Alright, I'll get straight to the techs.
This is how I will train you: I will first post the technique and the describe it in my own words, and then state a few sentences about the usefulness of the technique both offensively and defensively. I would like you to respond by by telling me:
- how you would perform the technique in battle
- how you will use the technique offensively
- how you can defend against the tech
- whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting
I would like a few sentences for each point or a few bullets. Whatever you prefer. I'll be going at 2 to 3 techniques per post to keep the training moving. But I may do one technique for certain techs I feel deserve them.

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.

They cannot do harm to any enemy but can be used to communicate and distract the enemies. The clones can be created anywhere within the users sensory field.

This technique requires no hand seals thus is a perfect technique to combine with close range combat. The problem with the technique is that it only works in close combat as you can see that the range of the technique is short. There is one way to overcome the range problem, use a wind technique that is mid range so the wind pushes the needles all the way to mid range. The technique utilizes basic materialization of chakra. This is somewhat similar to how you cause shadow clones to materialize as solid beings but at a much much simpler level as these are inanimate. The user will focus chakra in this mouth and sharpen the chakra into thin needles. The needles can then be shot out of your mouth with incredible accuracy. To defend against this technique you may use a wind technique or fire technique or earth wall or water wave... basically anything other than lightning. Or you can just not waste a jutsu and use kunai to block them.

This jutsu also doesn't require any hand seals. It's actually a very basic concept. The user throws two shuriken and infuses the shuriken on top with his chakra. The user will throw the shuriken so that one of the shuriken is directly on top of the other. The chakra infused shuriken must be on top for this to work. Keep in mind this is the theory that I created and there is no true theory behind the technique but mine makes a lot of sense. The user will use his chakra on the shuriken above to increase the strength of the shadow cast by it. The user uses the increased shadow to hide the shuriken on the bottom allow it to escape the opponents sight. This technique can be further be made more offensive by combining it with Rotating Shuriken or Crimson Nail Mist. But all in all it can only be used as a normal shuriken can be used and thus defend the same way unless of course it is powered up by own of those two techs I mentioned. I which case use the proper element strengths and weaknesses to counter. But the plain technique can be counter with any of what I mentioned for the previous jutsu or just an explosive kunai.

I would usually perform this technique if i'm engaged in CQC, mainly if I have a good, and effective chance at hitting my target accurately. Due to it's range, you probably can't be more than a couple feet away.
- Using it offensively
Using this technique offensively would require me to be fairly close to my opponent. For example, if we're engaging in a Kenjutsu battle, and our swords clash, with both of use pressuring eachother, in a semi-stalemate. I could take advantage of the opportunity and utilize this technique, to shoot in the opponents face.
- How to defend
If I can see it coming, I could easily block it with a kunai or Katana at the designated area. But if not, I can use a Fuuton jutsu to redirect it away from me completely.
- Interesting, or nah?
This could be extremely usefull in a Kenjutsu clash. Catching the opponent off gaurd would be a good strategy, afterwards you can strike accordingly. For a D-Rank, I give it a 4.5/10.

If you're low on chakra, and ninja tools, I suppose this technique could come in handy. You would go a short distance away and strike the opponent, does a considerable amount of damage too.
- Using it offensively
I would say, you could blind the enemy by using a smoke bomb. Afterwards, you could make clones and attack from all sides, giving them little space to run to.
- How to defend
Depending on the shurikens are planning on hitting, you could simply throw an explosive tag to block their advancements.
- Interesting, or nah?
Not really. Does nothing a normal shuriken can't, waste of chakra and a turn, 2/10.

A very interesting technique in my eyes. One of my most favorite techniques of all times. The technique in itself cannot be used to attack or defend. It's effects rely solely on creating a momentary advantage for the user which he can use to strike. The technique doesn't actually summon sakura petals but the user instead makes their chakra mimic sakura petals. The user will send their chakra out of their body and release it into the air. The user will cause their chakra to split into tiny petal-like pieces and will cause these petals to spin around the opponent and swirl around them like a tornado with the opponent in the center. The petals will reflect light and will blind the opponent as well as confusing them. This is excellent as it blinds the opponent from all sides and creates an opening for you to attack. Sadly this technique is only short range so only use it when you are entering short range to the opponent. You can combine this technique with taijutsu so you can attack you opponent and create an opening for that attack to possibly land. Keep in mind that sensors and eye techniques will not be affect.

Performing this in battle
I would say a decent way to use this technique is in a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu battle. Due to the fact it's short range, one can quickly cast the technique, then proceed to strike down their opponent in any manner they choose. Also, it's good for a diversion, or preventing your opponent from hitting you accurately, giving you time to counter attack, or it provides enough time for you to make a swift escape.
Using it offensively
Since there's no legitimate way to use it purely offensively, I would suggest to use it before you try to go in for a lethal attack. This blocks out their vision, making them unable to react to your impending attack
Using it defensively and how to defend
Similar to above, it really has no definite defensive or offensive purposes, my personal opinion on it being used, "defensively" would be, when an opponent is going in for a strike, you can cast the jutsu to block their line of vision, ultimately resulting in them missing you completely. Now if it's being used against you, you'll have to maintain range, or you can use an omni-directional attack as a counter

This jutsu is very basic. The user simply just throws kunai that have pouches attached to them.The pouch first explodes releasing explosive notes then the explosive notes or ignited with a last kunai that has an explosive note ready to explode. The simplest way to use this is to distract your opponent with Genjutsu so they cannot pay attention to the explosive tag, or blinding the opponent could work as well. You need to distract your opponent before you can use it because defending against it is very easy. You can just throw normal kunai to knock the kunai your pouches away before they explode. Or just a stronger wind or fire blast to completely push the kunai away and snuff the explosion.

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
This technique is a bit more complex but you should be able to do it as it is basic manipulate of chakra. This is the stepping stone to higher clone technique specifically shadow clone technique. The user creates the clone using the clone hand seal obviously and will create it the same way he creates any clones. The user will split their chakra into even parts then release the chakra out of their body. For this jutsu, you must only visualize your appearance then recreate that visualization. This is why this jutsu is simpler. You only need to understand the visualization while for shadow clone there are additional steps. The clone is purely a visual creation hence illusions. They have no physical forms. Sensors and eye techs like the Sharingan can see through this easily.

The user simply just throws kunai that have pouches attached to them.The pouch first explodes releasing explosive notes then the explosive notes or ignited with a last kunai that has an explosive note ready to explode. The simplest way to use this is to distract your opponent with Genjutsu so they cannot pay attention to the explosive tag, or blinding the opponent could work as well. You need to distract your opponent before you can use it because defending against it is very easy. You can just throw normal kunai to knock the kunai your pouches away before they explode. Or just a stronger wind or fire blast to completely push the kunai away and snuff the explosion.

Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
This technique is a bit more complex but you should be able to do it as it is basic manipulate of chakra. This is the stepping stone to higher clone technique specifically shadow clone technique. The user creates the clone using the clone hand seal obviously and will create it the same way he creates any clones. The user will split their chakra into even parts then release the chakra out of their body. For this jutsu, you must only visualize your appearance then recreate that visualization. This is why this jutsu is simpler. You only need to understand the visualization while for shadow clone there are additional steps. The clone is purely a visual creation hence illusions. They have no physical forms. Sensors and eye techs like the Sharingan can see through this easily.

Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
Performing this in battle
Since the technique has a limited range, I would suggest performing this from mid-range combat. You don't want to get caught in the storm itself, therefore you can have a clone perform it for you, or you can perform it and try to get away as hastily as you can. It can probably used in conjunction with Shinju Zanshu to completely immobilize your opponent, then proceed to attack.
Using it offensively and how to defend
Like I said earlier, using it in conjunction with Shinju Zanshu and Hiding Like a Mole is ideal, due to the fact your opponent is immobilized and you get a free opening to potentially end their life, right then and there. If someone tries to use it on you, you can easily use Hiding like a Mole and move farther back to get out of the range of the technique

Haze Clone Technique
Performing this in battle
This technique allows the user to create intangible clones. It could come in handy when you're attempting to confuse your enemy and have him waste chakra, leaving him/her to focus on the clones you can then exploit the opportunity and strike him accordingly

You can switch with a clone, then proceed to sneak up on the enemy while they remain focused on the latter. Now defending from this is a different story. You can merely just use omni-directional attacks instead of focusing on them individually
