hand seals are used to perform many ninjutsu, genjutsu, and other secret arts other than taijutsu. The exact amount of chakra necessary to perform a technique is manipulated through hand seals. There are different sequences of hand seals for every technique, requiring memorization. Also the Tiger hand seal is commonly affiliated with Fire Release.

Excellent! So, let's say your opponent's jutsu had five handseals, but yours' only had two...how would that affect the battle?

if he tried attacking me using a 5 hand seals jutsu, the best choice i have, is to perform a 1 hand seal defense jutsu, because it'll go faster than his, so i'll be able to block or dodge his attack in a small time.
anyway it's a matter of time, i'll perform my jutsu before the enemy does, because my jutsu requires only one hand seal.

Well put. Keep in mind the timing whenever battling with someone else, especially how many handseals their jutsus require compared to yours.

Now, proceed to form the handseals of Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, and focus fire chakra within your body. Remember how gas is formed, a bunch of molecules that bounce off of one another. Release the fire chakra in the form of gas, allowing it to travel a good range to my clone before you ignite it in a creative way.

Well done. Now, this jutsu is short range. Quick briefing, which is short range is 0-5 meters, mid range is 5-15, and long range is 15+25+. Because gas can't move too fast, this is greatest for when you get up close to your enemy.

Now, proceed to form fire chakra in your lungs once more. However, when releasing it, don't shape it into a ball but a directed stream at my clone. State where you aim it at and the resulting impact.
