Dean arrives at the training field, only to find his student already waiting for him. Dean had no time, he was always late for these things, he didn't have a watch.
"Hey there, my name is Dean Winchester and I will be training you in the element of Water. Tell em everything you know about the element in the Narutoverse, it's strengths and weaknesses and also, known users of the element in Naruto. As much detail as you can!"
Dean then places both his hands in his pockets, waiting for his student to reply.

Nikodo Strenches and Think a little bit about everything he knew about water then he begins:
Water is the element that is most calm, It is an element whose free flow and fluidity makes it quite easy to control. While other elements difficult to tame like Fire and Lightning need complete concentration, water is different though since it's movements are calmer and controlling it comes more naturally. Despite it's calm nature it still can be quite destructive, it's wave form makes it quite difficult to comprehend unlike other elements. Water comes in 3 forms in the normal form, sticky water and oily flammable water.
Water is strong against fire since it's Natural ability is to put down the flames, and it is weak against Earth sicne ewarth has a natural ability in not letting water pass through it.
Naruto characters that use water are as followed: Kisame, Tobirama, Kakashi, Haku, Utakata, Darui, Sugetsu ect...

Dean listens to his student giving him an answer, one which is actually quite well said. This boy knows what he is talking about and Dean hopes that he showcases this throughout the training.
"Alright, since this is the beginning of the training, I want you to take this piece of chakra paper and concentrate your Water based chakra into it. If done correctly, the chakra paper should become wet. Sit over there and meditate whilst pouring your chakra into it. Explain it to me in as much detail as you can."

Nikodo Grabs the paper and begins analyzing it, he accidentally tears it... He opens his eyes in shock and tries to put the 2 pieces together. He sees Dean facepalming and giving him a new piece. Nikodo thanks him awkwardly...
Nikodo closes his eyes. Right now Nikodo am calming down and keep the flow of chakra balanced. Since chakra is connected deeply to the Brain he starts thinking about water, He thinks of something calm, that flows freely on the other hand He even thinks about somethings strong and destructive. And image of the See appears in Nikodo's mind he hears the Waves in his mind, and the peace and calm it has. He Thinks of the water even more, when a breeze of wind flows through the training field. Nikodo slowly flows his chakra towards the Paper. He was calm and yet concentrated and trying hard. Then he opens his eyes and a water drop falls from his hand holding the paper. He realised that the paper was wet. Nikodo at those moments became clear and was able to understand Water not just through theory but even through practice.

Nikodo looks at the water source and he first of all calms down. He feel the water calling for him and he start gathering the chakra. He felt like a link towards himself and the water is being created. He starts influencing the water with his chkara flow and little waves are being born... After he felt like a greater link between him and the water was created he tried to lift the Water. And it was fairly easy to do compared to his Fire training. After Nikodo looks at the water that it was being lifted he thought of a form of a Wall or shield being created. He manipulated the water and make it transform into that particular form.
Nikodo looked at his Senpai suprised: Well it was fairly easier to do, I burned my face during Fire training to be sincere. :|
Well, this shield has quite some advantages. It can protect you against Fire attacks that come in form of projectiles. You can even use it in order put down the fire if you are surrounded by it.
The disadvantages are that if the user attacks you with earth projectiles you will be hit no matter what, and it is even negative since it can hinder your view. If the opponent uses the water accordingly the water can become more a hindrance then a benifit.

Fairly simple, I want you to either manipulate some of the lake's water and lift it towards the training field or expel it from your mouth in the form of an extremely thick mist that is filled with your chakra and would render Sharingan users and Rinnegan users useless, as they will see your chakra all over. Good for hiding. Try it!"

Nikodo concentrates on the next jutsu his Sensei suggested, It was a fairly straight forward jutsu but still he put a lot of effort into it. Nikodo took a deep breath and started focusing on the water of the lake, he lifted some of it just like he did before but now he had to change change it's form from a liquid to Mist form. He then concentrated and imagined that the water slowly turns into deep mist. The concentration and the chakra made that turn into reality. The water was slowly being seperated from the lake and slowly becoming mist. Begining with a light mist, but as soon as Nikodo turned more water it became thick and was unable to see his sensei desite it being his own jutsu.
Like you said Sensei...It is quite positive against Sharingan and Rinnegan users you can distract them and then hit them with a strong attack in the back killing them or rendering them useless.
A Disadvantag would be against a Wind user or in an enviorement where it blows a lot since it can be blown away quite easy, you even need a water source to make it work so it is nearly unusable in dry areas.

Nikodo didn't have time to concentrate this time he directly went ahead and used the water he created out of his chakra. He dried to compress large amount of it and it actually was formed in a shape that seemed to resemble a sword. He didn't believe he would be able to grab it but... by his amazement the water was dense enough to allow him to do nearly everything with it. He hold it tight and was waiting for the Clone to come close enough. The clone went ahead for a punch but Nikodo ducked under it and pieced the clone in his chest using his right hand that was still inside the attacking area. The sword once it hit nikodo release it and it turned into water again.
Wow, it seems as this jutsu was quite effective, you can become a weapon factory like this. :|
But still the swords could be a good prey for earth attacks and earth staffs can pierce through it easily.

Nikodo quickly as he saw the shadow clone, focused his suiton based chakra and made an imaginary shield, when he later released the chakra in the water form he manipulated it easily and created a shield of water before him which blocked the punch of the clone, without losing any time, Nikodo goes in for a roundhouse kick and goes right through his water shield and kicks the clone in the stomach. The clone disperses.
The advantages to this jutsu is that you can block punches, and if the water is dense enough even Kunai and shuriken.
Another advantage is that if the opponent tries to punch you and you block it, his punch will be rendered useless and I can counterattack directly giving a strong deadly blow.
The disatvatages would be earth based attacks that can actually go thought it nonetheless.
And it might even me used negativly since it blocks your vision.
Nikodo focuses directly on the next jutsu as he saw the clone running towards him he quickly made the seals and released the sutiong based chakra, giving it a form similar to a Wip. Nikodo as he grabbed hold onto it When he saw the clone coming at him at a high speed he used the Wip to wrap around the clone. Nikodo clearly had no training in Raiton and so he jutsu strengthened the Wips strangle until the clone dispersed.
This jutsu is quite effective against clones who go for a direct attack, since there aren't many seals you can use it pretty quick.
Another advantage would be the Kunai's, the Shuriken, and the small projectile fire jutsu. You can actually cancel them out with the Wip since it is incredibly dense. Another advantage is if you know Raiton, in that way you can project Raiton chakara in the Wip and shock everyone that touches the Wip or is strangled by it.
The disadavantages are that the opponent can use the same trick and use his raiton chakra to shock you instead, in that way you will be harmed pretty badly since water is a good conducter for electricity.
Another disadvantage are the Earth users that can use earth walls or earth projectile attacks or staffs to go right throw the water towards your weak parts.

Nikodo after seeing the clone dash to him he just does a simple jump back using a backflip.
Nikodo while flipping in air does the handseals hen he landed he gathered up Suiton chakra in his lungs and then releases it viciously towards the clone while dashing towards it. Nikodo placed special water which was in a quite sticky all over the distance between him and Dean. Nikodo used that chance and jumped high using a front flip and landed behinf deans clone. Nikodo just gave him a little push on the back and the clone fell in the sticky water. The clone fell on the sticky water and got stuck in it, it tried to release itself but it seems impossible. Nikodo threw a Kunai and it hit the clone in the back causing it to disperse.
As you said the Advantages are visible.
You can restrain someones movements directly by using a simple jutsu. And it is quite effective against opponents that need mobility, you can take them out easy. Another advantage is that you will be able to lay a trap, and along with the mist the opponent will never know what he stepped on or what else happened.
The disadvantages are that it might be easily avoidable if the user can sense it before hand. And another problem is that it can be moved if the earth moves with it and it can be evoporated by a good Fire user.

It can only use up to C rank Water techniques and the clone can only travel short range from the user, otherwise it will turn back to water, also when it is hit. Create a clone and attack my clone ._."

So this jutsu must be the derivation the the basic Clone Technique, I see.
Nikodo does the the tiger seal and starts focusing his Suiton based chakra. Nikodo slowly started to create an image of himself in the right of him just like he was doing the normal Clone jutsu, but this time he had to fill it with suiton based chakra and not just raw chakra.
Nikodo kept the Seal stable while he was sending his suiton based chakra towards the empty image he created with his fantasy. The Suiton started filling the clone from the feet until it created a some kind of human figure but made out of water. Nikodo concentrated a lot more, and the water stabilized and the clone looked excatly like him. Nikodo stopped the tiger seal and the clone directly attacked Dean's clone landing a powerful punch a roundhouse kick and finally breaking his neck which caused it to disperse. Nikodo was suprissed, he didn't command the clone to attack and yet it did it.
OK so the advantages are as followed, since the clone now can actually hit it is a lot more useful. You can even trick Ninja into thinking that the clone is me, while I annihilate them from the back or the side with a powerful jutsu.
And there is another positive aspect, it seems as the clone has the exact same thoughts as yourself and you don't even need to tell it to do anything since if you create the strategy and then make the clone it will do exactly what you though of.
A negative aspect is that it only is a short range attack and it becomes useless if the enemy is too far or if the clone gets hit it will be directly turned into water. Also something else is that it seems to comsume quite a bit of chakra for something that can't be used as effective as I thought.
But one question, Can this clone use Ninjutsu?

Now, manipulate your Water based chakra, and make water of the lake emerge upwards and add a spinning motion to it, to create a somewhat of a water based drill which you can make anywhere around your opponent as long your on a water source. These spinning pressurized water can be used to maim the opponent or act as a distraction when you perform another technique. Use it on my clone to attack his leg, whilst you attack him then whilst he is distracted!"
Dean creates a clone that awaits Nikodo's offense.
"Now, for the next one. I want us to stand on that water source over there. Now, manipulate your Water based chakra, and make water of the lake emerge upwards and add a spinning motion to it, to create a somewhat of a water based drill which you can make anywhere around your opponent as long your on a water source. Nikodo calmed himself down and went to the water source. Nikodo then looked at the water and focused around. Nikodo then focuses and channels his chakra on the water and focuses to give it shape. He extends his arm towards the water and lifts his arm slowly, along with it the water starts rising in a conical form, Nikodo than spins his fingers lightly once and the water starts spinning as well. While Nikodo was keeping the chakra focused the water rises and it begins spinning more violently. After the Water had risen enough Nikodo directs his hand towards Dean's clone and the Water Spiral fires at a high speed Dean was able to dodge it but He totally didn't pay attention to Nikodo who ran at incredible speed piercing him with a Kunai in his chest resulting the clone to Disperse.
Alright the advatages are as followed. The jutsu seems to have an incredible force to it which allows me to hit someone and kill him quite easily, but more then that it seems to be a good decoy as well, it takes they attention while you finish them.
Some disadvantages seem to be that the jutsu needs a water source, and that this jutsu is quite big and it seems like it does hint it when you use it and the opponent can counter accordingly before you have the time to go offensively.
Alright the advatages are as followed. The jutsu seems to have an incredible force to it which allows me to hit someone and kill him quite easily, but more then that it seems to be a good decoy as well, it takes they attention while you finish them.
