"But also remember that throwing your enemies off balance also leaves them vulnerable for a short, yet vital timing, that you can take advantage of. Maintaining balance is important for your body, in both metabolical (not a word ) terms, and also in normal balance. Losing balance basically releases your bodies control over you and succumbs you to the law of physics. Keep this point in mind for this next jutsu (and any time you trip someone, haha)."
"Oh awesome, good advice. Thanks Sensei."
"Remember that the legs keep the body standing, no? So, aim for that. Begin with a running start to gain momentum, then deliver a spinning kick to my clone's legs (below the knee is best by the way, because enough force can crack it. The higher you aim, the more power it needs, but the higher your opponent will go and also, the more pain there is). Knock him off balance and aim to give him the most pain possible."
Well since we need to cause him the most pain possible, but still knock him off balance, I am afraid I will have to ignore your suggestion to aim below the knee. Instead I will target the thigh just above the knee joint, which if I kick hard enough will cause a lot of pain and even knock the clone off balance as it should cause the Quadricep to be crushed against the thigh bone (Quadricep contusion) resulting in a dead leg. Now if I really kick hard enough, I will actually be able to crack the thigh bone which is said to to be the most painful bone to break, but also the hardest. So I guess I will need to get a lot of power behind this kick.
After analysing all I needed to do I come to the conclusion that it would be best to aim for one leg. It would be more effective than aiming at both legs as the pressure exerted in the kick across them would be half as strong as a kick to one leg and be less likely to knock them off balance. I would come into the leg from the side, aiming just above the knee joint on the thigh. I will come down hard on this area from above, as like Sensei said, the law of physics should help me out here, my kick hard enough to make the clone buckle and the downwards force of my kick, assisted with the law of physics should cause the clone to fall downwards.
I stretch my right leg, my kicking leg briefly, before pacing a good few meters away from my Sensei's clone.
I take in a deep breath, and begin to run at the clone.
When I am reaching leg length from the clone, I leap up and begin to twist in the air. About 1/2 through my spin I begin to come downwards.. as I approach 3/4 of the way through my spin I am coming down hard on the side of the clones left leg , just above the knee. I put all my weight into it and all the power I can, which is a lot more due to gravities help.

I hit the side of the clones quad with a
CRACK and watch as the clone buckles forwards, his face screwing up in pain. I almost lose my own balance from the contact, stumbling a few paces from the clone. The clone falls forwards, leg unable to support him, hitting the ground and then vanishing.
Wow. That was awesome.
"Okay Sensei, how was that?"
