In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

"Okay, now for the next two. First, I want you to raise your hand into the air, and generating a powerful bolt of electricity which travels through your body and then be released towards the opponent, in the form of a lightning bolt. So basically, your body acts as a medium for the Lightning to travel through. Try it against my clone."

"Then, after that, manipulate your Lightning based chakra between your two hands. As it starts to crackle and gain some form, use shape manipulation to form this Lightning into a rope, which you can use as a whip to lash at opponent's . Whip that clone!"

Simulating the process in his mind. Benn begins concentrating the placement of his chakra starting at his feet. He raises his right hand into the air holding half his of the sheep hand seal with the opposite hand at his waist. Utilizing the lightning element his body ignites as the chakra raised from his feet to his right hand. A split second cloak of white as it begins forming traveling bolts all along his body. Holding the stance he concentrates as a lightning bolt fires toward the clone directly from his abdomen area. Too early to praise himself. Benn focuses on the clone running along an arched path. His eyes rotating with it.

Benn spins off his dominant foot, dragging his other foot in a 180 degree spin while hiding his hands from the next clone, only showing the electrical current around his body had seemingly disappeared. As Benn ends the one eighty spin his waist rotates a bit similar to that of a cowboy, lassoing cattle. Further more revealing that the chakra around his body did not disappear, it was refocused elsewhere.

From his hands spews a lasso like whip like flies opposite the clones path. The lightning whip would slap the clone, wrapping around it several times as it shook in agony of the pain it seemingly would cause. Both clones shivering, they vanish both simultaneously, thick clouds of smoke all around.

Wiping the air away, Benn tries to relocate his senpai. Wondering to himself how to word his explanations.

He walks over.

"Dean senpai, I'm seriously amazed at the versatile nature of the raiton element. Surprised as always. You've taught me to not only maintain the flow of lightning chakra...but to manipulate its shape, the amount of bolts, the size and even the range of things. These two jutsu? Take the cake. I'm a freaking whale of raiton knowledge at the moment"

He chuckles as he reaches into a bag he had brought along the trip. "Wanna take a break while I explain my thoughts on things?"
He pulls out two sealed containers of chips,cookies and other junk snack food in separate containers. As he sits he begins to say "Now" Food inside his mouth as he speaks, " I notice that when I utilize my lightning I feel the way to use it....I dont know if I can use this in the air...but the first techniques stance is similar to the Kirigakure stance. I think if I try my best maybe I could use one right after another. Then work off that. Now...the whip..heh...heh heh...that bad boy there...thats a fav....I use this and kenjutsu, its over for someone. Atleast....I hope so." He lowers his head in worry of being too cocky.

"Anyway...to counter it...It's all about awareness..if you're caught off guard, your lunch. But if your eyes are open...dodging the first one is cake....Awareness again for the whip though...way more than the first jutsu. Because the user of it has way more of a control factor considering the way the whip travels. So to speak." He says raising a container of snacks to Dean.


"Have some food and I'll try out your next idea for me."

"Yeah, I think I need to eat something."

Sitting down, Dean takes the food from Benn, and listens to his explanation. He became quite good in explaining and performing the techniques, Dean saw great potential in him, and actually wanted to show someone else. A friend of his, who said he would be here. Always arriving with such speed, one always gets the shock of their life when he arrives.

"A friend of mine is going to ma-"

Without finishing his sentence, a yellow flash appeared before them. Minato Namikaze, in all his glory, standing before him.

"There you are, bastard. Always appearing so suddenly."

"Haha, you know me. So this is Benn huh, pleased to meet you. Well, this is just a quick visit, have to be somewhere, see ya!"

"He is too fast sometimes, I swear. Him and his FTG. Well, let's continue Benn. First, manipulate your Lightning based chakra in your dominant hand, and use shape manipulation to start forming it into a hound like shape. This hound of Lightning can then run at your opponent and shock him, but stays attached to your hand and you should keep fueling your chakra into it. Fairly easy, try it out on my clone."

"After that, manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and utilize it to form a spear of Lightning that you emit from your mouth >.> This spear is capable of being split in two, to strike multiple enemies. Throw it towards my clone in an Ulqiourra style!!"

Amazed by the 4th, Benn falls to the ground in aww of the FTG. "Sensei, if you EVER learn that technique, look me up" He chuckles in excitement.

-Deans explains the next jutsu-

"Alright then. Here we go." He begins manipulating the chakra in his right hand. As he grabbed his wrist with his left hand, his right hand lets off a wave of lightning. As it cut through the air between Benn and the clone it begins to take the shape of a blue spiked haired wolf. He controls the wolf, making it bounce left then right several times as it moved in a counter arch motion. A wave of lightning trailing it like its leash, trailing back to the hand that feeds it(Dog pun lol). It is raised off the ground as a real dog would leap and bites the clone. The wolfs shape disperses as it bites the clone like a water balloon hitting skin. The splash effect of lightning spreading out from the clones arm to its whole body.

His eyes redirecting to the other clone, he quickly re uses the lightning element, this time with his mouth.
Focusing on the shape of a spear, he closes his eyes. He reopens them along with his mouth, firing a spear shaped bolt of lightning from behind his tongue.
If wizzes through the air, its sound echoing through the area. *Bzzzt BANG!* is the sound it made as it connected. The clone encased in rotating lightning as it fell to its knee, dispersing.

"Dean sensei, I've decided. Did I tell you?" He lowers his hands and begins walking to Dean. "Raiton will be my core nature. I want it to back up the kenjutsu that Castiel senpai taught me." He says in a boast as he grabs his shoulder, stretching. "The first technique, I'll be using that often. The typical mixture of suiton for diversion purposes will do. Countering it requires focus and agility. Same goes for the spear, If you cant outrun it, or if you run right into it, your fried. What do you say?"

 

[Detective L]

"I am glad you decided so. That's alright. Here you go."

This clone is capable of using Lightning up to B rank, and is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the you have. Use the clone, to defeat my clone >_O"

Dean creates a clone, that runs towards Benn screaming, "DOPPELGANGER FIGHT!"

"After that, hold your sword, and channel a large amount of Lightning based chakra into it. This increases it's vibration frequency, making it sharper, and more dangerous. Use it to cut right through my clone."

Dean creates a clone, who is wearing a samurai attire.

Quickly focusing his chakra on the lightning element. Benn covers his whole body charging upward from his feet to his head then back down from his head to his feet. Once it reached his feet, Benn utilized the chakra to form a replica of himself made of lightning.
As the clone is formed. Both Benn and his lightning clone begin weaving signs for two completely different justu

Benn's clone performs the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals before extending both hands toward Deans clone.

The wave of lightning leaves Clone Benns hand toward Dean's clone while actual Benn grips his blades hilt and engages the armored clone.

As he runs, he infuses lightning chakra into the blade and then rips it out of its holster. The lightning from his clone strikes the un armored dean clone as Benn leaps into the air, his blade fully ignited with a blue shining constantly moving and chirping light. His hand shakes slightly from the vibration frequency as he lands flying past the armored clone in a sharp diagonal fall. The lightning trailing slightly behind him as he falls.

He releases the lightning from the blade and re sheaths it. As it is fully sheathed, the armor around Deans clone shatters and falls off it before it create a big smoke cloud and disappears.


Sensei, I tell ya I wanna make Raiton my main element to co exist with my kenjutsu skills. And not only do you teach me another distraction which can use raiton jutsu. But you teach me a move that utilizes my sword and Raiton at the same time? Yea I'm in love with both of these jutsus.
He smiles before explaining. Honestly I love the clone. I'll use this a lot. Mainly to grab distract and ignite an opponent in lightning. Kenjutsu has become a love of mine almost as much as lightning techniques. To use them both is awesome. I could drag my blade along the ground while on water and try to use that to my advantage. Might even get my clone using it as well. I need to be focused and aware when using this can I can be countered I can feel it.

"Good job, Benn. And yes, Lightning is quite spectacular. Thinking about it, it brings backs memories to a time when Castiel taught me. Man, how the says have gone."

Dean says, reminiscing the days of when he was taught. Nonetheless, two scrolls are revealed, carrying the information of the techniques he had just taught to Benn.

"Alright, now the next technique is quite simple. Focus your Lightning chakra, and form the Ram hand seal. You will then raise your hand into the air (like you just don't care!), and trigger an electrical discharge. This hits the target, as it comes down from above, onto their position, like a real strike of Lightning. Pretty bad ass, and useful to combine with Water based techniques. Use it against my clone."

Dean says, as he forms a clone that runs towards Benn.

"After that, a technique which requires the use of a Giant Windmill Shuriken which can be launched towards an opponent, as well as an electrical cable which is used to maintain a connection with the shuriken. Lightning chakra will be charged into the shuriken, and then launched towards the opponent, where it will land and through the electrical cable, the Lightning charge will be maintained. This paralyses the opponent. Pretty useful, use it against my clone."
