As i notice your clone appear. I begin to slowly build up my doton chakra. As i begin to feel the intense chakra flow throughout my body. I perform theR at → Horse → Dog → Snake handseals. I then channel my chakra to my hands and place them on the ground. While on the ground i concentrate on the area around your clone. And i begin to imagine what a bamboo forest is like, in order to get a mental picture. Feeling the earth and my chakra together i apply my chakra to the earth causing multiple pillars of earth about 8 ft high and 4 ft apart from each other. After this is done i cause the pillars to enclose your clone in a pyramid shape object .

Well done. Be that specific in fights, and it will do you well.
This jutsu is instantaneous and it is also rather obvious that it is clearly used for defensive purposes.
Explain to me some things that you can defend against with this jutsu.

you could defend against water jutsus maybe some sharks or a wave of some sort. If some one were to use the sticky water you could stand on these pillars i guess.

It could defend against many things just not lightning

Hm, well done. And if the water wave is huge, it would be reflected back at the user if placed in a short range from the initial impact.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Rat → Horse → Dog → Snake and they then create a large amount of rock pillars from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock.

With no hesitation i build up my doton chakra within me. And begin to focus on the ground and the surrouding earth which can be manipulated. After taking a deep breath to concentrate. I place my hands on the ground and begin to focus my chakra into the earth. Imagining large walls. More specific large dense walls. After visualizing a wall, i shape the earth into a large flat wall about 5 meters wide and tall.
-This wall can defend against any wind tech C rank and below i believe
-But will be useless against Lightning d rank and up
- it can defend against fire and water aswell

I begin to build up my doton chakra. I then focus it to my hands than slam them to the ground. I then focus on the area around your clone. Feeling my chakra and the ground together i release my chakra into the earth causing it to turn into mud causing your clone to lose his footing and fall into the mud he then begins to slowly slide towards me. As he continues to slide towards me the mudslide gains momentum and speed cuasing him to slide rapidly and begin to spin due to lack of grip and focus. He slides for a few more seconds before colliding with a large boulder causing him to poof/disperse.

I f were to add water to the mud it would become significantly larger and gain more properties to water rather then mud.

Exactly what kind of properties?
Think of the mud and how it flows.
How would the water affect this?

-instead of being sticky, it'd be more slippery

-might beable to attract lightning

Well, everything you said is correct, except for the fact that the mud would actually flow faster because there would be more water in the flow.
Now, focus your chakra through the mudslide you just created and formulate a dragon out of it. When it opens it mouth, have mudshots come out of it and at my clone.

I begin to build up my doton chakra. I then focus it to my hands than slam them to the ground. I then focus on the area around your clone. Feeling my chakra and the ground together i release my chakra into the earth causing it to turn into mud causing your clone to lose his footing and fall into the mud he then begins to slowly slide towards me. As he continues to slide towards me I focus more chakra into the mud between us and shape it into the form of a dragon's head. Once the head is formed i cause the dragon's mouth to open then apply more chakra allowing it to shoot multiple mud shots at your clone.

Oh sorry i aim these shots towards your mid adobmen causing intense pain and maybe a few broken ribs

Alright, for this next one. Send your chakra through the ground, and then cause huge rock pillars to rise from it, surrounding my clone together as it does so.
Then, proceed to cage him by forming a prison with the rock pillars.
