With projectile type moves you basically launch something towards the opponent. Projectile type moves are great because you can use them to attack a person even when they are standing far from you but this also means you are not guaranteed a hit since the opponent is given a little bit of time to evade the incoming projectile depending on its speed and the distance in between you and your opponent and also the opponents speed. Projectile type moves are also fast and can help you out in difficult situations and can be used to blind the opponent.Like I said earlier,since you don't have to be close to the opponent this is great because they cant do any close attack you....well unless they also do projectile type moves .I'm sorry I don't have too much information on these.

You are correct with most of the things. I'll go a bit more in depth with it. Projectiles are techniques that are released from your body,from your mouth,your feet,your fists and so on. Projectiles are blasted off/launched from your body towards the intended target. When it comes to projectiles you gather and release a defined amount of chakra. What is characteristic when it comes to projectiles is that once they leave your body they are no longer tied to your chakra which means that once you release them you can send another technique to follow them (Let's say you send a fire ball towards your opponent and as soon as you release that fire ball from your mouth you send a wind tornado as to make a fire tornado which makes more damage as well as effects bigger area). But not being tied to your own charka comes with an disadvantage. Direction in which they are moving can not be changed unless the technique you use says otherwise. That disadvantage with which they come makes it easier in a way for opponent to counter them. There is one more characteristic attribute to projectiles and that is sending few of them at the intended target. But the bigger the number of projectiles there is the smaller their power as well as size are. But sending more projectiles can make countering of a technique harder. You can send one towards your target's legs and one towards his head. He will have to use a technique that effects a bigger area as to defend from yours.

Firstly Snake hand seal, then Ram, after which you are suppose to perform Monkey and finish it up with performance of Tiger hand seal. Basically as you are performing those hand seals I need you to focus katon chakra within your upper body, mouth and gullet. Once done with performance of seals release the said chakra whilst using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation forming like a stream. Now, as soon as this fire comes in contact with sparks of fire or some kind of fire source it would ignite which would cause a fireball to be formed.''

Without a moments hesitation I started the handseals, first Snake,then Ram,then Monkey,then Tiger. Whilst doing so, I focused my Katon chakra in my upper body and gullet like my sensei told me to. Once I was done with this I carried out the rest of Akasha's instructions as accurately as i could, her words replayed in my head as I did so
"Once done with performance of seals release the said chakra whilst using nature manipulation as to generate fire and shape manipulation forming like a stream".After having done that I immediately threw two kunai in such a way that at about a few feet from me they'd hit, which in turn would cause the spark needed to ignite the gas. I was still blowing the gas out when the kunai's hit and sparked. The flames as beautiful as ever, I almost fell into a trance but got snapped out of it by the sound of the Kunai hitting the ground. I then looked at my sensei again to see if i had passed the technique.

Again as quick as ever I gathered as much Katon chakra as I could and again focused it in my mouth and gullet just like Akasha told me to. I cleared my mind and started releasing the said chakra by exhaling it whilst using nature manipulation to generate the fire and shape manipulation to make it form a stream. I continued for as long as I could, this was fun. I did the technique four more times just so I can get the hang of it, and by the fourth time I had completely mastered the the technique. It looked like that anyways. I looked to my sensei for a sign of approval.

Hello there! Sorry for the sudden appearance, I'll be taking over as Akasha's senpai.

Regarding stream-type attacks, yes, you are onto something. As you said, they are continuous and make kind of a long attack. Since they're continuous it also means that you need to constantly fuel the stream-type attack with chakra in order to keep it active. Due to it requiring you to constantly fuel chakra onto the technique, it also prevents you from performing other techniques without stopping the stream-type attack. That is a disadvantage, however there are also some advantages such as being capable of changing the direction in which you're releasing the stream. So you have more control over your attack compared to projectile-types that you simply release then have no control over.

Ok, moving on to C-Rank techniques. I'd like you to please perform the following techniques by giving details the same way you did with Akasha sensei. By the way, if there are any questions then feel free to ask

Due to this technique being a stream-type, it requires you to constantly keep fueling chakra onto it. The heat this technique emits is capable of potentially causing your target to collapse.

The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.

This technique requires you to perform 6 hand seals then after gathering air within yourself, you then turn the chakra within you into katon chakra, which you then focus onto your mouth. Now once that is done, you can choose to release the technique in the form of a stream that needs to be constantly fueled with chakra, creating a sustained large ball of flames that spans up to short range. There's also another alternative where you release a projectile, although smaller in size, it can travel up to mid range.

He then gives me a warm,welcoming smile and moves on to tell me what a I needed to do. I simply nodded and started to gather Katon chakra within myself. My mouth formed the letter 'O' as I released the chakra from my mouth. At that moment it felt as if everything was in slow motion, its like could see the chakra turning into a beautiful flame, to try and keep the technique going, I continued to pour Katon chakra into it. After a while of doing so I stopped and moved on to the next technique.

Blowing through the ring created by my thumb and index finger, I release the chakra and as it leaves my mouth it ignites into an extraordinary flame that I kept pouring my chakra into. I could keep this up for a long while, im guessing this is because I took in a large amount of air before proceeding with the technique. I then turn to the unknown man.

RIGHT?! >_> <_< The student remarkably performs the two techniques, Kisuke could see that this shinobi would become a great one in the future. A question was then addressed to the hat-wearing man.

( Katon: Kimuchi Amura ) - Fire Release: Wall of Flames

By throwing your lighter within your short range, you then use your katon chakra to enhance the lighter's flame and manipulate it into becoming a wall of fire. This wall can burn down small objects that might've otherwise harmed you. Basically a defensive technique that wouldn't really give you the upper hand in a battle. As the wall of flame is made, you can use it as a way to hide yourself from your opponent and stealthily change location with the usage of another jutsu, depending on where both of you are positioned and where you make the wall. Be careful though, since you might also block your own vision, allowing your opponent to take you by surprise.

The stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case) or by spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring of flames that will travel towards the enemy).

There are two methods to perform this technique. The first one, if you want the stream of fire to rush through ground surface, you stomp your foot onto the ground and release the stream of fire from your foot. You then manipulate it to run on the ground and create a ring of fire on ground surface. The other method is by spewing the fire from your mouth, in that case, you manipulate that fire to create a ring of fire that flies through the air. This jutus was shown to be combined with Wind Release: Divine Wind, a technique that forms a localized wind tornado (this one was combined with the ground version of Fire Release: Running Fire). The air version of this fire technique has also been shown to be combined with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to create a massive inferno.

This one requires you to perform 4 hand seals and then spew fire along an object, normally a cord, but could also be another object as long as it reaches your target and is between (and preferably connected to) both of you. It was originally shown to be used on a target that has been... "captured".

After introducing myself to him,the man asks me to perform a few techniques, which he names and explains quite well. After had finished explaining I nod to show that I understood. I then took a lighter out of my pocket (I don't even know why I have one with me) ,and I light it. Taking about 3 steps back I throw the lighter in front of me about 2 or so meters away and start focusing Katon chakra within myself. Using the Katon chakra within me I enhance the little flame produced by the lighter into a huge flame, whilst doing so I manipulate the flame to encircle me thus creating a fire wall all around me.

Shortly after the flame wall died out. I performed the Tiger handseal and channeled Katon chakra within my foot. I then stomped my foot onto the ground releasing a stream of fire through it into the ground. I continued to pour Katon chakra into the stream to keep it going and as I did so, I also manipulated the stream of fire to move across the ground and encircle Kisuke. forming a ring of fire around him.

I remove from my pouch four kunai with strings tied to them and throw them in such a way that they land in parallel with each other. While holding the string I then inhale a moderate amount of air before performing the handseals, Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger and channel the Katon chakra into my mouth and gullet. As I exhale I release the chakra thus allowing me to breath fire onto the strings. The flames travel in a straight line across all four strings and stop only once they reach the kunai.

By itself, this technique is simply a flame breath that you spew from your mouth. This technique was shown being used in conjunction with said earth technique mentioned in the description. The mentioned earth technique is a projectile-type and so, by using this fire jutsu, you can make them more devastating by igniting the projectiles.

I then channel Fire based chakra in my mouth and release it quickly whilst exhaling thus causing me to breath a rather large flame from my mouth, this one was pretty easy and didn't take too long to complete.

Before starting the next technique I create a clone which runs to a position just ahead of me.I then continue by performing the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger handseals and release several little fireballs from my mouth. The small fireballs fly out of my mouth and into the air rapidly, my clone can't seem to track their movements and stays standing still in a sort of ready to jump stance. Still concentrating on the katon chakra in the small fireballs I slightly shift two of the fireballs trajectories in such a way that the head towards my clone, as expected the clone jumps and easily evading both fireballs and causing them to clash again each other and cancel each other out the clone however forgets about the other 5 and I easily manipulate them to head directly to the clone. As they make contact the clone poofs away into a cloud of smoke.

I start the next technique off by creating yet another clone,and after that I start channeling katon chakra in my mouth and gullet and pretty much like the rest, I release the said chakra while exhaling. The flame moves ahead and splits into two directions, it then starts approaching my clone from both directions its movements forming a sort of semi circle on both sides of the clone before converging and engulfing my clone in flames.

Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

A very fast stream-type attack, however requiring 7 hand seals to perform. "Now we're talking."

I said as a vast number of training dummies appeared all around the training grounds. I walk over to one of them and pick it up, "You're my favorite, you get to sit over there and watch." I say this pointing to a nearby tree behind me. After placing the dummy by the tree I look at Kisuke who to be honest didn't mind a bit, he just continued explaining the techniques I had to perform next.

This technique requires you to already be in mid air. When that condition is met, you release from your mouth a series of fire shots that rain down on your desired target.

I create a clone that runs up ahead of me before stopping and turning to face me the clone holds its hands out and slightly bends its legs like it was getting ready to run. I take a deep breath before running to the clone a quite swiftly and as I reach it, I jump onto my clone's held out hands with my right foot only which I also use to push down onto its hands. Simultaneously the clone pushed upwards thus propelling me high into the air,it then disappeared into a cloud of smoke and I quickly gathered Katon chakra within my mouth and gullet again and start release it in portions one after the other thus releasing a series of small fire shots aimed at a random dummy on the ground. I fall back to the ground and listen to Kisuke for my next technique.

This one's pretty much a stronger version of the D-Rank fireball. However, this one can reach long range distances. A small, yet bright fireball that you release from your mouth.

I run my hand through my now very messy hair as I listen. Aiming at some other dummies, I then begin to channel fire based chakra into my mouth again and quickly release it as a small ball of bright fire, this technique excited me. I watched as it burnt the dummy into ash, an incredibly beautiful sight. I did it a few more times, each time getting cold shivers of excitement down my spine.

I turn to some more dummies and start to perform the handseals for the technique: Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger. I then channel Katon chakra within my mouth and without wasting time release it as a thin line of fire which moved quickly towards the dummies melting the ground underneath it, I kept pouring Katon chakra into it as it made its way to the dummies. Eventually the flame spread out burning more than one dummy to a crisp. I stopped adding chakra and watched as the flames slowly died out.

Its temperature is such that it easily melts the ground as it travels and can reduce an enemy to ash.

I stood with my left hand on my waist and my right hand once again moved through my messy black hair in attempt to get the hair back in place.

A large compressed sphere of fire spewed from your mouth, after performing 2 hand seals, and sent to hit a target that is at long range distance from you. The reason as to why it must be used at a target from long range is because the explosion this technique creates would affect a large area. So pretty much in order to keep yourself safe. This fire sphere, as it travels to its target, acts as if it is a solid, and so, can forcefully punch through solid obstacles on it's way while keeping this form. It is when it crashes on your long ranged target that it turns into a massive explosion.

You release multiple fire shots from your hands and rather than burning your target(s), they explode on impact. This technique can harm you if it explodes within your short range, so use it against targets that are mid-range away from you.

I start to channel Katon chakra within the both palms of my hands and almost immediately start to release the chakra in portions again like how one would fire a gun, but from both hands. As the flame shots made contact with some dummies,they exploded leaving only ash behind.

I then channel more flame based chakra within my mouth, whilst doing so I used shape manipulation to give the Katon chakra within my mouth a spherical shape and continued on to release it aiming at the dummies. I watched as the sphere shaped flame flew across the training ground towards its intended target. Upon impact the flame created a massive explosion, burning not only the one dummy but also a few laying close to that dummy.
