Are Air Palm techs considered raw chakra? How do they fair against elements

What about twin lion fists

EDIT: Nevermind lol
Alright. Now, what I want you to do is using those techniques that you learned already, I want you do imagine a fight against an opponent/s. Explain their moves while explaining yours and make sure to use the techniques. Give me one long description as if three guys were to attack you in three different times. Make it as creative as you can. Inspire me

Jakai stood in the center of 3 people standing all around him, one directly in front of him, and two behind him at a angle so that they formed a circle. He was surrounded, but not out. He only looked forward and raised his arms with open palms, calmly, yet with power. His left palm near his solar plexus and his right palm forward. His right foot was forward about shoulder width apart from his left and his knees were bent. As he stared into the eyes of the individual, the veins around his eyes began to bulge and faint pupils could be seen slightly. The action was intimidating and focused.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) — Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30 (-5 per turn to keep active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20 km away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.

Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Cannot be blinded by matter, chakra, light or energy
Note: Its tracking abilities are similar to that of a 3 Tomoe Sharingan
With his Byakugan, Jakai didn't even bother turning his head to make eye contact with the others, as he could see them clearly. At a moment's notice, the three of them each dashed forward. They all head forward with fists ready to be formed. The man directly in front of Jakai (Man A) forms a fist in his right hand, swinging it low and aiming to hit Jakai's stomach from the left and follow through. At the same time, the man to Jakai's left from the rear (Man B) was pulling his right arm back while his left arm was forward. He would then begin to pull his left arm back as he sent his right arm forward, to increase his own momentum. His right hand was in the shape of a claw, and aimed at Jakai's neck, with the intention of choking him. In the same time, the man to Jakai's right rear side (Man C) would be racing forward, ready to kick Jakai's back with a roundhouse kick from his left leg. This all was happening at the same time, but Jakai could see all of it, and was ready.

Jakai started by slightly waving his left palm outwards while turning his palm upside-down and pulling his right palm to where his left palm was (near the solar plexus) as he slid his right leg in a clockwise circular fashion from its 12 o'clock position to 5 o'clock. As he was doing this, he would also turn his torso clockwise as he leaned back all the way down to his waist. After sliding his right foot to 5 o'clock, Jakai would immediately use the momentum of turning his body to raise his left leg. This would be one fluid motion. By waving his palm outwards and upside down, he could fully extend his own arm and release chakra from his palm to push away his punch before firmly grasping Man A's arm from the wrist. Man B's arm was aimed to Jakai's neck and would be too high with Jakai leaning all the way back down to his waist, effectively causing him to miss Jakai's neck. Also, with Jakai now turning his torso to the right as his was leaning back, Man C's roundhouse kick would not be hitting Jakai's back.

So now, Jakai was facing 6 o'clock while his torso was perpendicular to the ground. He had his right foot forward facing Man C, and was bending low to his waist, while his extended left arm held Man A's arm. As he was sliding his foot, turning his torso, and leaning back in one fluid movement, Jakai was also pulling Man A's arm up high in the air, lifting Man A up. Jakai would make a full circular pull with his left arm, sending Man A up above Jakai and releasing him. This essentially had the man who was coming from 12 o'clock be lifted above Jakai and sent flying onto the ground towards 6 o'clock.

At the same time Jakai was lifting Man A, Jakai's left leg would be performing a roundhouse kick towards Man C, as Jakai's leg was already being raised from the momentum of spinning right and turning his torso. Jakai's kick would reach Man C's stomach and send him flying back before his own kick could reach Jakai due to the speed of the momentum Jakai had. And due to Jakai leaning low to the ground, Man C's kick would be too high to even hit Jakai.

While Jakai's left leg was being raised, his right arm was still close to his solar plexus this whole time, and he extended his right arm forward to strike Man B's stomach with an open palm strike as he released chakra from his palm. With Jakai being lower than Man B's initial aim, Jakai would easily strike his non-protected stomach and send him flying backwards while causing internal damage to his organs that would paralyze him.

(Shukūken) — Palm Heel Strike
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: This attack consists of a quick, precise thrust of the user's palm to an opponent's body. Like other Gentle Fist techniques, it sends chakra into the target to cause internal damage, which will temporarily paralyze an opponent.
The result of this one fluid movement was Man B being knocked out of commission while Man A and C were on the ground and getting back up.

Jakai casually stood back into his first position and smirked at the two remaining individuals. Rather than go altogether again, only Man A raced forward and attempted to send a right handed jab to Jakai's jaw. Jakai grabbed the man's arm and swiftly turned him around as Jakai spun 180º, causing Man A's back to be facing Jakai. Jakai then quickly struck the man's back 3 times as he released chakra, and sent him flying forward.

(Byākugan Sandageki) — Byakugan Three Strikes
Type: Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user grabs the opponent's extended arm, flipping them around and striking them thrice on the back, sending them flying.
Jakai would remain facing that way and stood still, with his back towards Man C. He could see with his Byakugan that the man had no other options. Jakai turned slowly to face him. He then slowly got into his fighting stance. As he stared the man down, he raced forward towards the man. As Jakai rushed, Man C would perform a spinning roundhouse kick, completing spinning his leg all the way around. Jakai would see this and smile as he leaned his back all the way down to his waist, expertly avoiding the kick as his brushed right above him. As the kick began to pass Jakai, Jakai would expel chakra from his back to quickly get back into his standing position while Man C was still in the middle of returning his leg back to the ground. Jakai used the time to immediately strike the man's torso as he expelled a tremendous amount of chakra, sending a thin beam that burst from his back and enlarge rapidly into a massive wave of chakra that would completely destroy the man.

(Hakke Hazan Hogeki) — Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Crusher
Type: Offensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user strikes the enemy's vital area while discharging chakra within the enemy's body until it bursts from his back into the form of a small thin beam that rapidly enlarges into a massive mountain-destroying wave of chakra.
After striking the man, Jakai stayed still in his striking position. He deactivated his Byakugan and moved his leg back and his arms down to his side.

One thing to remember. Raw chakra has a one rank lower weakness to any KG, KT, or any elemental chakra. If it's not manipulated like Twin lion fist or Kaiten, it'll be one rank lower. Like rasengan, twin lion fist is manipulated chakra and it stands as a same rank as an elemental jutsu.

Alright, first part is done!

Next one are the Finger Strikes! What can you tell me about our second part of training, the Finger Strikes?

So finger strikes act in the same function as the palm thrusts. Raw chakra is expelled from the point and it proceeds to attack the opponent internally. Like the palm thrusts, these actions can be done in a fast manner, as fast as freeform movement. So like palm thrusts, it's faster than elemental attacks.

Now the difference is that the finger strikes are more precise and result in "sharper" hits. The attacks are meant to directly strike the chakra point, effectively halting any flow from happening or speeding up the flow of chakra in that point. Also, when striking internally, the raw chakra being released from a single point, it will result in more power being hit in a smaller area, allowing one to puncture organs

Exactly. The Finger Strikes create tiny blades of chakra ontop of your fingers (namely your middle and pointing finger) and you insert this chakra blade into the victim's tenketsu, effectively blocking it or opening it.

Depending where you strike your enemy first, that part will be blocked off with chakra. What this means is lets say I strike a tenketsu on your shoulder. Seeing how the chakra network originates from your gut (that's where you gather your chakra) it'll block the chakra flow into your arm and you won't be able to gather chakra into your arm. If you land a strike on the opponent's gut (where the chakra reserve is) it'll stop all chakra flow through the opponent's body till some turns (depending which technique you used of course). If you strike the leg, it'll stop the chakra flow from that point to down and so on. It just takes one strike. You can, however complete all of the 361 tenketsu strikes but namely it doesn't matter if you strike the gut.

Why I said it doesn't matter? Because in the anime and the manga, Hyuuga's arms supposedly should be moving with 6rd gate speed in order to complete 361 strikes within mere seconds. Of course, if our arms would move that fast, Hyuuga's would be unstoppeable so our arms move as fast as any other taijutsu users.

Also, hence our ability to be very flexible and accurate and faster then strong fist users, we're able to let say dodge someone's punch by leaning back and landing a finger strike on their attacking arm for example. Or leap out while turning clockvise and land a finger strike on their side, sopping the chakra flow on their side. etc.

Any questions?

Alright, now, tell me. How lethal do you think these tiny chakra blades ontop of your fingers are? Can you cut a limb off? Or injure a tendon? Or maybe an artery?

A freeform one could probably only cause some bruises where you strike and leave red marks on the skin. I'd say an S-Rank could probably cut off an artery... I don't think any of them can actually break a bone... Can they?

I'd say that it can't puncture bone, but it can puncture organs and arteries

They can't hard a bone. however, with enough picking at one spot it may cause a fracture. like a chisel.

Right, these tiny almost invisible chakra blades on your fingers aren't lethal enough. They may, however, pierce a small artery or make a pinch on a larger artery. Like the karotid or the jugular, you may cause a small cut on them but not completely cut it and cause the person to bleed to death. However, if you land enough strike on the vein or the artery, they'll may be looking into some serious matters.

You may also injure joints and tendons on the person. They'll feel a small piercing sensation upon one piercing but enough damage on their biceps tendon and they'll may loose the ability to have a functional arm. Or damage their clavicle ligament and they'll lose the ability for their whole entire arm/shoulder.

I'll give you some more pointers. While you can also block the chakra flow to certain areas, you can also increase the chakra flow to areas. For example, if you strike chakra points around the heart, you'll cause a massive overflow of chakra to the ehart which causes the heart to fail for example. You can also do the reverse. Block the chakra points around the heart, causing it to fail. Opening and closing tenketsus around organs can cause the organ to fail. Hmm, alright, so you know about the major parts of the body as in both tenketsus and the lethality of the finger strikes when you want to attack the opponent internally. If you strike tenketsus around the lungs (the back of the victim) it'll cause them lung failure due to the failure of the operation of the lungs and they'll suffocate. Strike enough spots on the back of their head and make them go blind. Give me your opinion on this and also I'll ask you this. Why do you think what I just described happens like that?

If you strike the chakra points near those areas, you can either stop or increase the flow of chakra in those areas. So if you strike the points near the lungs, then you can stop chakra from going there and cause it to fail. Alternatively, you can overwork the organ by having too much chakra go into that organ, again causing it to fail.

It makes sense on why this works, because you overwork the area or you don't give it enough energy

Exactly.

Mkay, well what I want you to do is create three scenarios using both chakra bursts and finger strikes. :) you don't have to make it as depth as the previous one. Just so i see your understanding of the outcomes of the finger strikes and how accurate and bendable our body is. Matrix kinda stuff. O_O

Scenario 1

My enemy wraps grabs hold, squeezing me and not letting go. I release chakra from all my chakra points to get him off and stun him. While he's stunned, I strike him near his neck, damaging his eso****us

Scenario 2

I see my enemy prepare a chidori in his arm that requires him to constantly stream chakra to keep it active. I race towards him and expertly dodge the strike by pushing the arm outside with Gentle Fist like how Naruto did with the 3rd Raikage using his rasengan to push his arm in. With his arm now outside, I strike the shoulder with a finger strike while expelling chakra, stopping the technique from happening.

Scenario 3

The enemy throws a bunch of shurikens that are connected to wires around me. I use my chakra and finger strikes to expertly aim at the shurikens and block them from hitting me and also aim at the chains and cut them. Then, I would grab one end of the chain from what I cut and pull the enemy in towards me. As he is flying towards me with his body in the air parallel to the ground, I would race forward and then slide underneath him and strike at his chakra points on his torso and stomach while he is in the air and I am below him, causing him to not be able to use his chakra when he falls

I dont think you'd be able to cut a metal chain with those tiny blades. Maybe a wire but not a chain sadly. and yeah, basically you learned the basics of finger strikes. Here you go:

Anyways, these are the techniques that can be employed with this form. Notice some are repeated, meaning you can use with either forms.

(Hyuuga Ryuu Taijutsu) - Hyuuga Style Taijutsu
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A mini barrage of gentle fist that equal 16 strikes.

(Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou) - Protective 8 Trigrams 64 Strikes
Rank: C
Type: Attack/defense
Range: Close
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A defense that can block off attacks and an attack that closes 64 tenketsu and limits chakra flow for one turn after the opponent is hit by it.

(Hakke Rokujuuyonshou) - 8 Trigrams 64 Strikes
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Close
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: Attack that closes 64 tenketsu and limits chakra to half for one turn after the opponent is hit by it.

(Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou) - 8 Trigrams 128 Strikes
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Close
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: Attack that closes 128 tenketsu and limits chakra to half for three turns after the opponent is hit by it.

(Hakke Sanbyakurokujyuuisshisa) - 8 Trigrams 361 Strikes
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Close
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Attack that closes 361 tenketsu and seals chakra completely for two turns after the opponent is hit by it.

You might use this form to preform the initial parts of other jutsus, though the finishers are always palm strikes, like, for example:

(Hakuro Tenbu) – Heavens Dance of Hazy White
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Offensive
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60 (- 15 to user from explosion)
Description: The users hand turn white, with chakra coating and flowing through them. Then they take several swipes at the opponent, and finishes by bringing together both their hands. This creates a large explosion that damages and knocks back the opponent.

Any questions?

Regarding these techniques specifically, what if you attempt to perform 8 Trigrams 361 Strikes, but your opponent stops you mid-way, and you only get half of it done. Does the entire tech fail? Or is it just the same effect as 8 Trigrams 128 Strikes? I don't know how the RP mechanics would have it be done

Nope. the tech is just a medium tbh. Once you land a strike lets say on their forearm, they won't be able to use chakra anything below that so their hands, limiting them to 90% of their chakra. If you strike their thigh, then they won't be able to use chakra on their legs and limiting them to 80% of their chakra. You don't have to strike all 361 strikes. it's just the jutsu that allows you to strike asmuch. its just the same effect as the 128 one. if you strike their gut where the chakra reserve is, you'll shut down their chakra flow. if you strike their heart, you'll shut down or open up the chakra to their heart, making it beat slower or faster, exchausting it and so on.

So Rotation is the result of expelling chakra from all over your body, releasing it from all of your chakra points, while spinning and using chakra control (shape transformation) to create a dome of spinning chakra. The result is what looks like basically a giant rasengan that surrounds the user. When completed, there is a crater left on the ground. Because of the high-spinning nature, it's on par with elements, just like Rasengan. Not only that, but anything that hits it will bounce off like they were just hit with a very powerful blunt attack. The attack protects the user from all angles and can be done anywhere, so long as the user can keep spinning. Overall, very powerful defense

Kaiten is a rotation to either left or right. it wouldn't propel back anything but maybe to the side to which you're spinning or cut it in the middle. Maybe you can create a cj out of that. You know, spin any non-tangible blast back to the enemy. And no, even if its raw chakra, you're manipulating your rotation into a dome so its manipulated chakra. It's the best defense. Any manipulated chakra stands as the same rank as the elementals. Twin Lion Fist, any rotations or rasengan for that matter stands as the same rank. Remember that the rotation happens near instantly. You can keep rotating if you're dealing with an EIG user who moves around faster then you can react to for example. You can even start rotating mid-air because it's a release of chakra from your body, the chakra propulsion will move you into a direction. also, since it makes a crates underneath you, that means it'll protect you from below aswell. A perfect defense. Also, you can even protect people or anything you want within the technique with your rotation.

Yes, alright, what kind of effects does a Kaiten have? What happens when I touch your Kaiten?

Alright, now I want you to focus on releasing your chakra from all over your body and start spinning in a direction. Use your chakra to help you move in that rotation and spin really quick.
