming techniques would simply be one-directional, in the sense that once they are active, they can't be manipulated, this technique is sentient. For example, where a regular water bullet technique would shoot water bullets forward, once they are in the air, the user couldn't manipulate them. However, this technique is sentient and self-sustaining, being able to act on its own accord and still allow the user to perform other techniques while it is active. And that's about it. I really like the technique. Definitely plan on using it.

Well done, however I only have to point out that the beast can't form both variants at the same time (Same turn) its one or the other. This makes it so the power of the beast is balanced as well as allows it to maintain it's form without dispersing. Now it's time for you to learn one of my favorite water techniques, the foundation for many techniques I created in the field of water.

(Takigakure-Ryū: Mizukiri no Yaiba) Hidden Waterfall Style: Water Slicing Blade
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (up to 60 when used to attack)
Description:
A secret technique of Takigakure that allows the user to manipulate nearby water into the form of a sword, by compressing it to incredible amounts, making it seem solid and sharp, almost crystalline in nature. The sword is very resilient and extremely useful against Fire attacks or Fire enhanced weaponry. The sword, once formed, can be thrown as a projectile or wielded. If thrown, it will do menial damage (C-Rank) but it can be wielded as any other sword and due to its incredible sharpness, can be quite dangerous. It can be used for melee based Kenjutsu attacks.
Note: While the sword is being sustained, the user can only mold Water Techniques.
Mangetsu couldn't hold the excitement and walked towards the nearby water source. He then channeled his chakra into it, shape manipulate it and gathering it around his right hand. The water was compressed to the highest degrees, making it appear crystalline in nature. Within moments, the source of water took the shape of a regular katana. Mangetsu began to swipe and slash the air, as he spun the blade around with dexterity.

This is one of, if not the best supplementary water technique for sword wielders. As you can see, a source of water is needed to shape manipulate the sword. Unlike ordinary water manipulation techniques, this one takes it one step further and truly compresses the molecules of the water making it appear like is crystalline in nature. However at the end of the day, it still holds all of water's elemental strengths and weaknesses. The Sword can be sustained so long as you mold chakra for elemental techniques or fields that only utilize regular chakra like ninjutsu and such. The blade's sharpness greatly enhances the potential damaged produced by kenjutsu-related attacks Although it stands firmly at A Rank, if thrown, the damage produced would be equivalent to that of a R ranking technique. Since it needs to be sustained, the maximum distance that it can be thrown without dispersing would be up to 5m. (Short Range.) Please perform the technique and perform a kenjutsu-related combination on one of the dummies. (Free form if you have no kenjutsu training). Afterwards I want to hear your feedback on the sword itself.

Jakai noticed his senpai acting quite excited about the next technique. After his explanation, it was made clear that his senpai was extremely fond of the technique. With much excitement himself, Jakai focused his chakra into some of the leftover water. The water would rise into his hand, and Jakai would focus his chakra to compress the water into the shape of a sword. The water was tightly packed, making it extremely tough and resilient. After forming the sword, Jakai would weave it through the air to get a feel of the sword. It was incredibly realistic. Jakai moved towards a target and looked straight at the target. Jakai jumped up and drew out the sword. As Jakai would fall down, he dove head-first and extended the sword forward. The sword would impale the target, easily piercing all the way through.

At the end of the technique's performance, Jakai would face his senpai. Man, this is nice. So I'd like to be clear about something I'm unsure of. Is the Kenjutsu's power increased 60 points of damage? Also, can I bend the density of the sword? Would I be able to switch between crystalline structure and liquid structure? Because if so, I'd be able to pass through some obstacles without slicing through them. Also, am I able to mould raw chakra into the sword? Because if so, I could then perform special Kenjutsu techniques like Drilling Crimson Blade, Slicing Crimson Wave, and/or Chakra Spinning Blade. Also, how long does this sword stay active? After it is made, does it become a passively active technique? (Does it only last 1 turn? I ask because if I keep it active for a second turn, it would be passive, so I'd also be able to perform an additional 3 techniques, not just 3 techniques, it included. If it does stay more than one turn, do I need to spend an additional 30 chakra to keep it active?) I'm really sorry senpai, but I'd like to know the answers to those questions before I can give some feedback, because my opinion would depend on those answers. As soon as I do know though, I'll be sure to let you know right away.

OOC: Thanks for the heads up :)

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

Probably one of the best Water jutsus. You slam your hands on the ground, creating a large pool of water from below your opponent. This would shoot them up into the air upon formation. Once that happens, and they're in mid air you perform a sequence of 4 hand seals and use the pool of Water to shoot 8 small bullets of Water used to damage him.

Those little bullets of water would then - after hitting/passing the opponent - come together and through shape manipulation be used to form a dragon which would attack the target by biting down and crashing him into the ground.
Any questions?

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Tiger hand seal whilst focusing chakra in your mouth, letting you release a thin stream of pressurised water. Its quick and sharp and can be used to cut through rock and such, but of course elemental strengths/weaknesses still apply. You can alter the path of the stream by moving your head.

Easy and understandable. Streaming tech follows same mechanics, so can't use another technique while it's active, and have to stop it before activating another tech. Sounds good :)

No questions here, simple and straightforward tech is simple and straightforward.

Jakai then focuses his chakra again only to release it from his mouth. This time though, the torrent of water is much denser and covers a wider are to offer a larger defense and to push back other techniques.
