The first few are self explanatory, while with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste the name of a technique that you think counters it and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.

As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.

Ok since this is the beginning of your water training we have to go begin like everyone else does. And we do so by you taking this chakra paper and begin to focus your chakra into it. As you do so focus on water mentally. This should start the process by subconsciously changing your chakra's nature. Once you get used to the feeling of water and you feel you have a grasp on it pump more chakra into the paper and consciously change your chakra nature. If your successful the paper should become soggy and wet.

i take the paper and gather my suiton chakra from all over my body and gather it in my fingers as the paper turns wet and soggy

Hm try again, use a bit more description this time. Remember to visualize water in your mind while focusing normal chakra into the paper first. Then after a while try to change your chakra nature consciously.

takes the paper and begins to focus my chakra into it. As i do so i focus on the stream near my house,how its cool and calm mentally. My chakra starts to turn into suiton chakra . Once i felt the thought of water was subconsciously changing my chakra into suiton,i thought of more water and this time i kept feeding the paper my suiton chakra formed feel making it become soggy and wet.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique

Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

Channel your sution chakra into your hand, there amass a small amount of chakra. Then focus your chakra out of your hand and use nature manipulation to change it into water. Blast my clone with some water. Don't forget to use the template and to look back on my first post on hot to fill it out.

Perform the technique:I gather alot of my chakra from all over my body into my hands while thinking of a soothing drink,i subconsciously turn the chakra into suiton chakra which i release from my hands while using nature manipulation to turn it into a wave of water which launches the dummy while ripping its stomach
Advantages:it requires no handseal therefore its fast can be realy useful against a fire jutsu
Disadvantages:it is a drank jutsu and can't reach long range
Techniques that counter this one:earth manipulation will stop it when used to attack,when used to defend,the user will be open to lightning jutsus
Speed of use:It is fast because it requires no handseal

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Channel your suiton chakra into your mouth. There build up a small amount and then focus it out of your mouth. As you do so use nature manipulation and change it into a thick mist. Cover the battlefield in this mist so that you are obscured from my vision.

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Channel your suiton chakra into one of your hands and then build up a small amount there. Then focus the built up chakra out of your hand. As you do that use nature manipulation to transform your chakra into water and then use shape manipulation to form the water into a blade. Use your new sword t slash my clone.
