Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

A very simple jutsu, preformed by simply focusing your chakra into multiple sources on a water source, and causing it to rotate like a drill as you lift it from the water. Unfortunately, it can really only strike enemies standing on the water source.

Give it a shot.

And...sorry to do this, but if you want to seek out another Sensei (though, I'd still require you drop training with me), I'd understand, as I don't think my response speed is going to increase.

*concentrates my suiton chakra into the local water source and using shape manipulation makes several strands of water shoot upwards while rotating around eachother coming together at a point while rotating*

Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

A very simple technique that works by infusing your premade mist with chakra in order to alter the molecular structure of the water droplets slightly, so that it reflects light.

Useful enough in certain situations, if you can pull it off.

*once again concentrating on the creation of my suiton chakra but this time I direct it towards my lungs and let it build up for a little while.
I then release my chakra while letting out a long slow breath which takes the chakra withit conveting the air my breath touches turn to mist, this then spreads from air molecule to air molecule until have created a thick mist.
I then infuse some chakara into the mist to alter it slightly so it reflects the light*

(ok before I go your expectations are clearly different from Keotsu's and I was never told any hand seals for this particular justu I'm happy to re-do but I don't think have all the info I need to do it properly.)

(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

For this technique i would like for you to perform the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and focus you suiton chakra. But, remember, you need to be close to a water source to use this. I want you to utilize the water and create a spinning vortex around your body. This can be used to attack and defend

Advantages to this technique: It is usefull in both attack and defence and requires only a few handseals
Disadvantages: you require a water source and there are hand seals required
How this technique works: you to perform the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and focus you suiton chakra into a water source then you utilize the water and create a spinning vortex around your body.

*performs the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals in quick sucession then focus my suiton chakra into the small lake beside me. I then using shape minipulation dragg the water out of the pond and around me in a swirling wall of water which delfects the shurriken I then return the water to the source*

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid (Made short range of the user with a med range reach)
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.


For this technique, i would like you to focus your chakra, and clap your hands together, allowing you to materialize a large volume of water that falls/crashes down from above. You are hen able yo control the water by moving your hands in certain ways. Try it. This can be use in a combo with almost any lightning technique, but you must try to to hurt yourself also

Advantages to this technique:No water source needed, flow can be controlled and can just appeare
Disadvantages:Slow, obvious sign of attack (clap) and can hit me
How this technique works: the user claps their hands together materializing a large volume of water that falls down from above the target and can be controled by moving your hands.
