the stream is stronger than the fire ball, so it'll be more effective in impact.

Why exactly would it be stronger? Imaging both of them in your mind.

because the fire stream damage is 30 points, while fire the fire ball's damage points is 10

Ahaha, not really. A stream of fire is pressurized, quicker, and more accurate while a fireball is more of an area of effect. Keep that in mind.

For this jutsu, I want you first to inhale actual air. And then as you do so, build fire chakra within your body, adding pressure. When you release it, create a ring around your mouth by using your thumb and index finger. It should guide the Fire Chakra to incinerate the surroundings in front of you when you do so.

Let us move on now. For this jutsu, I will need to give you a lighter. Use that lighter to flick to life a flame. Now channel your chakra through the lighter into that flame to create a wall of flame in front of you. Tell me what this can be used for.
