Dean Winchester arrives on the training field, finding a young man there. He had to teach him Lightning, the ferocious element. He walks up to his student, and looks at him.
"Oi, there. The name's Dean Winchester, and I will be teaching you Lightning. Now, I want you to tell me everything you know about Lightning in the Narutoverse, it's strengths and weaknesses and also, known users of the element. Use as much detail as you can please. "

Raiton revolves around the use of lightning ninjutsu. By increasing the high frequency vibrations in the users chakra, the user of Raiton are able to paralyze and pierce enemies with it. It can also be used to increase the speed of its user. Although it can be rather uncommon, blades and katana are fused with the lightning element.
It's strongest against Suiton(Water Release). Clearly we all know the two dont mix. Well in this case if they do mix, barbecue for everyone.
It has the ability to nullify Doton ninjutsu(Earth Release)
And it's greatest weakness is wind or Fuuton.
The greatest amount of combined users of the Raiton element is Kumogakure. The village that dwells withing the lightning country.

"Alright, that is okay, Lightning rips through Earth because of it's properties and it's weak to Wind because the wind insulates it. It is usually combined with Water for that extra effect and is quite the destructive element. Not very versatile though. I hope you have what it takes to tame this monstrous element.
Now, since this is your start of training, I want you to grab onto this chakra paper, and focus your Lightning chakra into the paper. If done correctly, the paper should start to wrinkle and fold, showing you know how to correctly mold Lightning chakra. Sit over there and meditate whilst channeling your chakra into it. Close your eyes whilst doing it."
Dean hands Benn the small white paper and waits for him to do as he was told.
Thank you for pointing it out, it is now all fixed.
Benn grabs the paper and sit where he is told. As he meditates he places the paper between his index and middle fingers and forms the tiger hand seal, beginning to focus chakra into his hands. As he manipulates the nature of his chakra, his mind begins generating thoughts of the form and force of the lightning element over and over.
"I was born ready for this sensei""
He says as he continues to focus. His eyes remaining shut as the paper begins to wrinkle and fold between his fingers. He continues to focus un aware of what he has done.

He increases his chakra output, using more chakra than with the paper. As lightning begins to form, Benn releases the chakra from his left hand as he uses it to grab his left wrist. He then doubles the output within his right hand to take place for his right hand and throws his arm outward toward the clone.
Benn gives a slight push to his physical attributes, clenching his muscles as he does. Releasing a single ball of lightning from his hand, firing it toward the clone.

One/three advantages:
I'd use a clone distraction to set up a target for the opponent to focus on.
Then I'd set up Kirigakure No jutsu just for added assurance and then fire this jutsu off at the target at a Mid-Far range.

One/three advantages:
I would start off small. Utilizing certain jutsu to lure the target in or gain some closer ground. I'd start off in this combo
Forming the hand seals and expelling water from my mouth as I circle my target. Relaxing my chakra, I'll set up a diversion using ninjutsu as a buffer between the two elements I shall own.
If successful, I'd run up to the opponent, focusing lightning chakra in my right hand and then using it to not only sike out my opponent who thinks I'm gonna use taijustu when I attack.
And actually use the lightning chakra in my hand and slam it into the ground in front of them. Performing a one handed cart wheel flip into the air as the lightning releases from my hand forward toward the target and I fly over them aiming to strike them with my sword. The effect of the Kirigakure No Jutsu means the lightning may or may not cause the lightning to rise higher into the air and travel faster and further.

Benn begins reliving the paper segment of his lesson. Fully focusing on exerting the same type of chakra that caused it to wrinkle and fold. As he molds it, he thinks.
**Okay, this one reminds me of 'Raiton No Jutsu' except its a wave of lightning. Not a ball. Maybe if**
His mind wonders as he attempts to recreate the Raiton no justu sequence. Forming the ball of lightning in his hand, Benn extends his hand outward toward the clone and begins focusing even more chakra into it, causing his ball filled palm to be engulfed in lightning chakra. With one fierce clench of his muscles he would see a stream of light and dark blue lightning chakra zig zagging its way to Dean's clone.

Without haste Benn begins forming the seals, shouting them out as he does.

He begins manipulating his chakra utilizing his sensei's instructions, quickly releasing a light blue electrical current at the incoming clone. Benn could feel the tingle of the chakra pouring from his palm as the jutsu flowed toward the clone. Dean's clone is shocked with a loud zap before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
"Okay, good. I did it."
He turns to Dean.
"First things clear...helpful jutsu. So far I see two advantages. One being this jutsus range capabilities. The other being the mixture of my first nature with this making it even more powerful and giving it more range...if I'm not mistaken that is. Disadvantage are....Hand seals. Considering a shinobi using handseals is a must, no big. But still a set back if you fudge them up or you perhaps or too close to do them in time. I keep stressing this jutsu" He laughs "But Kirigakure No Jutsu would be a nice way to set up for this. I would use it for preparation of this. I might use this before using something like Ken Rendan(Kenjutsu: Sword Barrage) or even during Ikari Nomikomu(Kenjutsu:Fury Swallow) before I catch my blade."

He easily manipulates the chakra into his palm, letting out a large sigh as he does.Ehhhh....And here I thought things were getting more...... Increasing his chakra output as he speaks. !!! He is startled by the loud sound of crackling chakra that roared from his hand. Instantly he looks forward, waving his hand into the front of his body. He yells "HAAAAaaa!!!!"
The lightning would fly in a zigzag form towards Dean's clone. As the clone rushed toward Benn, The lightning strikes, shocking the clone causing its arms to flail as it hits the ground. Twitching. Electrical current moving around its upper and lower body in thin spike like lines seconds before it disappeared in a thick cloud of smoke.
Benn releases the grip on his lightning releasing arm and stands up straight. Small signs of lightning chakra fading from his hand.
Dean Senpai. I'm impressed with this technique, but the core flaw is that is vaguely similar to other techniques...The advantage to that of course is using a weaker similar jutsu...It adapts some of the flaws of previous jutsu as well, and countering is as simple as moving out the way. That's how I'd dodge it.

Then use Ikazuchi Kashou before this..The opponent will think they can block this attack after/if they block Ikazuchi Kashou. Thus allowing me to make contact considering dodging while mid-air without using a Substitution is...almost impossible. Thats a good way to use it.

Try it out against my clone."

Benn starts off focusing chakra into both his hands. The lightning grows up his arms as he unsheathe his blade, holding it in similar fashion to that of the samurai in front of him. The lightning chakra would grow along his body, Benn just standing as it did. Forming an armor of sorts around the boy. His blade tossed to his right hand and extended outward behind him, him runs towards Dean's clone. Ikusa!!!!!!!!! he yells, dragging his blade against the ground as he slashes upward toward the clones chest. The lightning crackling around him as he quickly lands on his left foot and spins, ripping his tanto off his right side. He slashes the clone in the knee before jumping over it. As he flips, Benn grabs the clone by both shoulders, allowing the chakra to shock it as he did. Continuing his flip, Benn throws the clone leaving a lighter image of the lightning chakra shield surrounding it shocking it. He lands, sheathing both his katana and tanto.
He looks to Dean and smiles vividly. YES! He claps yelling "Thats what I'm talking about Senpai!!! He leaps in joy of this technique.
So far I see a lot of awesome in this technique. A real good defense. I honestly would use this all day... Benn feels a faint pain in his chest. Dropping to a knee he gasps for air slightly in a heavy manner. Chokes up he utters "Th...That's intense. The chakra out put of this jutsu is the main flaw. I'd die without being touched if I couldn't maintain this for too long. I'd get strung out. I definitely use this as a great defense when necessary. But... He cringes..."It's very very consuming."
