"Next, move towards that cliff over there, don't stand beneath it, just close. Form the Snake → Upside down Tiger hand seals, and clap your hands together. Then manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and release it in a wave towards the cliff, to dislodge the rocks of the cliff, making them fall on your enemy, in this case, my clone. Try it out."

Dean creates a clone that stands beneath the cliff.

He nods to his senpai before beginning the process. New to his hand seal collection. The upside down tiger caused him to slip up twice. Once the third time came around, the charm itself happened and he claps his hands together after focusing chakra into both of them. Once the hands meet, the clap is that of lightning striking the earth. A wave of lightning chakra flies off and hits a tree.
Ho...Holy hell. He says noticing the quick consumption of chakra as the tree began to sizzle and smoke into a blackened flamed mess. Suiton No Jutsu He yells dousing the flames his attacks manifested.
Ok, off rip I can tell this is used for specific purposes only. He performs the seals again after a moment to catch his breath. As his hands clap he focuses his chakra allowing the lighting sound to immerse once more. He aimed the attack at the cliff over head Dean's clone, causing it to dislodge and falls onto clone dean along with many other dislodged stones. Assuming the clone vanished under the rubble Benn turns to Dean.


"Main flaw here is ...finding a cliff within the fighting area. Tough to do I think...personally.....I'd say good to use if a cliff is around. Circumstantial jutsu"

"Well done, Benn. Here ya go."

Descripton: By forming hand seals Snake → Upside down Tiger → Hands clapped together when near a cliff , the user causes stone and rock to become dislodged and rain down on anyone below it by releasing a wave of electrical energy which weakens the rock and makes it fall as it crumbles. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done uphill of a mountain for it to work.

"Okay, for the next one. First, start by manipulating your Lightning based chakra, and hold out your hand before you like extending a sword towards your opponent. It will start to glow pale yellow, and then manipulate it to release bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards, allowing it to attack multiple targets. Try it on my clone!"

Dean forms a clone that runs towards Benn.

Comfortable with a Katana, Benn quickly molds chakra into his dominant hand(right). He then extends his fist outward aiming it toward the incoming clone. The chakra in his hand began sparking slowly before engulfing his hand in blue chakra.

As he begins to manipulate the chakra to give it form, he imagines his blade. The way he would hold it if he had been performing a thrust stab, fencing style. The way it looks looking down his blade from hilt to tip, all this filling his head until in that instant, bolts of pale yellow lightning shoot off from his hand toward the clone. As they hit it, the clone disperses in a mist of smoke

"Seriously diggin the way the Jutsu are lately senpai. This one seems handy in situations where I need a quick jutsu. How ever if the target is close enough, they can stop it. That and the average ways, wind being one of them. I think I'd personally use this mid air when a target is coming for me. Or during a jutsu that alters my presence to the opponent like Kirigakure No Jutsu. I think this one is going into the favorites scroll." He says ripping a scroll from his gi pocket. He smirks as he jots down the procedures. Looking up at Dean several times before completely giving him his attention.
"What do ya think sensei?"

 

[Detective L]

"That's good, Benn. Here you go."

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword. It will begin glowing in a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shape of a horn that spread outwards, allowing it to attack multiple targets.

"Now, for the next one. You'll need a sword for this one. Take this."

Dean spots a sword lodged in a rock, and tries to take it out.

He fails, miserably, and proceeds to blast the rock open! As the shards fly around, he takes out the sword, and walks towards Benn.

"Damn sword, here you go. Hold the sword in your dominant hand and channel Lightning chakra into to increase it's cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of you. After doing that, create two physical copies of the sword, and with hand gestures, manipulate the swords to fly towards the opponent and slice them up. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Benn.

After replaying what Dean says over and over Benn focuses chakra into his hand and walks to the sword.
Benn grabs the blade with his dominant hand, channeling Lightning chakra into it. Holding the blade sideways in front of him, the flat side aligned with his right leg. He releases the sword and it levitates in place before rising on its X axis, up to Benns chest. Its tip facing clone Dean. The sword begins to glow a blue lightning aura before a copy of itself appears, one on each side of the original. He raises a one hand seal before the sword fly toward clone Dean, slashing it as it rips through its path to it. The clone is sliced along it's lower left rib cage before a large cloud of smoke appears. The clone thus disappearing.

"You do know Kenjutsu is like a specialty of mine right?" Resting his forearm on the hilt of his sheathed blade. "To me the advantages are, The fact it involves Kenjutsu in my case. The range. But damn it if I ain't screwed if I miss. Not only will I miss a key jutsu...but then my swords half way across the field.. Precision is required" Grabbing his chin he begins to rant. "Most definitely my kinda jutsu... I'd just it in conjunction with Kenjutsu or Suiton. Or combo it with another Raiton jutsu. Again...another one for the personal favs list." Pulls out the great scroll and begins to write, awaiting his senpai's response.

 

[Detective L]

"You see Benn, when manipulating these blades, you can;t perform any other techniques. Just keep that one in mind. Here you go."

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.

"Now for the last C rank jutsu. First, I want you to manipulate your Lightning chakra in your dominant hand, and then generate Lightning bolts around it. After that, I want you to slam your hand, that is charged with the Lightning, onto the ground, like you would be summoning something. This would cause the electrical bolts to be discharged in an omni-directional blast around you up to 5 meters. Use it for crowd control, a bunch of Dean's are about to attack you!"

Dean creates several clones that run towards Benn.

Benn begins focusing chakra into his right hand. As bolts of lightning begin to form around it, He raises his right hand above his hand. His eyes moving from target to target, notices all the clones in front of him, and knowing they're are others behind him. He quickly slams his hand onto the ground causing lightning to travel along it. Expelling his attack in an omni-directional form from his feet to about five meters from his feet. Dispelling the newly formed crowd of Dean clones. His eyes look up in excitement at Dean.

"Wha...What the hell was that" He says with a huge grin on his face.
It's not only effective as a defense, but its based around offense. Further more countering it is as hard as seeing it coming. Something only mind readers and Raiton majors would understand.. I guess I'm never putting this scroll away! Writing as he speaks within his scroll of favorite techniques.If I ever use this...its to counter someone. Or negate a bunshin barrage. The only flaw is if I miss...I'm kneeling toward the floor wide open.

"Hm, that's alright. Here you go."

Description: The user will manipulate their lightning chakra in their dominant hand generating electrical bolts of lightning around their forearm. The user will then slam their palm onto the ground causing the electrical energy to become discharged sending out bolts of lightning into the ground and around them up to 5 meters.

"Ok, for the next one. I want you to form the Ox handseal and manipulate your Lightning chakra and hold your hands outwards to create a wall of Lightning before you anywhere up to short range (5 meters). This wall of Lightning will electrocute anyone who comes into contact with it. Use it against my clone!"

Dean creates a clone that dashes towards the Benn.

After quickly forming the Ox seal. Benn begins focusing chakra into his hands and extending them forward, releasing lightning chakra from them. As he hands are held before him, A small cube of moving lightning forms 5 meters from the center of his palms. The square of lightning expands forming an electric fence styled wall in front of Benn, crashing into the clone before it could change it running direction. The wall would thus begin to electrocute the clone, causing it to burn out and dismiss itself in a large cloud of smoke.


He turns to Dean saying "Timing." His senpai giving him an encouraging look. "If I use this at the right point in time I can sneak it out on my target. Problem is I need them at a distance in order to *Fly swat* them. The hand seal may cause trouble as far as point of fire, but one seal seems harmless. Countering this would be hard if used how I intend to use it. But I guess you'd need to keep your eyes peeled and make sure you dont run into it." His mind wonders a second, his head tilted aiming Dean, but his vision on something else. He quickly regains focus saying "Raiton is starting to become my favorite element senpai"

 

[Detective L]

"That's alright Benn, and that's great. It's a useful element. It was the first one I mastered, with help from none other than Castiel. Here is the jutsu you just learned."

Description: The user manipulates their chakra while doing the Ox hand seal and then releases it in front of him whilst holding their hands out. By doing this, the user generates a wall of lightning energy that can defend against certain techniques. The user can use this defence to shock enemy targets who attempt close range combat and deliver massive shocks to anything that comes in contact with it.

"Now for the next one, basically the same concept. I want you to manipulate your Lightning based chakra and extend your arms forwards to form a half shaped dome of Lightning before you. This can be done up to short range and will electrocute anyone that comes into contact with it. It can also deliver physical momentum and push the opponent backwards. Use it on my clone to shock him."

Dean creates a clone that dashes towards Benn.

As the clone approaches, Benn instinctively manipulates his chakra, channeling into his arms, the Raiton element is honed so well so far.
A electric current begins to join between arms as it expands into the shape of a semi dome like form. Arms out before him, Benn stands as the clone is electrocuted within the Jutsu and thrown across the grassy area they trained on, hitting a near by tree. It disperses as Benn turns to Dean
I feel like I'm getting the hang of lightning. I feel proud to use it.
He smiles. Thanks Dean Senpai....for everything. He looks over onto the training field.

The prime course of action when utilizing Raiton is key to timing. Precision even. With those two elements Raiton thrives as the unbenounced strike. Same applies here. However, had the opponent used wind, or perhaps evaded it I'd waist chakra...And even get caught off guard, the game I intended to play myself. Raiton...the game of risks

His eyes focused on the clone he looks down and says to L.
"S..S....Senpai. We....We've been out here all these days training. All this time training...all this time"

Raising his hand in anger, an orb of lightning building around it as he races toward the clone. Manipulating both the nature of the attack and the shape of the output. As he gets within 10 feet, Benn begins hopping from left to right towards Deans shadow clone, before gut punching it with his dominant hand. The lightning embedded in said hand erupts from it in a c4 nature causing the clone to fly backward from the blast. The snicker spinning mid air falling down towards Benn's head. Him grabbing it with his mouth and smiling. MMM...Chocolate....


I'd prep this jutsu during or before a kenjutsu attack. I believe dodging and or simply using wind on me will nullify my attack. If they can catch me. I see myself using this in conjunction with Suiton or my Kenjutsu. Possibly Kirigakure no Jutsu and then a clone distraction. Raiton has become my main element. Suiton being my sub element. Raiton can cut through rocks at certain levels...It can aid my kenjutsu and I can make it better or distract someone with the Suiton I learned...I'm amazed honestly at all these capabilities the Raiton nature can make..I cant stop saying it. He says with the snicker bar in the process of being scarfed

Dean creates a clone, who calls Benn names and throws him with small pebbles.

Benn manipulates his lightning based chakra as fast as he could, raising his hand into the air. His hand still extended he pulls it from above him to in front of him, lining up his hand just above the clone. With a flick of the wrist Benn waves his hands down toward the ground. From the sky above, the clone is struck with a immense bolt of lightning, shivering as it slowly falls backwards onto its back.


He looks to Dean turning his back to the clone. It disappearing moments after.

Dean, you'll never guess my idea. What if I used this in conjunction with (Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet. The rising water would work well even if dodged cause I could catch them with this mid air. If they dont dodge it...more damage He pauses saying slowly Thunder.....if I strike the ground next to them I can utilize the thunder to get closer, avoiding them hearing my steps...However if I were to miss using this..I'd probably need to plan back up plan. Something relivant to covering my ass or countering...He says extremely intrigued with the idea.

"Not too bad, remember, it requires no hand seals, and that's always a plus. So here you go."

"First, form the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare handseals, and release your Lightning chakra into the ground before you. This allows you to shape the Earth into 4 big pillars around the target. These pillars then unleash a barrage of Lightning bolts and shocks. This can shock or paralyze any opponent caught within it. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone, and the clone moves towards a spot nearby, where a huge 'X' is drawn.

Quickly forming the Ram-> Boar-> Dog-> Bird & the Hare seals, Benn releases the lightning into the ground before him. As he slams, four big pillars form around the marked X. Rising from the earth, the pillars raise over the clones head before releasing bolts of concentrated lightning into it. Twitching and shaking the clone falls to its knees, helpless to the tortue. Paralyzed, Its face hits the floor before it vanishes in a cloud of thick grey smoke.

This is for sure a trap jutsu. I'd set up for this by using Kirigakure no Jutsu and maybe kenjutsu to open up for this.
If....If you could...could you tell me a counter? This seems rather good unless someone jumps. This one had me stumped counterwise He stares at Dean a bit confused.

"That's good, Benn. That jutsu is quite useful, here it is."

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

"Then, I'd like you to concentrate your Lightning based chakra and form the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat handseals. After which, you can release Lightning from your hands either in an unfocused manner or through materials that can conduct it to improve the electrical power technique, mostly, water based jutsu. Now, you can't use it simultaneously with a Water jutsu, but directly after, or with the help of a clone. If you don't have Water yet, I shall do it for you. Try it out on my clone!"

Dean creates a clone that runs towards Benn.

"Then, bring your hands together and manipulate your Lightning based chakra to make Lightning crackle around them. After that, slam your hands onto the ground and release the Lightning into the ground, and make it travel along the surface of the earth. The current will move towards the opponent, and then split into multiple tendrils to attack the opponent from different sides. Use it against my clone."

Another clone is made by Dean, who runs towards Benn.

Benn fiercely claps his hands together. Causing water surrounding the area to create a vortex in which encased him. Holding his hands the vortex lashes in circular motion, Benn the eye of it all. The water would halt in front of Benn, trailing full circle in its vortex before stopping into a wall of water that quickly began travel toward Deans clone the moment it all gathered. One nicely sized wave , forcing its way into existence.

Description: This technique allows the user after clapping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into a wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Hands still held together Benn swiftly begins the seals ending with the Rat. The lightning chakra within his body began to manifest from his core chakra. Focusing on the wave, he releases bolts of lightning from his hand towards the traveling wave of water. It pierces the water, dragging it with it as it reaches the clone, shocking it with a loud BZ zz T! sound. The clone began to smoke before the lightning hitting it dispersed. It falls to its knees and disperses as well.



His eyes quickly shift, darting over to the other incoming threat. Continuing the manipulation of his lightning chakra, Benn raises the bar by exerting more of it to his hands, allowing them to crackle before he slams them to the ground. The chakra leaves his hands, making it way to the enemy clone. Weaving withing one another like braided lighting as it traveled. Once it met the target, the raiton energy withing the ground shoots upward in the form of a nagashi cloud. Shocking the clone several times as it disperses within the raiton in a thick grey smoke from feet to head.



He turns to Dean excited as always. Raiton is suiting him. These techniques are beyond useful with his suiton and kenjutsu abilities. He spouts out "b..bw woow. Amazing techniques Senpai. I love these two honestly they feel so capable of using in conjunction with other attacks. Now then...to the school part of it all." He sits folding his legs, pulling out his favorites scroll, it being turned into a more BENN strategy guide than a scroll of favorite jutsu. Dean training him to know the ins and outs of each technique began a nice book for Benn to hide and study when he feel a miss in his own capabilities. "So from what I see here is...for the first technique, you'd have to just be aware of what your opponent is doing, and avoid contact with the incoming projectile...if you can see it that is." He winks insinuating Dean knows how Benn thinks about disguise and surprise attacking. "The second one again...awareness. If he smacks the ground...clearly watch your feet and time a jump...Not too early not too soon...Using the time before the jump to think of what to do in air."
