Cool welcome to Ninjutsu training.
First and foremost, if you don't understand something or have any other questions please ask them either here or via vm and I'll try to answer them as best as I can.
Secondly, reply in your own words, thus not simply copy me nor anyone else. It does not matter if you get something wrong.
Thirdly, please try to use proper English. It is very annoying for both you and me if I do not understand what you are saying and I tell you to redo the jutsu over and over again until I understand you.
I will post two (or sometimes three) techniques and how to use them, then you will go to the Naruto wikia and look the techniques up.
Then write for each jutsu:

Advantages & Disadvantages.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu.
The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting.

Focus your chakra and utilise a giant windmill shuriken. You can then throw the shuriken towards the opponent, also throwing a second giant shuriken which will be hidden in the shadow of the first, and thus doesn't get noticed by the opponent.

How you perform: I call forth needles into my mouth and I spit them at my target with pinpoint accuracy.
How it works: User channels their chakra into their mouth allowing them to call forth needles they can spit at their target with pinpoint accuracy.
Advantages & Disadvantages: Jutsu is quick and hits the opponent with accuracy, but it can easily get overpowered.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would use earth release technique to make a small earth shield.

Advantages & Disadvantages: A good way to trick non dojutsu users, but it can be easily countered.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would use water technique to create a small water shield allowing me to block both shuriken.

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

Focus your chakra and create a swarm of cherry blossum petals which will surround the opponent to confuse them. You can then attack the opponent from anywhere you want because the opponent will not notice you.

Description: The user will hurl kunai with pouches attached at their target. Upon impact, the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on the target. The user will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at the target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
Throw kunais with pouches full of explosive notes towards your opponent. On impact the pouches will explode, releasing the small explosive notes which will rain down onto the opponent. Once that is done you throw one final kunai that ignites the explosive notes causing a gigantic explosion.

How you perform: I would need to focus my chakra into an individual preventing the from moving as I keep their body bond with my chakra
How it works: The chakra bounds the body preventing them from moving
Advantages & Disadvantages: Good jutsu to use to keep a summon from moving, but it can easily be by a strong force.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would surge my body with my chakra that is at a higher level than the one holding me in place.

Advantages & Disadvantages: Good jutsu to use to blind the opponent, but it can easily be blown away by a wind technique.
How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I would use gust of wind to blow the petals away.

How you perform: First you throw a kunai attached with an explosive note pouch that explodes and releases the notes in the air in front of the opponent. You then seal the deal by throwing and explosive kunai that explodes, igniting the explosive noted, causing a gigantic explosion.Azazel said:

Advantages & Disadvantages: A great jutsu that can trick a dojutsu less shinobi, but the explosive notes can be easily be blown away or the kuani's can easily be stopped.
